Daniela Tamayo is proving that motherhood and fitness go hand in hand. The successful influencer recently welcomed her first child and has been sharing her post-baby fitness journey on Instagram. In a recent video, she gave followers a glimpse into her gym routine, showing off the exercises that help her stay strong—both for herself and for her baby.

“MamĂĄs por favor confirmen!!!đŸ˜‚đŸ‘¶đŸŒđŸ©”â€ she captioned the post, highlighting the real-life benefits of her workouts. From lifting weights to hitting the Pilates reformer, here’s how Tamayo stays in shape while embracing her new role as a mom.

She Lifts Weights

Tamayo is seen doing exercises with weights in her Instagram post. The Mayo Clinic says that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities.”

She Does Squats

One exercise that Tamayo is seen doing in her Instagram post is squats. These have a lot of health benefits. According to Allina Health, “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

She Does Pilates

Tamayo shared this video on Instagram of herself doing different workouts. One thing she is seen doing in it is Pilates exercises on a reformer. According to Better Health, Pilates has a lot of benefits. “The health benefits of Pilates include: improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘core muscles’ of your body), balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body.”

She Does Lunges

In the previous Instagram video, Tamayo is seen doing lunges with weights. Lunges have a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic says, “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

In the previous Instagram video, Tamayo is seen riding a stationary bike at the gym. According to Penn State PRO Wellness, this can have a lot of health benefits. “Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles.”

Angelica Teixeira is a fitness competitor and expert. She has a large following on Instagram, and sometimes shares her favorite workouts on her page. A few weeks ago, Teixeira shared some of her favorite bodyweight exercises in a video. She captioned it, “Too busy to get to the gym? Here is a great workout for you to do at home without any weights. Save it for January 1st that your gym will probably be closed and start the year off right đŸ‘ŠđŸŒđŸ”„â€

She Does Squats

Teixeira is seen doing different types of squats in her Instagram video. According to Piedmont, squats are very beneficial. “Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off
Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back. A squat has more overall benefits than, say, a bicep curl, which strengthens an isolated area.”

She Does Lunges

Angelica Teixeira does step back lunges.

Teixeira is also seen doing different types of lunges in her Instagram video. Lunges have a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. She Does Planks

Angelica Teixeira does a plank.

Angelica Teixeira/Instagram

Teixeira is also seen doing plank exercises in her Instagram video. Allina Health reports that they have a lot of benefits. “The plank is a simple, effective bodyweight exercise that strengthens your core, as well as muscles in your upper and lower body. Core muscles, which include your back and abdomen, help you maintain posture and balance as you stand, sit and move throughout the day.”

Bicycle Crunhes

Angelica Teixeira does bicycle crunches.

Angelica Teixeira/Instagram

Another exercise that Teixeira is seen doing in her Instagram video are bicycle crunches. ACE Fitness states that they are very beneficial. “The bicycle crunch is the top exercise for strengthening your rectus abdominis — the muscles in front of your abdomen — according to the American Council on Exercise (ACE), beating exercises like the captain's chair, crunches and the ab roller. Bicycle crunches also play a role in supporting your back during everyday activities like running, bending over and lifting.”

She Engages Her Muscles

When Teixeira does exercises, she makes sure to have the right form. That way, her muscles are engaged. Teixeira shared her secrets to doing this when doing lunges in this Instagram post. “The way you perform your lunges can change the muscles it activates. đŸ€“ When you step forward you will activate more your quadriceps muscles than the glutes. But if you step backwards you will activate more your glutes than your quads. And if you keep your chest up you will feel more in your quads while if you keep your chest forward you will feel more in your glutes. I always perform it stepping backwards and with my chest forward to activate more the glutes than the quads because you know, us Bikini girls are all about the 🍑.”

Yanyah Milutinovic is a successful fitness model who, in a recent Instagram post’s caption, revealed that she has been diagnosed with something worrisome, but is still pushing herself to exercise. “I’ll share more about this in a future post, but I want to say that it was tough to process at first. I was scared this diagnosis might signal the end of my fitness journey. However, I reminded myself that I’ve lived with this condition for seven years; I just received a name for it now. I’ve achieved incredible things despite it, and I’m determined to continue doing so. I refuse to let this define me just because we have a label for it. It’s still a challenge to manage, but I’m committed to pushing through đŸ€â€

She’s Consistent

Milutinovic makes sure to be consistent with her exercise. She talked about this in the caption of her recent post. For those of you following my journey on my stories, you know it’s been a challenging few weeks. I’ve been showing up to the gym twice a day, pushing through early morning fasted cardio sessions from 5-6 AM while navigating what we initially thought was an injury, but turned out to be a diagnosis of a disease.”

