Em Sheldon is a well-known influencer. She does a lot of advertisements and traveling. Last month, Sheldon traveled to Los Angeles. She shared some of the activities she did on the trip in a reel. In it, she enjoyed food, the scenery, and went to the gym. She captioned the post, “Truth is I used to dislike Los Angeles then I visited with locals & people who’d grown up there and honestly it’s now one of my favourite places to visit in the US (apart from the fact people don’t walk anywhere).”

1. She Promotes Positivity

Sheldon is all about promoting positivity. She encouraged her followers to do so in the caption of this Instagram reel. “I didn’t actually want to be that girl but just a reminder that people aren’t posting their failures, tears cried or challenges they faced to get to where they are today. There are so many chapters people go through that we know nothing about. That said, I’m 100% here for people sharing the things that made them happy and gave them positivity - please share the positive things you did in the last year, shout about your achievements from the rooftops but if you are feeling as if you failed the last year or didn’t achieve enough, didn’t do enough then just a reminder that everyone has parts of the story they haven’t shared and I’m sure hurdles they faced.”

2. She Swims

In the previous reel, Sheldon is seen swimming in a natural pool. Better Health states that swimming has a lot of health benefits. “Swimming has many other benefits including: being a relaxing and peaceful form of exercise, alleviating stress, improving coordination, balance and posture, improving flexibility, providing good low-impact therapy for some injuries and conditions, providing a pleasant way to cool down on a hot day.”

3. She Skis

Sheldon is a big fan of skiing. She shared this reel on Instagram of herself enjoying a ski trip. Sheldon captioned the post, “Olympic skiing or Olympic race to see how much food & I can enjoy on a ski trip 🤭 In my defense, we clocked at least 5 hours skiing per day but tasting the local food is my favorite part of most trips and nowhere does it quite like France. The best way to round off a day skiing? Good food. I actually ski better when I’ve eaten well. Ski trips don’t sound so bad after all huh and Megeve is one of the best ski resorts I’ve been to for food.”

4. She Has The Right Friends

Sheldon makes sure to choose the right people to be friends with. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Friendships you don’t need a social battery for 🫶🏼 send this to the friends who fill your cup and recharge your batteries 💌 I’m so grateful to surround myself full of people who recharge me, I think it’s the biggest compliment when someone says they feel lifted after spending with with you or that you have good energy. Energy attracts energy so surround yourself with the radiators not the drain.”

5. She Savors The Small Things

Sheldon is all about savoring the small things. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram reel. “After all, the small things really are the big things ✨ I romanticise the small things in life like my morning coffee, my daily walk, even when it’s raining I try to tell myself how cosy it is. There’s beauty in the mundane / every day moments that pass us by.”

Kyra Sedgwick is embracing gray skies—and gray workout gear (albeit with very colorful detailing). Sedgwick, 58, shared a picture of herself wearing a gray Aviator Nation sweatshirt and matching pants, looking fresh faced without any makeup on. “Some days you just have to embrace the groutfit. NOTE: Groutfit refers to an all gray outfit, usually sweatpants,” she captioned the post. Sedgwick has been working for decades, and shows no signs of slowing down—here’s how she does it.

1. Outdoor Workouts

Sedgwick is happiest when she’s outside getting fresh air with her exercise. “I like to exercise, and I love to exercise in nature,” she told New Beauty. “I don’t really run, but I love to hike when I’m in Los Angeles and I like to walk around when I’m in New York, especially in the parks. We’re so lucky to have the parks! I need to see some green to ground me.”

2. At Home Workouts

Sedgwick does spin classes and yoga at home. “I’ve had a Peloton for a couple years now,” she told USA Today. “I’m grateful for it. And I can get on my yoga mat and do a Pilates class. I have a magic ring and a few other things. I need exercise for my brain, I always have.”

