Fitness influencer Danielle Peazer is reminding followers how even just a little bit of movement can improve your mood and attitude. Peazer shared a video of herself wearing black jogging pants and a matching tank top, doing a “silly” dance to work through some emotions. “The only thing that I know how to do is to move through it, not only mentally, but also physically. There’s so much more to a wiggle than just doing a ‘silly little dance’ - it really can change your mood and set you onto a different path for your day, something that we can all benefit from time to time. So I guess the point of this post is to ask you…have you wiggled today and released unwanted emotions? If not, what’s stopping you?” she captioned the post. Here’s Peazer’s approach to wellness, fitness, and a fulfilling life.

1. Her Body Plan

Danielle.Peazer.1Danielle Peazer/Instagarm

Peazer created her 12-week Body Plan to represent what training looks like for a dancer. “As a dancer I have to constantly switch up my style of movement and that is reflective in the Body Plan as it is never just one style of workout for the whole week. “There is a bit of barre, HIIT, bodyweight and stretching and mobility in there,” she told Hello!. “I get bored doing just one thing all of the time so the workouts really challenge your body to switch up the areas you're working on and shock them in a way that they might not be used to.”

2. No Restrictive Diets

Peazer enjoys a balanced, common-sense diet with few restrictions. “I have a balanced diet, I love fruit and vegetables and eating fresh meals and would be lying if I said I didn't love pizza and pasta,” she told Hello!. That's why we included a mac n cheese and wholemeal pizza in the Plan! I have never dieted or restricted myself from eating something that I want. The whole point of life is to enjoy it so if I want to enjoy some cake or fast food I will. It just means I have to workout a little harder to maintain my physique.”

3. Good Music

Peazer loves the positive effect her favorite playlist has on her workouts. "Music massively helps me when I work out,” she told Cosmopolitan UK. “I always listen to music that makes me feel pumped and ready to work out; it's an instant energiser and is actually proven to make you work out harder!"

4. Hair Care

Peazer relies on weekly treatments to keep her hair healthy. “I don't currently take any supplements for my hair or skin, I have done in the past and wouldn't rule it out for the future but I like to give it a break and allow my skin and hair to develop naturally,” she told Women Fitness. “I use hair masks about once a week as I have a lot of heat styling on my hair so have to look after it as much as possible.”

5. Yoga On Rest Days

Peazer allows herself time to rest and recuperate during the week. "I always allow myself to have rest days,” she told Cosmopolitan UK. “These don't have to be complete do-nothing days - it's totally up to you - but if you still fancy being active, just do something low-impact or less intensity, like yoga. Rest days are so important to me and helps my body recover and helps keep me mentally focused."

We are committed to bringing you researched, expert-driven content to help you make more informed decisions around food, health, and wellness. We know how important making choices about your overall health is, and we strive to provide you with the best information possible.

Danielle Pascente, a well-known influencer and fitness coach, has built her success by embracing a balanced approach to health and fitness. She’s committed to pushing through tough exercises she doesn’t enjoy and always ensures she never skips a warmup. Pascente’s dedication is evident in her consistent approach, reminding her followers that staying on track is key to reaching their goals, even with a busy schedule. From high-intensity treadmill intervals to the importance of fueling her body in ways that suit her, Pascente demonstrates that a well-rounded routine is essential. Her message is simple: listen to your body, find what works for you, and stay committed to achieving a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

1. She Does Workouts She Hates

You’re not going to love every workout–there are some exercises that are hard to tolerate even though they’re effective. Pascente has a list of ones she hates, but she still does them because “they’re good for me.” Wearing mint green shorts with black trim and a teal-colored sports bra, Pascente showed which moves she doesn’t enjoy but will continue to do.

-Bulgarian split squats

-Pull-ups

-Barbell back squats

-Lateral raises

2. She Never Skips a Warmup

Warming up before a workout is recommended because it helps improve performance, boosts energy, reduces stress on the heart, and helps increase flexibility. Pascente admits she can overlook things in a session, but warming up is essential. “I’m mostly the chilliest trainer ever, but skip the warm up and you’re ☠️ to me 🤣🤣🤣🤣I will die on this hill. Not nearly as much as people die on the hill that burpees are the worst exercise ever (agree to completely disagree) but I think a lottttt of us can agree that warming up before exercise IS IMPORTANT.”

3. She Does Treadmill Intervals

To switch things up, Pascente will do treadmill intervals and shared what the workout looks like in an Instagram video.

“Warm up: 5 minutes, walk pace, incline 2%

WORKOUT:

➡️3 - 30 second sprints. 30 seconds recovery between each. Increase your sprint speed by 1 each time. Make sure you choose a pace you know you can increase and still hold for 30 seconds. The last one SHOULD push you! Mine were 9.0, 10.0, 11.0. Next time, I’m going to try pushing 10, 11, 12.

