Lipa has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets with Allure. Lipa says that she tries to not wear makeup when she’s not working. “Off stage, I try not to not wear makeup as much as I can. I need to give my skin a break. I guess it was always important for me to take my makeup off before bed, but now, it’s like to a whole ‘nother level.”

2. She Takes Her Makeup Off

Lipa talked about the importance of taking her makeup off with Vogue. “I have to take my make-up off. It’s a very rare occasion where I just fall asleep with it on. When I was younger I never used to care. I was the kind of person that would just wash my face with soap and call it a day. But when I turned 18, I started really taking care of my skin and being really gentle. Now I use a lot of serums: I have one that I put on before I go to bed, and a different one for the morning that I use after a skin cleanser to take off any make-up. I’ll also use an oil, sometimes a homemade one, because my skin gets really dry the next morning if I don’t.”

She shared how she keeps her skin healthy with Allure. “I’m traveling so much, and my skin gets so tired, so anything I can take like eye cream, face cream, face mist, oils—just anything to keep my skin moisturized because flying dries it out. Traveling is the worst for skin, and it shows instantly. Once you’re working non-stop, you can instantly see it.”

For Lipa, fitness is all about variety. She tells Marie Claire, "Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting." In an interview with Vogue, Lipa revealed that she does 15-minute intervals, which include mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and burpees, daily. She says, “It’s high-intensity interval training, but it’s so quick, it’s over before it’s even started!” Lipa says that she experiments with exercises as well. “I’m still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest,” she says.

Think of training for a marathon, and starting with running a 5k. “We overcame it by tackling one hill at a time,” her onetime trainer PMAC said, referring to Dua jogging up Primrose Hill in north London. “So instead of saying we’re running up five (which is typical with all of my clients), we’d do one at a time, and she managed it.”

2. Yoga Is A Daily Routine

She enjoys high intensity interval training to stay in shape in addition to yoga for strength training and muscle building. She even stated that yoga is a daily ritual for her, spending each day practicing how to quiet her mind and channel her muscles to build strength. Try a child's pose. "In a child's pose, you kneel and sit on your knees. Lean forward, bringing your arms in front of you with your palms down, and keeping your buttocks on your heels. Rest your forehead on the floor. Dua and PMAC like to include mountain climbers, burpees, jumping jacks and more into her routine. "Most endurance workouts, such as walking, running, or stair-climbing—are performed at a moderate intensity, or an exertion level of 5-6 on a scale of 0-10. High-intensity intervals are done at an exertion level of 7 or higher, and are typically sustained for 30 seconds to 3 minutes, although they can be as short as 8-10 seconds or as long as 5 minutes; the higher the intensity, the shorter the speed interval. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid.