Milutinovic does a lot of hamstring exercises. She shared her favorites in this Instagram video, captioning it, “Hamstrings — because who wants a cake served on a wobbly table? These are MY TOP 3 Hamstring exercises to build a solid foundation for a well-supported cake: 1ïžâƒŁ Seated hamstring curl. 2ïžâƒŁ Stiff leg RDL. 3ïžâƒŁ Laying hamstring curl. Milutinovic talked about the importance of making workouts count in the caption of this Instagram post. “As I am writing this, I am literally in pain sitting down; my gluteus soreness is next level due to this exact workout yesterday đŸ„Č It wasn’t an insanely heavy lifting session, but it definitely was one for the books 📚I picked a weight that challenged me and allowed me to focus on the muscles I was working throughout the whole motion 🧠đŸ’ȘđŸ»đŸ”ŒNo rushed reps, and no wasted sets đŸ™…đŸŒâ™€ïžThis is something I often like to remind my clients; it’s not about counting the reps but making the reps count. 💭 I made the weight feel heavier than what it was by slowing down the execution and contracting the muscles the whole way 🐌”

She Takes Supplements

Milutinovic likes to take supplements to help with her health. She shared her secrets in the caption of this Instagram post. “Remember, supplements aren’t a magic trick, but they can work their magic đŸȘ„đŸŽ©đŸ‡ when combined with your dedication and effort đŸ€đŸ’ȘđŸ» As a busy mom, here are my top three supplements: - A quality pre-workout or fat burner for an energy boost - Creatine for added strength when I need that extra push after caring for my little rookie humans - Protein powder to help me reach my protein macros when I don’t have the opportunity to eat a full meal or haven’t had the chance to meal prep, but need something quick. Melissa Alcantara is celebrating getting older – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness trainer who helped Kim Kardashian get into her best shape ever via bodybuilding shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set. “I’m going to be 40 soon and I’m feeling freer in so many ways
I know more of what I want. I’m less and less afraid to think about me first. I speak up more. Your best life doesn’t always need a plan, It just requires the courage to say ‘that chapter is closed. Let’s start a new one.’ What’s your next chapter going to be?” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Struggled with Her Weight and Had Unhealthy Habits

In an interview with Joe Wicks Melissa reveals she was an “unfit, super broke” waitress living in Brooklyn, who gained 70 pounds while pregnant. “My entire life I’d been yo-yo dieting,” she said. “I always had low self-esteem. I was big, then small, then chunky. I would starve myself. I didn’t do it the right way.”

She Drinks Coffee and Meditates

Melissa starts her day at 4am with a cup of coffee and a meditation from her favorite book, Living a Life of Awareness: Daily Meditation on the Toltec Path, which helps her “start the day off right.” “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions
  • Increasing imagination and creativity
  • Increasing patience and tolerance
  • Lowering resting heart rate
  • Lowering resting blood pressure
  • Improving sleep quality

She's Recently Debunked

Melissa recently debulked her body. “No matter what I do I will always have an athletic build, it’s just the way I am naturally (genetics),” she wrote in a post, revealing what she did over two years to slim down to 140-pound figure. “Lift 3-4 times a week, not 6 like I used to,” she revealed. The second thing Melissa did to bulk down? “Not lift as heavy,” she writes, “mostly with upper body exercises,” she says. She also put more of a “focus on lower body exercises,” she writes. “I’m way more muscular upper body.”

She Chose Herself

Melissa took charge of her life, starting with waking up at 5am every day to exercise. “It morphed from me just wanting to have abs to me saying ‘yes’ to myself, choosing myself, and putting love into myself every single day,” she told Women’s Health. “And that was a whole new ball game for me.’”

She Changed Lifestyle Habits

As for her diet, Mel changed it up. “Eat intuitively, lots of rice and chicken and some drinks here and there,” she says. “More resting and sleeping and less stress,” also helped Mel achieve her body goals, she writes. “Basically, I’m just living life doing other things than lifting weights and being in the gym,” she concludes.

She prioritizes strengthening her legs and working her lower body. “Good evening!!!! Here is my full leg workout for today. âžĄïž I did 3 sets of each x 15 reps per leg. ✔ If you like this workout, save and share with your partner,” she said on Instagram (translated to english).

2. She pushes through

Just as it’s important to maintain physical strength, she knows it’s so crucial to maintain mental strength, as well, pushing through tough times and never giving up. “I will never quit , I will persevere, I will be physically harder & mentally stronger , thank GOD đŸ™ŒđŸœ,” she said on Instagram (translated to english).

3. She shares her workouts

Ana Cozar.3Ana Cozar/Instagram

She shares her workouts with her following to inspire others. “FIRST WORKOUT OF THE YEAR đŸ„łđŸ˜âžĄïž Save this complete leg workout: 3 sets of haka squats x 21 reps, changing foot position every 7 reps, 5 sets of free squats x 12 reps 100k, 3 sets of Bulgarian x 15 reps per leg, 3 sets of pistols on horizontal press x 15 reps per leg, 5 sets of squats in smith x 12 reps, 3 sets of press x 15 reps, 3 sets of Bulgarian in haka, [and] 1 set of drop set squats 24 reps lowering weight every 8 reps,” she said on Instagram (translated to english).

