Elizabeth Hurley In Bikini Is “Twinning With My Mama”

Elizabeth Hurley has been posting a ton of bikini photos on her Instagram recently. In them, she’s usually wearing a piece from her line. Where does she get her amazing figure and love of swimsuits? From her mama. Elizabeth and her mother just posed in matching leopard print bikinis for her mother’s birthday on Instagram. She captioned the photo, “Twinning with my mama ♥️ We just celebrated her 85th birthday, in @elizabethhurleybeach of course 😉” How does Elizabeth Hurley look so good? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Drinks Warm Water In The Mornings
Elizabeth shared some of her wellness secrets with The DailyMail. She revealed that she drinks warm water first thing in the morning. “I try to do a little stretch in bed, before I get up and have two mugs of warm water. It wakes up your system and it’s an amazing ‘flush’ for your skin. Then I’ll have an espresso.”
She Eats A Lot Of Veggies
Elizabeth tries to eat a lot of natural food each day. Specifically, vegetables. “It’s not like I drink three green juices a day or anything, but I do eat as many vegetables as I can,” she said to The DailyMail. “And a big salad at lunchtime – never in the evening. There’s a saying: ‘no raw after four’.”
She Doesn’t Eat Between Meals
When it comes to her diet, Elizabeth just eats her three meals, and nothing in between. “I don’t snack,” she said to DailyMail. “Ever. I eat plenty for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And I eat dinner earlier and earlier. But I haven’t snacked for about ten years. It suits my digestion better. I try not to eat after 7pm.”
She Takes Baths
One of Elizabeth’s wellness and self-care secrets is a good bath. “Evening baths are really important to me,” she said to The Cut. “I have one pretty much every day of my life, just before I go to bed. I always use a Jo Malone bath oil. She’s got some unbelievable smells. My favorite one is called Nectarine Blossom. It smells beautifully — very girly, and it relaxes me.”
She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Elizabeth shared her favorite forms of exercise with The Cut. “On the weekends, I go for long hikes with my dogs. I try and stretch every day. I do the occasional yoga or Pilates class, but mostly it’s just self-exercise at home. I might do some stomach exercises or some bottom or arm exercises, but because I trained for a dancer when I was young, I sort of know all the exercises. I find it very hard for my schedule to regularly go anywhere else. It works very well for me.”
