With over 19.2 million Instagram followers, Demi Rose has one of the most famous figures on social media. The 29-year-old British model first soared to fame on MySpace when she was just 18, and has become an international star in the decade since. The influencer’s curvy body is celebrated by her fans, as is her realistic approach to diet and fitness. Here are 5 habits that help her stay fit at 29.

Conquering an Eating Disorder

Rose battled an eating disorder when she was younger. “I had a curvy figure at 16 and wanted to lose a load of weight so I went through a period of getting so skinny and putting myself on a strict diet," she told the Daily Mail. "I was so unhappy and hated my body." Now, she has a balanced approach to health. "One day I woke up and realized I had to get better for myself," she said. "I started going to the gym, eating normally, and now I'm so confident with my body."

Strength Training and Cardio

"I have an amazing personal trainer, Dean DeLandro; he always creates the best training programs for me to reach my goals," she told Women Fitness in 2017. "I train with Dean four times or more a week for one hour each time. We usually work on my glutes, abs and conditioning my body sessions with some cardio."

Healthy Diet

Demi has a moderate approach to diet. “I am always very aware of what I eat and love eating healthily. I try to avoid as much carbs as I can and I never eat bread, pasta and I avoid sugar at all costs,” she told Women Fitness. "I don't really have much carbs, basically nuts, nuts, nuts," she added to The Sun. "For breakfast it's usually eggs, lunch it has to be something light like a chicken or prawn salad with a superfood. For dinner I like protein, like fish with vegetables or sushi. Then more nuts. My guilty pleasure is chocolate nuts or salted nuts!"

Hot Baths

Demi relaxes by soaking in the tub. “Little bit of this and that,” she captioned a photo of herself reaping hot water benefits. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Tennis

Demi is a fan of racquet sports. “Practice makes perfect! ,” she captioned a photo of herself playing tennis. According to ACE Fitness, it blends cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility, and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

During an interview with model Ashley Graham for her "Pretty Big Deal" podcast, Demi admits she was once so obsessed with working out and losing weight, she would exercise multiple times a day. "I'd eat a meal, go work out," they said. "That's not happiness to me. That's not freedom."

2. She Accepts Her body

Demi is an advocate of body positivity. "We hear the term body positivity all the time. To be honest, I don't always feel positive about my body. Sometimes I do not like what I see. I don't sit there and dwell on it. I also don't lie to myself," she said during the Summit. "I used to look in the mirror if I was having a bad body image day and say 'I love my body, you're beautifully and wonderfully made.' But I didn't believe it. I don't have to lie to myself and tell myself I have an amazing body. All I have to say is 'I'm healthy.' In that statement, I express gratitude. I am grateful for my strength and things I can do with my body. I am saying I'm healthy and I accept the way my body is today without changing anything."

3. She Doesn’t Obsess Over Diet or Exercise

Lovato ended up losing weight, not because she was trying but because she finally learned how to live a healthy lifestyle. "I don't count calories anymore. I don't over-exercise anymore. I don't restrict or purge. And I especially…don't live my life [according] to the diet culture…and I've actually lost weight," they captioned a recent Instagram video. “I feel full. Not of food, but of divine wisdom and cosmic guidance, peace, serenity, joy, and love.”

4. Demi is Proud

"I'm not naturally super thin. I have an athletic body. I just have to embrace that. There are days when it's hard to, but more and more, there are days where I'm actually proud of my body,” Demi told Complex.

5. She Takes Time for Self-Care

Demi prioritizes self-care. "I definitely take time for myself," she told Hoda Kotb in a recent TODAY interview "Luckily, I'm in a position in my career where I've kind of paid my dues a little bit. I've been around the block, so I don't have to run myself into the ground anymore like I used to do when I was first starting out."

I started wearing actual glitter paint on my stretch marks to celebrate my body and all of it’s features (whether society views them as good OR bad) My stretch marks aren’t going away so might as well throw a lil glitter on em’ amiright? Also let this be a reminder to anyone who doesn’t think it’s possible: IT ACTUALLY IS YOU CAN DO IT. I BELIEVE IN YOU. This year was tough.. be gentle on yourself if you slip up and remember to get right back on track because you’re WORTH THE MIRACLE OF RECOVERY I LOVE YOU,” Demi wrote.

Most people age as the years go by, but not Demi Moore. The 58-year-old actress still looks just as sensational as she did in her teens. Demi and her daughters Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah recently stripped down into Andie swimsuits for the beachwear brand’s latest campaign, and she also posted a photo of herself "getting ready for another day in paradise" in a bikini. While all the Moore/Willis ladies look fabulously fit, it’s impossible not to notice that the matriarch of the family looks just as youthful as her daughters. What does Demi do to make 58 look like 28? Here are the fitness tips she’s told others, and the photos that prove they work. And to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss this essential list of the Best Celebrity Bikini Photos Ever!

