Elsa Pataky is a model and actress. She recently appeared in Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, alongside her husband, Chris Hemsworth. She is best known for her role as Elena Neves in the Fast & The Furious franchise. Her other roles include Snakes On The Plane, Giallo, Di Di Hollywood, and Give ‘Em Hell, Malone. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Elsa Pataky stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Meditates

Pataky tells Harper’s Bazaar that she enjoys practicing meditation. "Once the kids are asleep, I try to meditate for 10 to 15 minutes, and I make sure I read and unwind before going to bed. At home we always try to put our phones aside just after dinner and we don't check them before bedtime, so we properly disconnect from the world for few hours.”

2. She Eats A Balanced Diet

Mom,And,Daughter,Spend,Leisure,Time,In,The,Kitchen,Together.Shutterstock

Pataky talked about her diet in her Harper’s Bazaar interview. She says that she makes sure to eat a balanced diet. “I make sure I eat as balanced and healthy as I can, although of course I have my cheating days," she says. "I do love cooking fresh fish in the oven or the grill, although my favourite moments are to cook and bake with my children. We always try to do it once every few weeks – from pizzas in the oven to yummy cookies."

3. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Pataky shared her skincare routine in an interview with Grazia. “I love our moisturiser, which is coming soon! We’ve been working on it for so long, we took our time because we really wanted it to be perfect. But I also love our derma roller, I use it every day and I love it! It’s great for your skin. I use it every other night and it really invigorates my skin and improves the tone. I also love our Divine Ritual™ Balm, it really soothes the skin and I love massaging it into my skin before bed. The fragrance is also really beautiful, the scent of the botanicals really transports you to Byron.”

4. She Uses Sustainable Ingredients

When coming up with her skincare line, Purely Byron, Pataky made sure to use environmentally friendly ingredients. “It was really important to me to have products that contained 98% natural ingredients and were really sustainable,” she told Grazia. “I wanted something recyclable, because it’s very important to respect nature. We also wanted to impart the serene spirit of Byron Bay in each of our daily rituals, which we considered through every aspect of the brand. You can take a little moment for yourself and enjoy it without having to go to an appointment in the spa – you can do it yourself at home and still get the feeling. We hope it helps to give everyone a piece of Byron and give back to the community here.”

5. She Incorporates Workouts In Her Schedule

Pataky shared her wellness secrets with Harper’s Bazaar. She says that she always makes sure to incorporate fitness into her daily life. “I make sure I organise my time during the day and I follow a similar routine every day. For instance, I always try to fit in my exercise in the mornings – it doesn't need to be full-on workouts, but any type of movement. I try to make sure I do at least three to four workouts a week, mostly HIITs (20-40 min of intermediate training). The days I don’t, I would either surf or go horse riding.”

Enjoying the last day in Australia before the trip!” she captioned a photo of herself in a bathing suit—with her friends April Munro and Luke Munro. 1. She Does Yoga

"It's just like another kind of energy you have in yoga," Pataky told Women's Health in 2019. "It's also for your mind. At the end you have that moment of laying down and five minutes of like [does an exaggerated exhale]. Kind of like a meditation. I think that's really important for your brain and to come down. At the end of the yoga, it's just good for me to lay down and think about nothing… or try to [laughs]."

2. She Weight Trains

Louis Vuitton Flagship Store Re-Opening - ArrivalsDon Arnold/WireImage

"Weight training with yoga really works with my body. I work out with weights, and the more and more I learn that, I'm not scared doing weights," she told Body+Soul. "I'm using more weight, and more weight, and more weight, and less repetitions to create that muscle. But stretching is such a important thing for the muscle—and in women, it's what makes you get the shape, the beautiful shape."

3. She Needs to Keep Going

Elsa Pataky Presents 'KissMas Time' By Women'Secret In MadridMiriam Vera/COOLMedia/Nurhoto

"I can't be without training for more than two weeks—I just get really nervous and my energy starts to go down," she said in March 2019. "When you start working out and your body's changing and you're achieving your goals, that's such a great thing. So, I think that's the motivation [to exercise]—feeling better and just being happy with you and knowing that you're healthy. If you know you're taking care of your body and you're doing it for a reason, you can put aside the, 'I can't do it.'"

4. She Horserides

“I am a very active person. I want my body to stay young – in strength and energy. I want to still go horseriding with my daughter when I’m 80!” she told Body+Soul.