Hop off tread and complete this circuit. Interval is 30/10 (30 seconds on, 10 rest)

1️⃣DB SQUAT TO PRESS

2️⃣MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

3️⃣DL TO LUNGE SNATCH

4️⃣DECLINE PUSH UP

Hop back on tread and repeat this 3-4 times. I made it through 4 rounds - but honestly - this shit gassed me - it’s tough with the added circuit for sure. But in true me fashion - of course I’d program this madness 😂😤”

4. Consisteny is Key

Colored,Paper,With,The,Words,Consistency,Is,Key.,Consistent,Self-educationShutterstock

Pascente is a busy mom on the go, but never skipping workouts is key for her fitness journey. In an interview with Perfect Bar she said, “If I’m consistent with that, everything else falls into place. I travel a lot too so sometimes it’s hard to find a rhythm, but when I carve out time and actually schedule all my workouts I feel much better! Workouts just set the tone for my day. They help me make better decisions (food wise) throughout the day and recharge my mind and body!”

5. Find What Works Best For You

Pascente fuels up for workouts in various ways like enjoying a big breakfast beforehand, but reminds followers that everyone is different. “I said it once and I’ll say it 20 more times - you’ve got to do what works for you. There is no one size fits all approach to how we eat or fuel our bodies and the timing in which we do it.” She also stated, “I think nutrition in general is so specific and unique to each individual. I get asked a lot how I fuel before and after my workouts and that looks wildly different based on preference, time you wake up, time you might exercise, etc. This is just a small glimpse on fuel surrounding a workout but it’s also constantly changing if my schedule shifts a bit.”

Singer and TV presenter Michelle Heaton is on a roll with her fitness routine. Heaton, 44, shared a video of herself wearing black leggings and a matching tank top, doing a strength training workout at the gym. “Calling all my menopausal women out there..👊❤️Come train with me … 🙏🏻Did you know that any exercise at all in menopause will help keep your weight from constantly fluctuating, helping lower stress, anxiety, and depression, all of which tend to show up liberally during and beyond menopause. No matter what you choose to do, something is better than nothing ladies! You got this 💯,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Heaton stays fit and full of energy.

1. Bright Workout Gear

Heaton knows how important the right exercise wear is for comfort during a workout. “As a busy mum, I sometimes wear gym stuff all day, so it has to look cool, feel good to the touch and be durable and comfy,” she told Asda Good Living. “I think wearing brightly-colored clothing can lift your mood. Plus if you’re in a large exercise class, it makes it easier to spot yourself in the mirror and correct your positions. Wear the right sports bra for the exercise you do. For yoga, I wear a bra that leaves me free to do more, then one with more support for interval training and weights.”

2. Small Workouts When Possible

Heaton fits in smaller workouts when she doesn’t have time for her regular routine. "No time to work out? Find ways to fit exercise into your daily routine,” she told Asda Good Living. “You don’t have to do it all in one go – you could try lunges as you can vacuum then star jumps whilst you’re watching TV. A few mini-workouts a day will add up. One of the best ways that I stay motivated is by leaving my gym equipment out so that I can see it. So it's always in my trail of thought - no excuses!"

3. Early Morning Workouts

Heaton arranges her workouts around her children—the earlier in the day, the better. "I try my very best to go to the gym four or five times a week,” she told Your Healthy Living. “I force myself to work hard there because I know I haven’t got long and I have to get back to the kids. I tend to get up really early and get there for about 6 a.m. before the kids wake up. I like to keep fit… I’m noticing that my metabolism is slowing down and I can’t eat all the things I want to eat any more. I like to try and look my best because it makes me happy."

4. Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream

2019,7,29,Ny,Elizabeth,Arden,Eight,Hour,Cream,SkinShutterstock

Heaton is a big fan of cult beauty product Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream. “I always like to have Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream handy because it has so many uses,” she told Closer. “I use it as a lip balm, for cuts and grazes, I even use it on my hair, and it’s perfect for moisturizing skin when you’re on a flight. It’s always in my bag. I also use it on Faith [her daughter] when she grazes her skin, it’s really handy.”

5. Home Cooked Whole Foods

Heaton likes to cook at home from scratch. "We stay away from processed or starchy foods,” she told Your Healthy Living. “A typical day at home would begin with a smoothie made with blueberries and protein powder, then lunch would be an egg white omelet with a side salad and our evening meal would be some sort of protein with plenty of vegetables. I might have Greek yoghurt or a protein bar for a snack. We try to eat organic sometimes but as it can be expensive, it depends on our budget for the week."

Just because you’re surrounded by the best doesn’t mean you’re one of them. There is and should always be a constant fight to prove you can hang with the best of the best. Because of @wodapalooza we got to show the world so much greatness and I’m glad I got to be a small part to help TEAM NA TO VICTORY 🥳 love you all so so so much and there isn’t a day that goes by that I am not thankful for what I get to do and WHO I get to do it with and next to 🤍”

In her Instagram post, Brandon is seen running on the treadmill. This is very beneficial. According to Healthy Talbot, “Treadmill working is an aerobic/ cardio exercise. 3. She Lifts Weights

Brandon is also seen doing strength training exercises in her Instagram post. Brandon shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen using a fitness bike. Brandon captioned the post, “One foot in front of the other.” Using a fitness bike has a lot of benefits. Penn State PRO Wellness reports, “Depending on the intensity of your workout and your body weight, you can burn more than 600 calories an hour with a stationary bike workout. This makes indoor cycling an excellent workout option for burning calories quickly.”

