Disney Star Mollee Gray In Orange Bikini Says “Hiii”

Mollee Gray has been on screens since she was young. She was a principal dancer in all three High School Musical movies, and finished in 8th place on the 6th season of So You Think You Can Dance. But her breakout role was as Giggles in the Disney Channel original movie series, Teen Beach Movie. Mollee recently shared a photo of herself in an orange bikini and jeans on Instagram, and captioned it, “Hiii.” Her impressive figure was on display. How does she keep herself in shape? Read on to find out 5 of Mollee Gray’s secrets.
She Chooses To Be Healthy
In an interview with the National Eating Disorders Association, Mollee opened up about her past struggles and what she did to overcome them. “My advice for any person in general with body image concerns, is choose to be healthy, for yourself,” she says. “Not every single person is built the same way, that’s what makes each individual so beautiful. The quicker you understand you have control of your image, the more confident you will be, being fully and HEALTHY you. You don’t need to prove anything to anyone else but yourself, and the sooner you see yourself as beautiful, the quicker you will live your happiest life.”
She Wants To Be A Role Model
Mollee has a large following, and she wants to use it for good. “I am just so grateful to be able to have the opportunity to be a role model for kids, LGBTQ+ community, and anyone who needs guidance,” she told NEDA. “I feel so lucky to have a big enough platform to try and spread some positivity and make a change/impact in our society today.”
She Does Highly Physical Roles
In an interview with Pop Culturalist, Mollee talked about her role in The Reliant. She says that she did a lot of physical training to appear in the film. “I am a very athletic person, so getting to use my physicality in this way was a dream! I was able to do weapon training for the first time. It was so fun! The most surprising part of the experience was working with live animals. We worked with a deer, geese, raccoon, and more! All of them were so beautiful up close, and you definitely don’t get to see that very often where I am from!”
She Spends Time With Her Dogs
Mollee has two dogs, and she spends a lot of time with them. She opened up about the impact they have on her life to K9 Magazine. “I just wouldn’t feel complete without them. They make me feel loved unconditionally, safe when I’m alone, and overall just so incredibly happy. My favourite thing is our mornings together, Stewie is under the blankets and Shiloh is pouncing all over and kissing our faces.”
She Dances
Dancing is one of the main ways Mollee stays in shape, as she teaches many classes. Research from Harvard Health says that dance has a lot of benefits. “Evidence suggests that dance boasts all the same benefits as other forms of consistent cardio exercise: lowering blood pressure, building muscle and bone, increasing aerobic capacity, and improving the ratio of ‘good’ to ‘bad’ cholesterol.”
