Dua Lipa's whole vibe is a girl on summer vacation. And she lived up to that in a recent Instagram post. Dua is currently on tour, but managed to spend Easter at the beach with her loved ones. She recently posted a carousel post on Instagram of the occasion, and included two swimsuit photos of herself. In one photo, Dua wore a tied shirt over her swimsuit, and in the other, she opted for a red bikini. She captioned the post, "Easter at home." How does Dua Lipa stay in shape? She Gets Enough Sleep

Dua has a busy schedule, but she makes sure to get enough sleep each night. She tells W Magazine that this is one of her skincare and self-care secrets. "Sleep. That's my number-one self-care. I get enough sleep, I can do anything. I can take over the world, easily."

She Loves Baths

Dua also makes sure to unwind each day and practice self-care. She tells W Magazine that her favorite way to do so is by taking a bath, while taking care of her skin. "I'm not really a massage person. My favorite spa day would be at home in my bathtub, lots of Epsom salts, a face mask, a good book, a glass of wine. From there, into pajamas, into bed. Ideal."

She Exfoliates Her Lips

Dua has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells W Magazine that one of her tips is exfoliating her lips. "I love buying exfoliating wipes, the ones with little beads on them, and then scrubbing my lips," Dua explained. "Not my whole face, just my lips. It gets rid of the dead skin, so then they're primed and ready for whatever lipstick you want to put on."

She Gets Facials Done

Another thing Dua does to care for her skin is get facials done. She revealed to W Magazine that she has a favorite facialist, and she even asked him for tips. "I haven't been for a long time, but there's one facialist in New York who I love, Fabricio Ormonde. He's amazing. I saw him one time and he just changed my skin. He gave me the best routine, and I never looked back."

She Works Out In The Morning

Dua broke down her typical routine in an interview with Refinery29. She says that she likes to get her workouts done first thing in the morning, and also shared some of her go-tos. "Whether it's on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I'm feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right," Dua said. "I also love to do yoga, Pilates, or strength training. I like to leave my cardio workout to dancing."
