Dua Lipa In Bikini Shows Off Abs & Enjoys “A Little Pause”

Dua Lipa is currently hitting the road for her World Optimism tour. But she is making time for herself, and looking good while doing it. Dua recently shared a carousel post on her Instagram, which included a photo of herself in a bikini. Her impressive figure was on display. Dua captioned the post, “A little pause.” How does Dua Lipa keep herself in shape? Read on to find out five of her secrets.
She Builds Stamina
Touring the world can be exhausting, but Dua knows how to handle it. She talked about her routine on an episode of the Dish podcast, as reported by HELLO! Magazine. Dua says that she makes sure to build up her stamina while touring. “Once I’m in the swing of things and I have a routine my body is really strong and healthy, it’s just getting into stamina mode, then afterwards I’m fine because my body is already at a certain level.”
She Loves Salmon
Dua makes sure to eat a healthy diet, and shared some of her go-to foods in her Dish interview. She says that she likes to make “a salmon bowl with brown rice, spicy mayo and pickled veg.” Salmon is one of the healthiest foods out there. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Salmon is the most-eaten fish in the United States, largely due to its high levels of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. As a whole, fish are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids — and salmon swims at the top of the list.”
She Boxes
Dua shared one of her go-to workouts in an interview with Beauty Crew. “I love boxing in my spare time. I like doing it for fitness [and] I like doing it just to kinda clear my mind. I really enjoy it. I like that it’s definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing I’ve probably been in the best shape ever. It’s also a great stress reliever.”
She Loves HIIT
Dua shared some more of her workout secrets in an interview with Viva. “I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day. If I’ve got a really early call time I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way.”
She Loves Fitness Classes
Dua loves to take fitness classes to keep herself in shape. She also revealed to Viva that they keep her motivated to workout. “I would always be that person who made a new year’s resolution, get a gym membership and then show up twice in the first week of January and then never go again. Now I love workout classes or working with a trainer. I feel like I’m pretty useless on my own, so I prefer being around other people working out with me.”