1. She Has Mastered the Art of Acceptance

Demi has mastered the art of acceptance, especially when it comes to aging. “Because you know, things do change,” she told W. “The biggest difference, I think, is that I’m not in nearly as good shape physically as I have been before, and I have skin going in a direction that I would prefer it not go. There are things that just come with getting older. But I think my big mantra for this year is about acceptance. I was reading this book that was written around 1919, if I am remembering correctly, and it was very of its day. It was discussing all the ‘female’ concerns. There were some horrific suggestions on how to take care of yourself, including putting some kind of acid on your skin. But there was one thing I took away, because I think it’s true—the author said not to frown because at a certain point it will stick. And what speaks to me here is that I do believe that when we hold upset, anger, hurt, pain or bitterness, it ages us and we wear it. That isn’t to say we are always going to feel happy. But it’s important not to hold on to things.”

2. She Uses The Mirror

Moore hadn’t worked out in "over four years” until she discovered The Mirror. “My maiden voyage with @getthemirror 15 min at level 1. That’s doable after not working out for over 4 years right? I am stalling!” she wrote in an Instagram post. She has posted several of her workout videos on social media.

3. She Doesn’t Drink or Do Drugs

Demi is very open about her sobriety, something she has struggled with for years. She revealed to Harper’s Bazaar that she first got sober in her 20s, relapsed in her 40s, and got back in her 50s. “In retrospect, what I realized is that when I opened the door [again], it was just giving my power away,” she said. “I guess I would think of it like this: It was really important to me to have natural childbirth because I didn’t want to miss a moment. And with that I experienced pain. So part of being sober is, I don’t want to miss a moment of life, of that texture, even if that means being in—some pain.”

4. She Spends a Lot of Time Outdoors

In addition to her indoor exercise, you can often find the actress enjoying the outdoors and going on hikes with her family.

Demi has been attending yoga classes for decades and has regularly been snapped at various practices across the country. According to one study: "The benefits of yoga were reported by 94.5 percent of the respondents. Demi spends a lot of time outdoors, going on hikes and walks with her family. “Don't let cold weather stop you from being active outdoors!” says the Mayo Clinic. “Dress in layers and protect your head, hands and feet. Then head outside for a winter hike or go cross-country skiing. And aim to keep a positive mindset about winter. This may help you to enjoy the season and winter activities more.”

5. She is a Yogi

Demi is a huge fan of yoga, dabbling in various practices. “Yoga has many styles, forms and intensities. Hatha yoga, in particular, may be a good choice for stress management. Hatha is one of the most common styles of yoga, and beginners may like its slower pace and easier movements. But most people can benefit from any style of yoga — it's all about your personal preferences,” explains the Mayo Clinic.

6. She Does Not Hold On to Things

Demi tries to keep a smile on her face. “I was reading this book that was written around 1919, if I am remembering correctly, and it was very of its day. Demi Moore is red hot in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the actress defies the hands of time, looking half her age as she lounges in a bathing suit in front of the ocean in Greece. “Paradise ♥️ Basking in the sun, playing in the water, naps with furry friends, and a good book…” she captioned the Instagram post with her followers. How does Demi Moore manage to make 60 look like 30? Here is her best diet, fitness, and wellness advice.

1. Don’t Pay Attention to Age

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,9:,Demi,Moore,At,The,VersaceShutterstock

Demi doesn’t let age define her. "It's changing this idea that women become less desirable as we get older," she told People. "We don't want to look matronly or not feel sexy." Her approach?"Not being defined by a number and instead being defined by my experience. You hit 59 and you're already thinking, 'Well, I'm going to be 60.' It feels very liberating. When I think of my grandmother at 60, she in a way seemed to be already resigned to being old. But I feel, in so many ways, more alive and present than ever."

2. Don’t Obsess Over Your Body

Stockholm,,Sweden,-,June,11,,2023:,Demi,Moore,Before,EnteringShutterstock

Demi reveals that she used to be totally obsessed with her body. "I couldn't stop exercising…I would be on display again, and all I could think about was my body, my body, my body…I doubled down on my already over-the-top exercise routine. I cut out carbs, I ran and I biked and I worked out on every machine imaginable," she wrote in her 2019 autobiography, Inside Out. She shifted her priorities after G.I. Jane. "I had reached my limit," she said. “When I got home to Idaho, I had an epiphany in the shower one day: I just need to be my natural size."

3. Enjoy the Perks of Coffee

Demi doesn’t drink alcohol anymore, but she still loves drinking coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

4. Exercise at Home

Moore works out at home with The Mirror, a virtual workout platform owned by Lululemon. She has shared videos of herself getting in a workout class via the tool. In this Instagram video, she does planks, plie squats, and stretches.

5. Smile…A Lot

Moore maintains that smiling is great for anti-aging. “When you see people who are joyous and smiling, they look 10 years younger and share a light that you can't buy in a bottle,” Moore told InStyle. “I think there's always a parallel: What's going on within us usually is reflected on the outside.”

6. Promote Gut Health

Moore prioritizes gut health. She takes watermelon mint digestive tablets created by Wonderbelly. A gut antacid, that is a “known and needed product on the most clean level.”

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

She Uses A Stairclimber

And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