5. She Promotes Swisse

Elsa promotes Swisse Wellness, Australia's No.1 Brand in Vitamins and Supplements. "Being outdoors and in nature is something that we continuously strive to do – me as an individual, but also as a family – and so the fit with Swisse is a great one that really highlights something that is important to both me and the brand. Filming at the waterfalls and with my horses in our hometown in Byron Bay with the Swisse team was an amazing experience and was also a great learning time for me to understand more about the brand and its products. I'm still getting to know all of the products, but I already have a few favorites that I use every day," Pataky said.

Nathalia Melo is offering some fitness tips for mom in her workout gear. In a new social media post the IFBB pro shows off her amazing figure while on the elliptical machine, while sharing a “message to moms who struggle with fitness.” In the clip she explains that the mistake many moms make is attempting to utilize the strategies that worked for them before their lives got so busy. For example, “If I eat a bit too much I am going to do extra cardio,” she says. She recommends moms “finding a different strategy” more conducive to their current lifestyle. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Morning Workouts

Black,Alarm,Clock,Is,Set,For,Exercise,Time,In,TheShutterstock

Rise and exercise is Nathalia’s strategy. “One thing I do everyday to keep some sense of normalcy is to train every morning as soon as I wake up. I ask my husband to keep the kids while I train, and that makes a good start of the day,” she told Better Bodies.

2. 20 Minute Workouts

Nathalia recommends slipping in short workouts when you can. “My best advice is to schedule the workout but not obsess over it, because with kids, life always happens… Even if you can just get 20 mins in, remember that it is still better than nothing,” she says, recommending the following routine:

4 Rounds

20 (Each Leg) Banded Kickback

20 Banded Dumbbell Squat

20 Banded Single Leg Scattered Deadlift

30 Secs Banded Side To Side Shuffle Jump

15 (Each Leg) Banded Alternating Forward Lunge

3. Being Her Own Superhero

“Growing up, I didn’t feel like anyone was going to come and ‘save me’...From being given the scraps from the adults’ plates to being told I was the second-best option by the very people I looked up to, I felt powerless and small. Working on my body gave me a sense of control when I had so little of it in other areas of my life. Nobody in my family believed that spending money on a gym was “worth it,” so at 14, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I saved up my allowance for six weeks just to pay for one month of gym membership.- and did so repeatedly for months. This meant I could only go to the gym every other month, but I made it work. I wanted to be in sports, too, but that cost money—something that wasn’t prioritized in my house. Sports were the first to go whenever things got financially tough. So, I looked for options that were free and joined a nearby club. I ended up swimming for over a decade—not because I loved it, but because it was my only opportunity to be involved in sports as a child and teenager. I’m not sharing these stories for pity or praise. I’m sharing them to show you that: The unkind things others do to you don’t define you—they define them. Use these experiences as lessons to rise above. You can be the first in your family to do something great. Their path doesn’t have to define yours. If you want something badly enough, you’ll find a way. Finally, STOP waiting for someone to come and save you when you have the chance every day to save yourself! Become your own damn superhero!🦸🏻‍♀️🦸🏻‍♀️🦸🏻‍♀️,” she wrote in a post.

4. Controlling What She Can

“PCOS, ADHD, 2 kids in 14 months, a transatlantic move w/ 2 small kids, 40yo, likely perimenopausal, no family help nearby, working full-time, Immigrant, daughter of a single mom, SA as a child…These are all things that I could use to define me. Or to justify as to why I can’t accomplish ‘x, y or z’. But, the truth is that the moment I use things outside my control to justify a lack of progress or results, I am removing my agency. I can’t control my health conditions, I can’t control what happened to me as a child, and I can’t control aging,” she wrote in another post. “I find it so disempowering and quite sad to use uncontrollable variables as a reason to not work towards something. Focusing on the things we CAN control: activity, the food we eat, what content we consume, how much water we drink… is an empowering experience, it gives us agency over the outcome. Life is made of choices, and focusing on the variables we can’t control is to be making a daily choice to be a victim. Everyone has challenges (some more than others), so let’s make the daily choice to focus on what we can control and let go of what we can’t!”

5. What She Eats in a Day

Nathalie detailed her diet to Muscle & Fitness.

Meal 1 : 5 Egg whites, 1 cup oats, 1 ½ cup Berries

Meal 2: 5 oz Salmon, 1 cup Steamed broccoli, 4 oz Sweet potato, 1 Apple

Meal 3: 5 oz Chicken breast, 1 cup Steamed vegetables, 1 Wholewheat tortilla wrap ( up to 15g of carbs per wrap), 1 Banana

Frida is also a devoted yogi, even managing to get a session in when surrounded by her kids. “Love a peaceful yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️session,” she joked in this photo. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
