She Stays Hydrated

She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Demi shared some of her favorite workouts with Us Weekly, and she likes to mix things up. “I do strength training with my trainer,” she said. “On other days, I’ll do cardio on the treadmill while watching my favorite shows. But workouts are important to me because they help me gain mental clarity and a sense of relief while also pushing me to be disciplined and intentional.”
She Doesn’t Diet
Demi doesn’t believe in dieting or eating specific foods. She talked about this in an interview with EatingWell. “To me, eating well means listening to my body and eating intuitively. It does not follow a specific diet, it does not count calories. I focus on complete meals that will give me the nutrients I need and fuel me, and of course, I love to have a dessert too.”
She Loves Celery Juice
Demi shared some of her favorite foods in her EatingWell interview. One thing she likes to drink each morning is celery juice. “I always start my mornings with a glass of celery juice, later to be followed by breakfast and coffee. I don’t go a day without my celery juice!”
She Meditates
Demi is all about taking care of her mental health. One thing she likes to do is practice meditation. Demi talked about this to Us Weekly. “Meditation, moments to reflect and activities like jujitsu really help me find balance and wellness in my life. Mental wellness and self-care look different for everyone, so whether it’s five minutes of meditation or an hour-long workout, just find what works for you.”
