1. She Plays Soccer, Naturally

Soccer is one of the main ways Carpenter stays in shape. The Glen Ellyn Park District states that soccer is a great form of cardio. “The average soccer player, with the exception of the goalie, may run up to 2 or 3 miles during a full game. Most players are moving constantly, either walking, jogging, or running; this increases their heart rate, burns calories, increases aerobic capacity, and improves stamina. 2. She Does Leg Curls

Carpenter likes to do leg curls to stay in shape. She shared this photo of herself using the leg curl machine at the gym on Instagram. Carpenter likes to swim to stay in shape. She shared these highlights from her birthday trip on Instagram. In them, Carpenter is seen in the water. 5. She Runs On The Treadmill
