She loves animals
She enjoys spending time with animals, especially dogs. According to News in Health, "interacting with animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. She swims

She lifts
She prioritizes weightlifting and building muscle, becoming a stronger version of herself. She works her arms
She challenges herself, finding new ways to bring her arm strength into her routine. "This is honestly a skill I never thought I'd be able to get. she's far from perfect but she's there! @the_longestpat and I randomly started messing around with these while closing down the gym and it "only" took me 45min and I freaked out so much I couldn't even think about coming down for another rep but damn does this feel good!
