She loves animals

She enjoys spending time with animals, especially dogs. According to News in Health, "interacting with animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. Other studies have found that animals can reduce loneliness, increase feelings of social support, and boost your mood."

She swims

She lifts

She prioritizes weightlifting and building muscle, becoming a stronger version of herself. "Not a PR but it felt like it. hitting 205 under fatigue after taking a squat snatch hiatus for the last 3+ months πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈSlowly but surely finding myself in the gym again πŸ’ž," she said on a video of her lifting.

She works her arms

She challenges herself, finding new ways to bring her arm strength into her routine. "This is honestly a skill I never thought I'd be able to get. she's far from perfect but she's there! @the_longestpat and I randomly started messing around with these while closing down the gym and it "only" took me 45min and I freaked out so much I couldn't even think about coming down for another rep but damn does this feel good! Excited to get even better! Thankful for a bae thang that helps me be better in the gym & in life," she said on Instagram.
