Potratz shared some of her favorite wellness products in an interview with Page Six. She says that she makes sure to take vitamins each day. Potratz’s favorites are from the company LivOn. “This company makes amazing vitamins that are potent and easily digestible, but also have superior absorption qualities,” she says.

2. She Doesn’t Put Herself In A Box

Potratz opened up about being the villain on Selling Sunset to Vulture. She says that she doesn’t let people put her into a box. “I can also tell you with certainty that you don’t know my entire personality. You don’t see very much of me — you only see maybe 10 percent of me. When you don’t see any other part, then your perception is only what you see: You think that person equals something negative, but whatever was shown was pretty harsh. That’s what you identify that person with, but that is not the entire person. And that goes for everyone on the show, good and bad.”

3. She Does Full Body Workouts

Potratz shares a lot of workouts on Instagram. She makes sure to exercise her whole body. Potratz posted this video of herself doing a full-body workout in the gym. She captioned the post, “Save and try this next time you only have 15 mins but want a full body workout! Roll shoulders back and pull core in. Use same leg for lunge and step up then alternate. Add optional bicep curl while doing lunge. Don’t let knees pass your toes when doing the lunge. Activate glute by stepping through heel on the box. Option of pulling knee up or kicking leg out on box. Let me know how you like this workout!”

4. She Weight Trains

Potratz likes to weight train. She shared this upper body workout on Instagram. In it, she is seen using dumbbells. Potratz captioned the post, “Quick but efficient upper body workout! 4 x 10 plate clean and press, weight as desired! 3 x 12 bicep curls into reverse grip shoulder press, try 8 lbs! Let what you think, enjoy!”

5. She Works Her Lower Body

Potratz doesn’t skip leg day. She shared this lower body workout on Instagram. In it, Potratz is seen doing fire hydrants, hip extensions, and both exercises with extensions. She captioned the post, “I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas! 🎄🎁 If you’re looking to feel good post feast and start the new year off right, try my easy yet effective glute routine. Save and share this post so you remember what to do and get friends involved to make it fun and stay consistent. Do you like this workout? What are your favorite ways to stay fit?”

In a new social media post the influencer shows off her stunning figure in a two-piece workout set from the athleisure brand, driving her followers wild. “In the coziest set,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Beautiful ❤️❤️❤️,” commented one of her followers. “Wow very very hot 🔥,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Minimal Processed Foods

Danielle tries to keep her diet as celan as possible. “I try to eat as little processed food as possible. I find the more natural it is the better. I also try to eat lean meats and fish that are full of healthy fats. I try to stay away from carbs too much because I need sustained energy throughout the day. Shoots can go from 8-16 hours straight of work. My biggest pleasure tends to be coffee and donuts (with sprinkles). I always add a few more abs and squats the next day to cover those cravings,” she told Women Fitness.

Lots Of Core Work

Danielle Knudson is cozy.

Danielle exercises "so I can look good naked,” she tells Women Fitness. “I focus a lot on my core work. Stabilizing a lot with longer more eccentric work to elongate and tone the muscles. I love holding isometric planks many times throughout the day. It's so easy and you can do it anywhere. I also do a lot of squats and lunges for my legs.”

TRX

Danielle Knudson is cozy.

She is also a fan of the TRX system. “I travel with a TRX as well because it's so portable. All these things turn any room or hotel room into my own personal gym,” she writes.

Pilates

Pilates is part of Danielle’s exercise strategy. “When I can in various cities I try to join Pilates and barre classes so I can surprise my body and keep on top of it. I always love a good challenge and try new things,” she says.

Molly Ava is urging her followers to take a break from fitness when you need it – in her workout gear. In a new post, the fitness influencer reveals that she put on weight during a recent vacation, but she is okay about it. “LIVE YA DAMN LIFE GIRLIE ✨,” she wrote in the Instagram caption, showing off her strong body in a two-piece look. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care and what is her latest message? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. She Once Tried Fat Burning Pills and “Teatox”

Young,Woman,Holding,Packs,Of,Pills,And,Measuring,Tape,InShutterstock

Molly reveals that in 2019 she decided she wanted to lose weight and tried instant fix products, but they didn’t work. “I came to my fitness journey an unhealthy, depressed student, drinking too many VKs and relying only on mac and cheese ready meals and fruit pastilles for fuel. So what did I do? I bought a teatox and some fat burning pills (I wish this was a joke), and clearly that didn’t work. I just had the runs and a weird tummy,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

2. Then, She Discovered Lifting

"So I sat myself down at the start (well February because January was, if you’ll pardon the pun, a shit show) of 2019, and said enough was enough,” she continued in the post. "I bought a gym guide, some protein powder and set myself some goals. I was going to stick to it this time. For the first 2+ years of this journey all I cared about was being small. I just wanted to be lean and slim, I enjoyed lifting I loved feeling strong, but the overriding goal was so be small."

3. She Also Realized You Need to Eat More to Get in Shape

"It’s not just something you wake up with, but one day after realising both my boobs and a** had done a runner I knew I couldn’t live life under 2000 calories forever and something needed to change,” she continued in the post. "So with the help and encouragement of @gymwithwarr we both embarked on our first bulk and honestly it changed my life. I had never felt such enjoyment from food, without any guilt, my body worked so much better, my mental health was a million times more positive, my hair was thicker my skin was healthier and best of all MY LEGS WERE GROWING. I felt like a beast, I trained hard, I kept going and I accepted learning and growing through the tough times, self-doubt and some incredibly testing body image days."

