Elsa Hosk Shows Off Her Amazing Bikini Body In Swimsuit

Elsa Hosk is one of the most successful models out there. Her work as a Victoria’s Secret Angel proves it. She’s also posting several gorgeous photos on Instagram. Elsa just shared some poolside snaps on her page. In them, she wore a black swimsuit, matching headwrap, and earrings. Elsa’s amazing legs were on display. How did she get her bikini body? Here are 5 of Elsa Hosk’s diet and exercise secrets.
She Loves Accupuncture
One of Elsa’s favorite ways to unwind is by getting acupuncture. “I know that self-care is so important to be my best self,” she tells The Zoe Report. “I love having Emma, my acupuncturist, come over, set up in the garden, and do a long 90-min session. Acupuncture is something that deeply relaxes me, and I feel the results for a while after, too. I feel so different after a session; my body feels no pains or aches, and it’s just fluid and balanced.”
She Loves Online Classes
To keep herself in shape with her busy schedule, Elsa turns to online fitness classes. “I love online classes right now, specifically Megan Roup of The Sculpt Society,” she tells The Zoe Report. “Also, I love Forma Pilates if I can make it to the studio. When lockdown started, I got really into online classes, especially since Megan (my trainer pre-COVID) launched her app just around that time. It was super helpful throughout my pregnancy. I worked out from my living room and, once we moved to LA, the garden.”
She Makes A Health Plate
Elsa makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared one of her favorite recipes with The Zoe Report. “Oh, my favorite thing to make is something we call the health plate. It has quinoa, pickled beets, sweet potato, mixed lettuce or kale, halloumi, and roasted tomatoes. Tom made it for me during my pregnancy, and I think it’s why Tuuli grew so big and healthy. She was almost nine pounds when she came out, haha!”
She Eats A Lot Of Natural Foods
Elsa likes to eat a lot of natural, whole foods. “Every year I learn more about what works for me and what doesn’t,” she said to ELLE Magazine. “I think it’s really all about balance. I try to stay away from processed food and eat organic with lots of vegetables and really nourishing foods to keep me strong. You have to eat properly to do the show because it’s a lot of energy—and the runway is long!”
She Loves Dance Cardio
When Elsa works out, she makes sure to get her heart racing. She tells ELLE Magazine that dancing is one of her favorite forms of cardio. “I’ve been training with Megan Roup, who does dance cardio. It’s lots of toning moves for the glutes, legs, and arms. She’s just really fun—I like to mix it up as much as possible.”