Canadian ice dancer Tessa Virtue is giving fans a peek at what her training routine looks like these days. Virtue, 34, shared a video of herself wearing green leggings and a white shirt, doing an intense strength workout at the gym. “I feel strong when… I try new workout exercises. I lift weights. I push my body to its limits. @torriebfit says ‘5 more, I know you can do this!’ Loved this bent-over row using a towel - I found it engaged such different muscles in my back! Also, been doing a ton of band work to strengthen my glutes. What makes you feel strong?” she captioned the post. Here’s how Virtue is living her best life in retirement.

1. Working Out For Fun

Virtue is thrilled to work out for herself, instead of as part of competition training. “I’m not spending 11 hours a day training. That’s not my purpose anymore,” she told ELLE Canada. “I feel liberated that I can train and work out just because it feels good. It’s not for function. Just in the last few weeks, that’s hit me. I’ll be in the middle of a spin class and it’s as if I’m looking at myself from the outside and I see this weight being lifted. It’s realizing that I am finally stepping out from under all that pressure.”

2. Move Your Body

Virtue says there are a few specific things that make her feel good in her own skin. “Moving. Working out. Sometimes it’s just stretching or doing a bit of yoga, whatever it is, just moving my body has been really good,” she told Fashion Magazine. “And then also positive messages. It sounds crazy but just accepting whatever state my body is in today, in this moment, just acknowledging it and thanking it. [Thinking], ‘I’m grateful and this is what I’m working with and it’s good enough.’”

3. Getting Enough Sleep

Blue,Sleeping,Eye,Mask,,Isolated,On,White,BackgroundShutterstock

Virtue makes sure to get enough sleep every night for optimum health and wellness. “I'm still stuck in that athlete mindset of needing eight hours a night, at least,” she told Beauty Geek. “What I miss are those mandatory naps that were part of our daily disciplined routine! I'm probably sleeping much less now because I'm on the go – and every day is different. That more than anything has contributed to a sense of, depending on the day, either unease or complete liberation.”

4. Going For An MBA

Virtue has been studying for her MBA since retiring from competitive skating. “I have been incredibly fortunate to dive into the corporate realm in a unique way for the last decade, but I want to develop a greater understanding from a macro level and earn some credibility as I venture forth in the next phase of my career. I am keen to better understand how to use my platform by earning my stripes!

5. Skincare Routine

Virtue doesn’t do much when it comes to her beauty regimen when she’s not on the ice. “I've always been of the less-is-more mindset when it comes to skincare,” she told Beauty Geek. “That's thanks to my mom. She always told me to touch my face as little as possible. So I'm pretty simple with micellar water and moisturizer. I make sure that I get all my makeup off at night so my skin can breathe, and if I'm traveling, I don't really put anything on my face.”

Toni Breidinger is no stranger to pushing limits, whether she’s dominating the racetrack or powering through an intense workout. The NASCAR driver and social media star isn’t just about speed—she’s also serious about strength, endurance, and staying mentally sharp. In her latest update, Breidinger gave fans a glimpse of her exercise routine, proving that her fitness game is just as strong as her driving skills. From explosive box jumps to tracking her progress with fitness apps, she follows a well-rounded approach to training that keeps her in peak condition. But it’s not just about the physical—her mindset plays a huge role in her success. Here’s a look at the habits that keep her at the top of her game.

She Doesn’t Let Pressure Get To Her

Breidinger tells Marin Living that she doesn’t let the pressures of racing get to her, and that this has helped with her career. “I don’t really feel added pressure, more like a sense of responsibility to pave the way so other minorities have better opportunity to come up through motor sports,” she says on how she feels about her groundbreaking status. “I take a lot of pride to be able to represent in NASCAR and it’s amazing how much support I’ve received from Arab girls and women.”

She’s Motivated

Breidinger is extremely motivated when it comes to her career. She talked about where this comes from to The Modems. “I am very ambitious and stubborn so I feel like I naturally keep myself motivated to reach my goals, but I also have my bad days where motivation is just a struggle. I’m lucky because the people I surround myself with are always there to lift me up and keep me on a positive mindset.”

She’s Positive

Breidinger is a big believer in having a positive mindset. She tells The Modems that this is one of the reasons for her success. “I’ve gotten so much good career advice over the years but the best one was, ‘Mindset is what separates the best from the rest’. I always knew a positive mindset was important but I never really applied it to my life until this year and it really has changed my life for the better. It sounds cliché but I swear by it.”

She Tracks Her Fitness

Breidinger tells The Modems that she likes to use fitness apps to track her wellness. “I’ve used MyFitnessPal to track macros, which was helpful when I started to get serious about my nutrition. I also use MapMyRun to record all my runs so I can keep track of those as well. It’s so handy to be able to keep track of all my health goals easily all in my phone.”

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