4. Strength Training

Molly’s workouts are now focused around strength training and lifting weights. She does old school moves like chest presses, rows, single leg step ups, and Bulgarian split squats. “Speedy full body(ish) workout,” she captioned a post. “One of those days where you need to be in and out but you want to get the PUMP 🔥 Shoulders, back and lower all HIT 🫶🏼Reps and sets on screen, 60-120s rest between sets (as needed).”

5. It’s Okay to Take Breaks, She Says

Molly’s message in her latest post, is that it’s okay to take breaks from your routine. “This past weekend was the FIRST weekend I’ve had at home in over a month, Life has been a liiiil crazy to say the least but I wouldn’t change a moment of that 🫶🏼I had a whole 9 days of ALL food out on my holiday, 4 days on a hen do, 2 days for Taylor swift, and many other meals out in between and that’s ok it’s been AWESOME 🍕Stepping on the scales after a busy period can be a little scary, especially if you have a fat loss goal, but gaining weight does not reflect on YOU as a person in any way shape or form so don’t you forget that. Am I rushing to loose this weight? No im back at my maintenance calories and kindly letting my body do its thing,” she wrote.

Amanda Tress is a very successful fitness trainer. She recently announced her new 2025 program on Instagram. Tress captioned the post, “Did someone say ADVANCED workouts for 2025?! For those of you who are straight up ATHLETES because you have been crushing the FWTFL for years… we will have an ADVANCED workout track for you starting January 6! It’s about to get 👑🔥🚀”

She Does Burpees

Tress shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. As a part of her 12 Days of Fitmas series, she shared a different workout each day on her page. In this video, Tress is seen doing burpees. The Cleveland Clinic states that burpees have a lot of benefits. “Burpees are brutally efficient as a workout tool, meshing cardio and strength training into an extremely high-intensity package. In seven simple movements, the exercise works your body from top to bottom. It’s a continuous-movement activity that uses the full musculature of your body, says exercise physiologist Griffin Nykor, RKin, CPT.”

She Does Squats

Another exercise Tress did in her 12 Days of Fitmas series is squats. According to Piedmont, squats have a lot of benefits. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back. A squat has more overall benefits than, say, a bicep curl, which strengthens an isolated area.”

She Doesn't't Weigh Herself

In the caption of this Instagram post, Tress revealed that she doesn’t weigh herself or own a scale. “Why I don’t own a scale. I threw away my scale over a decade ago and I don’t often talk about why. I even banned ‘weigh ins’ through the FASTer Way when I first launched it because I feel so strongly that daily weigh-ins are not a good representation of progress and, in fact, can be a de-motivator. Over time, I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t found in numbers on a scale. Instead, I track my health and fitness through things that actually matter to me: 💪🏻Getting stronger in my lifts and seeing muscle definition develop 👕 How my clothes fit and feel ⚡ My daily energy levels 😴 Quality of sleep 🧘♀️ How my body feels - no bloating, moving well. Daily weigh-ins used to be demotivating and didn’t reflect the real progress I was making in strength and overall health. Plus the scale can’t measure confidence, strength, or how great it feels to crush a workout.”

She Does Deadlifts

Tress likes to do deadlifts to keep herself in shape. She is seen doing them in this workout video on Instagram. Tress captioned it, “I tweaked my back doing deadlifts 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 We shall see how this pans out trying to lug 5 kids around this weekend. 😝 I worked around it and still got in a great workout. Comment YES below if you crushed leg day!!!”

She Does Lunges

Tress shared some more of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video with a friend. One exercise she is seen doing in it is lunges. Tress captioned the post, “Comment YES below if you crushed leg day!! Oh my word. My legs are smoked. 🙌🏻👑🎄PS Emma is the best workout buddy and she’s getting so strong.”

She Runs

She shared this post on Instagram of her experience, captioning it, “NYC MARATHON!! Wow what an unforgettable day. 8 weeks ago when I got this opportunity, I had only ever really ran 5Ks. These last few weeks have been filled with pushing myself both mentally and physically, I really didn’t know if I could do it. But I have learnt every time I take on a new challenge I get far more back in return. I pretty much smiled my way around the 26.2 miles yesterday. NYC crowds are just sooooo incredible. I wanna say a huge thankyou to the number of strangers who cheered me on as well as my incredible friends who gave me so much energy! Feeling very proud and very grateful to @newbalance x @bambambaklava and especially @austinbensmith who assured me I could do it when I almost pulled out. 🩵”

She captioned the post, “It’s A-OK 👌 I’ve realized I feel my best when I try new things and push myself out of my comfort zone. Things that scared me before. Sometimes it’s good to remember being scared should not get in your way of trying something new 🤍💙”

She Plays Tennis

Another thing that Williams likes to do to keep herself in shape is playing tennis. She shared this set of photos of herself on the court on Instagram. The Columbia Association states that tennis has a lot of benefits. “Tennis is an excellent full-body workout that releases feel-good endorphins to help you relax and relieve tension. Its low-impact nature also means your joints and bones will thank you.”

She Hikes

Williams likes to go hiking to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself and her friends hiking in the Grand Canyon. “Hello!! Channeling my inner Lara Croft.. Just spent the last two weeks off the grid exploring the Grand Canyon - traveling down the Colorado river, white water rafting and camping with a group of 15 of us. It was already a scary trip for me as I have never done anything like this but an extra challenge from having fractured my wrist 3 weeks before! But the challenges made it 100 x more rewarding! Will share some pictures to try and show you just how incredible the Grand Canyon is 🙌🏽 Very proud of myself for doing it and grateful to be one of the few people who get to see this part of the world in this way!”

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