Victoria Justice in Two-Piece Workout Gear Has "A Little Reset"

Victoria Justice isn’t just an actress and singer—she’s a longtime fan favorite, thanks to her roles in Zoey 101 and Victorious. But beyond the screen, she’s also known for her effortless style and active lifestyle. Recently, she gave fans a glimpse into her wellness routine with an Instagram post captioned, “Very grateful for this little reset & this little life đŸ™đŸŒâœšđŸŒ…â€â€”and judging by the photos, that reset involved plenty of movement.

From hiking along scenic trails to stretching it out with yoga, Justice embraces an active approach to self-care. Here’s a closer look at the habits that keep her feeling and looking her best.

She Hikes

In her Instagram post, Justice is seen hiking by the beach. Hiking has a lot of benefits. Piedmont states, “Going up and down hills gets the heart pumping, creating a great cardio workout. Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers. Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise that builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight.”

She Swims

Another thing Justice is seen doing in her Instagram post is going for a swim. Better Health says that swimming is very beneficial. “Swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it's a good way to relax and feel good
Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.”

She Does Yoga

Justice is also seen taking an outdoor yoga class in her Instagram post. Yoga has a lot of health benefits. Harvard Health says, “Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. It's not about physical appearance. Yoga studios typically don't have mirrors. This is so people can focus their awareness inward rather than how a pose — or the people around them — looks. Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn't practice yoga. They were also more satisfied with and less critical of their bodies. For these reasons, yoga has become an integral part in the treatment of eating disorders and programs that promote positive body image and self-esteem.”

She’s True To Herself

Justice is all about being true to herself. She talked about this in an interview with People. "Nowadays, I feel like a lot of women feel a lot of pressure to look a certain way,” Justice said. “There's just so much beauty in owning your own individuality and who you are and not trying to be anyone else."

She’s Consistent

Justice makes sure to be consistent with her wellness. She talked about this in an interview with People. "I really appreciate it, especially because I feel like I do things to try to take care of myself the best way that I can. I wear a baseball cap when I can, I wear sunscreen every day, I try to not drink too much, I work out. I definitely put effort towards my wellness, so it feels nice to hear those comments."

Isabelle Mathers
Isabelle Mathers/Instagram

Isabelle Mathers knows how to turn fitness into fashion. The influencer and model has built a massive following through her stylish collaborations, and her latest collection with CSB is no exception.

Recently, Mathers gave fans a glimpse of her go-to workout looks, modeling sleek two-piece sets in soft toffee and blush tones. The brand captioned the post, “Our fit checks until further notice đŸ€Ž toffee & blush by @isabellemathersx now live.” While she looks effortlessly chic, her fitness routine isn’t just about style—it’s about fueling her body with the right foods and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

From nutrient-packed meals to balanced eating habits, here’s a look at how Mathers stays in top shape.

She Loves Avocado

Mathers makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight. In this photo, she is seen eating a salad with avocado. The Cleveland Clinic says that avocado is very healthy. “Avocados are a good source of fiber, which is a type of carbohydrate that your body can’t break down. You need both soluble and insoluble fiber — and lucky for you, avocados have both.”

She Loves Cucumbers

In the previous Instagram story, Mathers included cucumbers in her salad. Cucumbers are very good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Yes, cucumbers are a great part of a healthy diet! Cucumbers belong to the gourd or Cucurbitaceae family, along with pumpkins, squash and melons. This low-calorie fruit (yes, a fruit — it has seeds and grows from a flowering plant!) is chock-full of water and other nutrients, including fiber, vitamins A, K and C, potassium and calcium.”

She Loves Tomatoes

Mathers also put tomatoes in the salad in her Instagram story. According to The Cleveland Clinic, they are very good for you. “One cup of tomato juice offers 45 milligrams of vitamin C — about 75% of an adult’s daily needs. A powerful antioxidant, vitamin C helps boost your body’s immune cells that fight infection and prevent free radical damage to your healthy cells.”

She Loves Lettuce

Mathers naturally included lettuce in her salad. Lettuce is really good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Lettuce is chock-full of antioxidants. These food chemicals protect you against free radicals, which cause inflammation and may contribute to eye diseases, diabetes and other chronic conditions. Research shows that eating a small side salad before your main course can help you feel fuller. As a result, you eat fewer calories during your meal. Findings suggest that starting your meal with a salad can lead to weight loss or help you maintain a healthy weight.”

She Loves Tuna

Lastly, Mathers included tuna in her salad. Safe Beat says that tuna has a lot of health benefits. “Tuna is rich in potassium, which is known for lowering blood pressure. Omega-3 fatty acids in combination with potassium bring an anti-inflammatory effect to the cardiovascular system, which in turn benefits us by lowering blood pressure, risk of stroke and heart attacks.”

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off
Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles.

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”
