Elizabeth Hurley Celebrates “International Bikini Day” On Instagram

The actress wore a red bikini top and leopard print bottom, showing off her figure.

Elizabeth Hurley may have recently turned 60, but she’s seemingly aging in reverse. Maybe it’s due to her new relationship with Billy Ray Cyrus. Maybe it’s due to her new reality series, The Inheritance. Or maybe it’s because of her healthy lifestyle. Either way, Elizabeth is not afraid to show off her amazing figure on Instagram. In a recent post, she celebrated International Bikini Day by posing by the pool, wearing a red and leopard print suit from her line. Elizabeth captioned the post, “Every day of my life is bikini day… But somehow I missed posting for official International Bikini Day!!! Here’s a pic from my hol in Greece to make up for it 💋 Ps. I’m wearing @elizabethhurleybeach of course ♥️” Here are 5 of Elizabeth Hurley’s diet and exercise secrets.

1

She Eats Produce With Every Meal

Elizabeth shared some of her diet and exercise secrets in the caption of this Instagram post. She makes sure to eat a healthy diet. Elizabeth writes that she will eat some fresh produce with each of her meals. “I try to have vegetables or fruit equal half of every plate I eat – ie if I have a sandwich, I also eat an apple.”

2

She Limits Junk Food

Elizabeth writes in her Instagram post that she only eats junk food once in a while. “I eat pretty much everything, but only have junk food as an absolute treat – and I count junk food as anything that contains any ingredient that I don’t have in my own kitchen, so that includes ‘diet’ and ‘low-fat’ everything, all ready meals, all bought sandwiches, cakes and biscuits and all sodas.”

3

She’s Active

When it comes to exercise, Elizabeth makes sure to live an active life. “Other than diet, my other advice is to move more,” she writes in her Instagram post caption. “I don’t go to the gym or do any set exercise, but I’m extremely active. There endeth the sermon. Let me know if this makes sense for you.”

4

She Loves Hot Water & Apple Cider Vinegar

Elizabeth tells The Cut that she likes to drink hot water in the mornings. Sometimes, she will put apple cider vinegar in it. “When I got to the studio, I’d drink a mug of hot water and go into hair and makeup. I often put apple cider vinegar in my hot water. It tastes disgusting. I can’t face it every day, so I’ll put it in my hot water maybe every other day. It’s good for your metabolism.”

5

She Works Out At Home

When it comes to exercise, Elizabeth tells The Cut that she likes to workout at home. “Mostly it’s just self-exercise at home. I might do some stomach exercises or some bottom or arm exercises, but because I trained for a dancer when I was young, I sort of know all the exercises. I find it very hard for my schedule to regularly go anywhere else. It works very well for me.”
