Cynthia Bailey in Workout Gear Says "More Dancing In 2024!"

Here are her fitness tips.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey is gearing up for her best year ever—with lots and lots of dancing. Bailey, 56, shared a reel of herself showing off her best moves while wearing a one-piece workout outfit and red waist trainer. "More dancing in 2024! who wants to dance with me?💃🏽," she captioned the post. Bailey is only getting better and better with age—here's what her workout, diet, and beauty regimen look like.


Personal Trainer

Bailey works out with a personal trainer, using weights to build muscle and get a strong, toned physique. "PROGRESS REPORT… [I]'ve been working out consistently [three] days a week for the past [three] months, and I can definitely say that not only have I lost some weight, but I am so much stronger and have so much more endurance!" she captioned an Instagram video. "I also have more energy and feel great! [T]hank you to everyone who has encouraged me to keep going and to continue to stay healthy [and] great!"


Portion Control

Bailey eats her meals on smaller plates to practice portion control. "I don't deprive myself of anything that I have a craving for because I won't stop thinking about it until I eat it already, and move on," she tells PEOPLE. "I never add salt or any extra seasonings to my food after it is cooked other than cracked black pepper once it hits my plate. I crave salty foods so I try to watch my sodium intake in order to prevent bloating. Other than breakfast and dinner, I try to eat everything else in between on a bread and butter plate. If it doesn't fit, don't force it!"


Seaweed Soap


Bailey swears by seaweed soap for stunning skin. "It keeps my skin beautiful," she told Essence. "It's just amazing. I get it from Dr. Kevin Brown from Precision. Seaweed body soap is incredible and you can find out on Instagram how to get all the stuff, but it just lasts a long time and has a beautiful smell, which is important to me. It just leaves my skin moisturized. I don't really even need to use lotion after I bathe in this soap because it's just so moisturizing."


Hair Queen

Bailey loves switching up her hair styles with different extensions. "I am the hair queen on The Real Housewives of Atlanta," she told Essence. "I like to change it up. I've never been just a hairstyle. People actually look forward to seeing my different hairstyles on the show. I like to keep it fresh, and Perfect Hair extensions just gives me a lot of different textures and length to work with to always keep a new look going — to create new looks and styles. I really look at hair as an accessory. I think I change my hair like I change my jewelry, every day if I can. Healthy Snacks

A typical snack for Bailey is "10 lightly salted cashews, 1 cup of organic green tea with organic coconut oil and organic honey," according to PEOPLE. "While cashews are lower in fiber and higher in carbs than most nuts, they're still a protein-packed snack loaded with healthy fats and antioxidants," Carrie Madormo, RN, tells Taste of Home. "Research shows that people who regularly eat nuts are more likely to maintain a healthy weight than those who don't. This is probably due to the fact that a small serving of nuts can fill you up and even boost your metabolism."
