Domelipa is looking fit during her travels with Juanpa Zurita. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing body in workout clothes as she vacations with the actor. “Five days walking in the jungle, a lost city, snakes and good Colombian coffee sums up this adventure very well now available on YouTube. Little @domelipa and I ventured into the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta to reach the Lost City. About 50 kilometers in total full of anecdotes (and panic) in this country that I love so much called Colombia,” he captioned the post. How does the TikToker approach diet, fitness, and self-care? 1. Ignoring Criticism

Domelipa struggles with being in the public eye. “There is a little bit of everything, first I wasn't afraid , because no one saw me. Then everything changed. Sometimes I feel insecure, sometimes I don't care about anything; Everything evolves depending on the moment I am in,” she told Marie Claire. “The massive criticism , particularly about my body, has been a challenge. People can be very harsh in their judgments. And learning to ignore it and not let it affect you can be very difficult. But since you achieve it, the reward is greater.”

2. Snowboarding

Domelipa is a snowboarder. She recently hit the trails of Breckinridge, Colorado. “I can't with the video,” she captioned the post. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

3. Hot Tub

Domelipa loves to soak it out in hot water. Why should you rely on hot water therapy? Taking baths, similar to jacuzzi soaks, have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

4. Strength Training

Domelipa relies on old school strength training to keep her body lean and strong. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

5. Hiking

Domelipa also hikes, as can be demonstrated from her recent post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
