"i'm literally just amala and i like to chill," the singer captioned the series of Instagram snaps and videos. "I'm obsessed w u," commented one of her fans. "You look so happy," added another. How does the star keep herself fit and healthy? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health habits.

Upper Body Exercises

During a recent Instagram Live session revealed that her lifting workout includes push-pull upper body sets, shoulder presses and bicep curls. "I've just always had noodle arms, my whole life," she explained about why she lifts weights.

Positive and "Therapeutic" Outlets

Doja explains that music has helped her heal from a lifetime struggle with body dysmorphia. "I feel like that song [Juicy] was therapeutic for me. I kind of made it for myself – well, the meaning behind it, at least. I was kind of doing it for my own happiness and I feel like other people can definitely pull some joy from that, too," she said in an interview. "Now, I just try to focus on eating well, but I definitely still struggle with body dysmorphia a bit now. But I think that's to be completely expected when there's all these phones in your face, right?"

Lower Body Exercises

During the Instagram Live session Doja revealed her lower body workouts. She does lots of "jump squats and sh*t," as well as squats and kettlebell work. "I love doing squats," Doja said. "Don't know why, but my bottom half responds to a lot, and you can see it immediately."

Workout Buddies

Doja enlists the help of workout buddies. "My friends and I are working out together so they tell me what to do," she revealed in her Instagram Live session.

Balanced Diet

Postmates shared some of Doja's orders in 2021. Some of her favorite fast food joints include Jack in the Box, Panera Bread, and Shake Shack. She also orders groceries from Vons, which include lots of fruit, like blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and red grapes.

Doja prioritizes sleep "I also have an IQ of 560 because of it," she wrote in a recent Instagram post. According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
