Millie Gibson is looking gorgeous in Greece – in her swimsuit. In one of her recent social media posts the Doctor Who star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit, throwing her fans into a frenzy. “The most gorgeous GIRL,” commented one. “Gorgeous babbaaaaa!!!” added another one of her followers. How does Millie approach health and fitness? Celebwell rounded up her top health habits.
1. Coffee
Millie loves a good cup of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
2. White Wine
When it comes to wine, you will find Millie sipping on a glass of white. While red wine is slightly healthier than white, the lighter shade of vino generally has fewer calories than the darker shade.
3. Hiking and Walking with Her Dog

Millie loves her dog so much she has an entire Instagram Stories tab devoted to him, “My Wolf.” In it you can find photos and videos of the two, going on long walks and hikes together. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
4. Pasta and Pizza

Millie is a foodie. She fills her Instagram feed with photos of all the meals she eats on her travels. It is clear from her posts that she has a favorite cuisine: Italian. She shares lots of photos of pasta dishes and pizza. She also loves muscles.
5. Exercise
Millie has also shared videos of her gym workouts. She prefers strength and weight training, lifting, squating, crunching, and pushing her way to a strong and slender body. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
