Danni Menzies is showing off her fit figure – in a sports bra and leggings. In a new social media post the A Place in the Sun presenter shows off her washboard abs during an intense workout circuit. “Last session in Glasgow with @chantelwilkie_fit ready to get down the road and take on London,” she captioned the post. How does the 34-year-old stay fit? Celebwell has the details on her latest workout and the other health habits responsible for her amazing figure.

1. She Goes Running

Danni told Runner’s World UK that she has been running since she was 8. “Running is an escape from London life. I live in Fulham and run 10km in a loop from Putney to Hammersmith along the Thames. I usually run two to three times a week but if I’m busy with work I’ll do that route once a week and then 5-8km on the other days,” she said. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

2. She Eats Healthy During the Week

On weekdays, Danni keeps her diet ultra healthy. “Before every run I have green juice and a coffee, and then an omelette with avocado when I get back,” she told Runner’s World. “On the weekends, she cheats! “I’m a health freak Monday to Friday but I love a Domino’s Pizza on a Sunday.”

3. She Uses Fitness Apps

Girl,Uses,Fitness,AppShuttestock

Danni is a fan of fitness apps. “I use Nike Running Club's running app. If I see that friends I follow have gone out and ran 7km, I’ll go and do 9km. It’s a great motivator and I like the training programmes you can get on them,” she told Runner’s World.

4. She Does Reformer Pilates

“I do reformer pilates,” Danni told Daily Star UK. “I’m a bit of a fitness freak from Monday to Friday and then I party at the weekend.“I’m good at keeping on it Monday to Friday. I’m pretty health conscious.” Should you do Pilates? The Mayo Clinic confirms that there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

5. She Also Does Yoga

“I try to do a lot of Yoga as well. I find it helps space doing exercise,” Danni added to Daily Star UK. “It makes you feel good as well as put your head in the right place too.” There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

6. Here Is Her New Workout Routine

Strength training is also part of her routine. Here are the exercises she does in her latest video:

  1. Sumo deadlifts
  2. Barbell rows
  3. Front raises with a plate
  4. Chest press on the ground
  5. Gorilla kettlebell rows
  6. Skierg cardio
  7. Burpees

Daniela Ruah is spending time outdoors in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the NCIS Los Angeles star shows off her incredible body in a Londre Bodywear bathing suit and love of things outdoors. “Hanging in nature with my nature bathing suit made from recycled plastic bottles and my nature hat that planted 10 trees when I purchased it, and my nature husband and nature dog… nature nature nature,” she captioned the Instagram post with her 1.1 million followers. “Yessss,” commented Glee star Heather Morris. “Just went and bought myself a new suit made out of recycled bottles.” Another follower added: “Nature is almost as beautiful as you.” How does the 39-year-old actress keep herself fit and healthy? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

1. Work Out with a Trainer

When asked about how she got in shape after having a baby, Daniela responded that she turned to a fitness professional. “It was mostly gym work with a personal trainer, jogging, working out with the kids, and eating healthily,” she told Parade magazine in 2017.

2. Do Yoga

Daniela does yoga — on paddleboards. “So far so good…” she captioned a vacation snap showing off her moves. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health.

3. Ride a Spin Bike

In an Instagram video, Danila discussed a few of her go-to workouts. "Started with a 5k stationary bike,” she revealed. Whether you use a spin bike or a traditional bicycle, the Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

4. Go for a Run

In the same video, Daniela says that she “ran 1 mile at the end.” According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

5. Dance

Daniela also loves to dance and even participated in Dancing with the Stars in Portugal. “I love dance, regardless of my participation in Dancing with the Stars, I have a dance background. I majored in dance in college,” she told Parade. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

NCIS star Daniela Ruah is feeling on top of the world after completing a triathlon and raising money for charity. Ruah shared a reel of the day, including lots of shots of herself and her co-stars hitting the waves in wetsuits. “Sunday was amazing! Not only did I achieve a huge goal (look mom I did it!) but I did it alongside wonderful friends AND the @malibutri raised over $1.2 MILLION dollars for @childrensla … Congrats to everyone who participated! & Thank you so very very much to all who donated! The whole journey has been unforgettable. Shall we do it again next year???” she captioned the post. Here’s how Ruah stays so fit and focused.

1. Outdoorsy Type

Ruah is happiest being outside in nature with her dog. “Hanging in nature with my nature bathing suit made from recycled plastic bottles and my nature hat that planted 10 trees when I purchased it, and my nature husband and nature dog… nature nature nature,” she captioned an Instagram post.

2. Fight Training

Ruah has plenty of fight training, says co-star Eric Christian Olsen. “[Ruah] does so much of her fight stuff. When you see a knife fight with Dani that’s like four minutes long, that’s all Dani. She spends the time to learn all that stuff. In all honesty, what that means is that on top of having two kids and doing the show, she goes someplace and rehearses that fight scene for hours.”

3. Action Hero

Ruah loves the physicality of her role. “The most fun thing is the action sequences, as well as destroying cars,” she says. “I have to say that’s quite fun, but that’s more of a superficial thing. I absolutely love our banter scenes. When the whole cast is sitting in a room and we’re all picking on one of the characters, I absolutely love doing those scenes. When everyone is there, the day is a little bit longer, of course, because the more actors you have, the more coverage you have to do, but they’re such fun days.”

4. Dancing Queen

Ruah loves to dance, and has been doing so since she was young. “Do I dance at home? Sure,” she says. “Sometimes my son and I will prance around the house and dance. He responds to music so wonderfully, but I wouldn’t say it is something that brought me back into shape. I didn’t do any (dance) classes. I wish I had. It was mostly gym work with a personal trainer, jogging, working out with the kids, and eating healthily.”

5. Workaholic Lifestyle

Ruah genuinely enjoys her job and the long hours it sometimes requires. “I have to admit that I’m a little bit of a workaholic, but not that I want to be in an office space for 24 hours a day,” she says. “I’ve had such good experiences with every job that I’ve had so far in my career that it’s like going to meet a group of friends. It’s so easy when I go to work. It’s long hours, don’t get me wrong. We all get tired of being at work sometimes, and you want to go home to your family, but generally speaking, we have such a good time and it’s such a positive environment that I want to keep doing it.”

2. She Gets Her Exercise Done First Thing in the AM

Dua wakes up and hits the gym, exercising at 8:30am, so she is sure to get in a workout. "This is normally the time I give myself to work out," she explained to Refinery29. "Whether it's on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I'm feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right.”

3. She Works Hard on Her Abs

5. She Doesn’t Work Out Alone

"Now I love workout classes or working with a trainer. I feel like I'm pretty useless on my own, so I prefer being around other people working out with me."

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
