Read on to see 5 of Daniella Karagach's tips.

1

She Dances

Dancing is the main way that Daniella keeps herself in shape. According to a study from The Cleveland Clinic, dancing has a lot of health benefits. "One of the health benefits is cardiovascular. So, it's an aerobic exercise which helps our body use oxygen, which helps increase our heart rate," said Kellie Grabfelder, DPT, physical therapist for Cleveland Clinic. "It gets our blood pumping through our body and oxygen to our muscles. And this can even aid in weight loss for people."

She Goes In Saunas

Daniella makes sure to prioritize her recovery. One way she does so is by going in saunas. Daniella shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself in an outdoor sauna. She captioned it, "The best recovery after a long rehearsal day @redwoodoutdoorsco #redwoodoutdoors Fun fact: Sauna hats help regulate your body temperature decreasing the risk of feeling dizzy in the heat."

She Uses Therabands

Daniella shared some of her favorite wellness products in an interview with E! News. She says that she likes doing exercises with Therabands, and she always puts one in her bag. "You might think this is weird, but I always have a Theraband with me. I never feel complete without it. It just gives me resistance and makes me feel more connected before I start my warm up or whatever."

She Doesn't Wear Too Much Makeup

Daniella is open about her struggles with her skin, specifically acne. She tells E! News that she has learned to not apply so much makeup in order to keep her skin healthy. "I learned not to put the powder on so heavily, especially if you're doing your makeup a long time in advance and you'll have to reapply it anyway. You develop a lot of creases under the eye, so they say just to keep it fresh, put a little bit of powder, but in order to kind of brighten your face up a little bit they just reapply the concealer."

She Doesn't Do Too Much To Her Hair

Daniella has incredible blonde locks, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her favorite products and secrets in her E! News interview. Daniella says that she tries to not color her hair too much. "I know everyone's hair is different and some people have had their hair not grow back after a haircut. For me, I trim the dead ends four times a year and that seems to keep my hair healthy. I don't color it too often. I color it maybe three times a year and I think that keeps my hair healthy too."
