Chloe Farnworth just shared a stunning new set of photos on Instagram this week. In them, the actress is seen lounging on a chair in a lavender swimsuit. Farnworth is known for her roles in as Regina 12 Hour Shift, Leah Sims in Departure, and Aideen in In Circles. Farnworth received compliments from her followers in the post’s comments. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Chloe Farnworth stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.
1. She’s In Tune With Her Characters
Farnworth opened up about her career in an interview with Pop Culturist. She says that she thinks about how a character moves first. “So, I think back in drama school, we learned how to move our bodies in a different way to tell someone’s story without actual speech, and I fell in love with the idea of doing that. Now with every project I do and every audition, I think about the physicality first before the lines; it can change how the whole character comes across.”
2. She Works Hard
Farnworth told Pop Culturist that she makes sure to work hard. “I’ve worked with director Mark Wellington a few times. He’s known for doing a lot of music videos. I met him on a Linkin Park music video shoot. He has always been a great supporter and has brought me back for a few jobs. He’s always said, ‘You have to keep going. Don’t ever stop doing what you love. Keep working really hard.’ I’ve always been someone that worked hard and hustled away. I’ve put everything I have into this, into my auditions, into my career, and into this industry. He’s always been a good supporter—I wouldn’t say mentor, but he’s a very good friend in the industry with many years of experience. He’s definitely someone who I look up to, admire, and love working with.”
3. She Goes Outside
As you can see from her recent post, Farnworth spends a lot of time outside. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself outside. In this photo set, she is seen in a garden and by the beach in San Jose del Cabo. Mind.org states that going outside has a lot of benefits. “Spending time in green space or bringing nature into your everyday life can benefit both your mental and physical wellbeing. For example, doing things like growing food or flowers, exercising outdoors or being around animals can have lots of positive effects. It can: Improve your mood. Reduce feelings of stress or anger. Help you take time out and feel more relaxed.”
4. She Takes Selfies
Taking body selfies can serve as a powerful tool for self-motivation on your fitness journey. Firstly, they offer a visual record of your progress over time, allowing you to witness and celebrate your achievements. These images can be a source of pride and encouragement, reinforcing your commitment to a healthier lifestyle. Moreover, body selfies can enhance body positivity and self-esteem as you appreciate the changes and improvements in your physique. Sharing them with a supportive community or friends can also create a sense of accountability and inspire others. Ultimately, body selfies can be a valuable, tangible reminder of your fitness goals and the positive impact of your efforts, fostering lasting motivation.
5. She Enjoys the Sun
Suntanning can be an enjoyable way to soak up some sun and achieve a golden glow, but it's crucial to do so responsibly to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. Start by applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher before heading outdoors. Reapply it every two hours, especially if you've been swimming or sweating. Seek shade during peak sunlight hours, typically between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest. Consider wearing protective clothing, like a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses, to shield your face and eyes. Lastly, don't overdo it; limit your sun exposure to reduce the risk of sunburn and skin damage, and opt for self-tanning products as a safer alternative. Remember, responsible sunbathing ensures a healthier, more radiant you.
