1. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Lipa shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview. She says that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. “When I have a tiny bit more time on my side I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I'm in, whether it's yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning. Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting."

2. She Eats A Balanced Diet

In the same interview, Lipa talked about her diet. She says that she believes in having a balance with food. “I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can. I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!"

3. She Works Her Abs

Lipa has an amazing set of abs. And she naturally does a lot of ab workouts to get them. Lipa is a fan of HIIT. She tells Vogue, “It’s high-intensity interval training, but it’s so quick, it’s over before it’s even started!” Circle Health Group states that HIIT has a lot of benefits. “HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. During the high-intensity intervals, your heart rate and breathing rate increase substantially. Over time, this helps to improve your aerobic capacity, also known as VO2 max, which is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during intense exercise. A higher VO2 max is associated with improved stamina and endurance.”

5. She Works Out In The Morning

Lipa shared her daily schedule with Refinery29. She says that she likes to workout in the morning, specifically 8 am. “Whether it’s on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right. I also love to do yoga, Pilates, or strength training. I like to leave my cardio workout to dancing.”

Self-care,Word,On,Lightbox,On,Pink,Background,Flat,Lay.,TakeShutterstock

Dua prioritizes wellness. "It's such a busy lifestyle, I feel like I need to try and do something for myself every day," she told Viva Magazine in 2018.

2. Dua: Yoga

London,,United,Kingdom,-,November,29,,2021:,Dua,Lipa,ArrivesShutterstock

"I also love to do yoga,” Dua told Refinery29 in 2021. She “always, always” travels with a yoga mat, she revealed during a 73 Questions interview with Vogue. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

3. Dua: Pilates

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,9:,Dua,Lipa,At,The,VersaceShutterstock

Dua added to Viva that she also does Pilates. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

4. Dua: Healthy Diet

Los,Angeles,-,Jul,9:,Dua,Lipa,At,The,BarbieShutterstock

Dua tries to “stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," she dished to Urban List. "I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!" Some of her other favorite eats and drinks? Maple oat latte, her mother’s cooking, and a vodka martini filthy.

5. Dua: HIIT Style Workouts

"I try and work out as much as I can," Lipa added to Viva. "I love doing something that's really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day." She told Vogue that she fills her workout with intervals of mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and burpees. "It's high-intensity interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started!" she said. "I'm still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest.”

6. Emily Ratajkowski: Group Fitness

Beverly,Hills,,Ca.,March,12,,2023:,Emily,Ratajkowski,At,TheShutterstock

“I'm one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there's a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself, so the class environment works really, really well for me,” Emily told InStyle. “I am also someone who, even in a class, will get chatty and [distracted]. I think that’s the great thing about STRONG — the music keeps me really focused and in the zone,” she continues. “You just feel like you're, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself. You end up working harder and it's a better, more intense workout, without even noticing.”

7. Katy Perry: 60/40 Diet

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,26:,Katy,Perry,Arrives,For,CarolShutterstock

Dua and Katy Perry are pals. The singer prioritizes healthy eating. While most stars follow the 80/20 plan, she is a little more lenient. “Let’s be honest,” she told Prevention, “it’s 60/40.” Per PopSugar, Katy eats healthy, balanced meals including soups, grilled chicken, quinoa, asparagus, fresh-pressed juices, and coconut water.

8. Taylor Swift: Running

Taylor,Swift,At,The,2022,American,Music,Awards,Held,AtShutterstock

She also befriended pop sensation Taylor Swift after the two performed side-by-side at the Prime Day Amazon concert. "I love Taylor," she told Wired "We've met a couple times. She's amazing, what an incredible artist." When it comes to exercise, Taylor is a runner. "For me, running is about blasting a whole bunch of new songs and running to the beat. It's also good because it makes me find a gym wherever I am," the singer explained to WebMD. "I'm very much out in the world, and I love exploring the places we go when we tour. It's important for me to live a full life." If she isn’t running outdoors, she will hit the treadmill for an hour.

9. Charli XCX: Exercising 5 Times a Week

Dua is friends with fellow pop star Charlie XCX, who explained to Forbes that exercise is basically her job. “I perform in a really high octane and energetic type of way. So, for me, it's important to keep fit,” she said “Also, I find that if I don't exercise, I feel less awake. I try to work out five times a week because it really lifts my mood and makes me feel more positive. It's important for me to stay balanced.”

10. Rina Lipa: Swimming

The Fashion Awards 2023 Presented by Pandora - ArrivalsNeil Mockford/FilmMagic

Rina, Dua’s sister, is part of her posse. Like her big sis, Rina spends a lot of time in the water and loves to swim. “I'm quitting everything to become a mermaid,” she captioned an Instagram post. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

11. Alexa Demie: Self-Care

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,20:,Alexa,Demie,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Euphoria star Alexa Demie is often photographed out on the town with Dua. “I didn't have the easiest upbringing, so I really turned to find ways to help myself. My mom is very spiritual. I read a lot of books. I explored meditation; I figured out that nature is somewhere that I feel connected, and I feel like rooted and feel like my truest self. And so I found this place that's hidden in L.A., and I made it a point to go there a lot, especially while I was healing. And just trying to be really grounded and aware of my surroundings, the people that I keep around me, my energy, who's draining me, who isn't. And also forgiveness. I think the main thing is you don't want to go around with a chip on your shoulder your whole life,” she told Hola!

12. Sarah Lysander: Walking

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,9:,Sarah,Lysander,At,The,VersaceShutterstock

Sarah Lysander can often be found vacationing with Dua. She told Arcadia that one of her main forms of exercise is taking her dog “for a hours walk” around her home in London. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

13. Rosie Amanda Viva: Running and Walking

Rosie Amanda Viva is another regular in Dua’s posse. The model opened up to the BBC about suffering from bipolar disorder. She revealed that she "thrives" when she maintains a healthy diet, drinks little alcohol, and gets enough sleep. Running is also her "happy place" and going for a walk "without my phone and listening to the sounds of the world" is also an important part of her health routine.

14. Jennie Kim: Pilates

W Korea's 18th Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign 'Love Your W'Shutterstock

BLACKPINK’s Jennie Kim and Dua are friends who have gone Instagram official. The singer is one of the many devotees of pilates, which “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health,” says the Mayo Clinic. “It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.”

15. Gigi Hadid: Walking

London,,United,Kingdom,-,July,20,,2022:,Gigi,Hadid,AttendsShutterstock

Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