3. Meditation Practice

Vector,Illustration,With,Female,Silhouette,In,Meditating,Pose,With,ScrollShutterstock

Sedgwick tries to meditate every day. “I meditate very imperfectly—not every day, but most days,” she told New Beauty. “I know that I need to stay mindful, which is a practice in itself... You are definitely a reflection of yourself. We get what we put out. I try to put out good things; I try to put out good vibes. And when I get into despair about what’s happening in the world, I do some mindfulness techniques to get me out of that.”

4. Kevin the Chef

Sedgwick loves cooking at home for her family. “Kevin [Bacon, husband] and I cook, we cook for each other, he's like a chef, a really good chef,” she told Byrdie. “I'm like a follow the recipe and hope for the best and get very anxious person. But I think we've all been forced to, if I want to eat healthy or whatever—or even if I just want to eat!—I've been cooking a lot more and having to clean up and all the things.”

5. Secret To Longevity

Sedgwick is proud to still be working. “You need to have a certain amount of ‘chutzpah’ in this industry,” she told New Beauty. “You need to have a really thick skin to be in it this long. I think the secret to longevity is longevity. I guess, in a way, the only thing I would’ve told myself earlier is to not worry about things so much…because it’s all going to be fine. But, really, what always kept me going, the thing that I somehow always knew—even when I was incredibly young—was that this was it for me. I really wanted to do this acting thing, and I wasn’t going to stop until I was able to do it.”

Alison Brie is celebrating a major milestone in her fitness journey. The Mad Men actress, 41, shared pictures of herself wearing black leggings and a gray sports bra, holding gold ‘100’ balloons that were presented to her as a surprise congratulations. “Celebrated 100 classes @formapilatesla with surprise balloons!! (and a killer ab and glute series🥵😛) Thanks for the time under tension, gals!” she captioned the post. Here’s what Brie’s health and wellness routine looks like in her 40s.

1. Working Out To Feel Good

Brie notices a difference in her mood when she doesn’t exercise. “On days that I work out, I feel good—I feel confident I feel strong and calm,” she told Well+Good. "On days that I don't work out I feel a little untethered and a little grouchy, so it's a real priority to me, no matter where I am. I've done workouts in my trailer at work when I had a 30 minute break. I just feel like, it's good to find that time. It's good for your health, and it's good for your mind.”

2. Rise Nation and Peloton

Brie likes doing Rise Nation and Peloton workouts in Los Angeles, and Devin Wiggins and Claire P. Thomas when she wants to do an at-home workout. "I seldom do the exact thing that they're doing,” she told Well+Good. “But I kind of look at it, and mix and match those with a running list that I already keep in my phone of certain exercises that I can do on my own.”

3. Glow Training

Training for her role as Ruth Wilder in GLOW took Brie’s fitness to another level. "I have never considered myself an athletic person until I started working on GLOW. We do a month of wrestling training before shooting every season of GLOW," she told ET. "That's all of the women in the ring. Three hours a day, five days a week. And that was also incredibly empowering. Learning that your body is capable of so much more than you ever expected is pretty life-changing for me."

4. Food Is Not the Enemy

Brie changed her approach to fitness, now focusing on being strong and healthy over being as small as possible. “More than anything, I think, [with] my trainers, we honed in on healthy eating and not considering food the enemy,” she told ET. “ So it's much better for me to do something, have a lifestyle where I live in a healthy way and I work out in a way that makes me feel strong and powerful and I eat food. But I eat healthy food and sometimes I eat unhealthy food and it's fine."

5. Self-Care Routine

Brie uses Epsom salts and CBD to relax. "For muscle recovery, Epsom salts and CBD are a big part of my routine," she told Well+Good. "My husband [actor Dave Franco] and I usually will take a lazy Sunday. We're very serious about our lazy Sundays—the goal is to not leave the house at all. We do next to nothing."

Lo Bosworth is just the latest celebrity to jump on the pickleball bandwagon—but her parents are practically professionals at the game. Bosworth, 37, shared a video of herself wearing two-piece black workout gear, hitting the court with mom and dad. “Two hours later, we’re done. My parents are really good. When they play together they win club championships. So, my boyfriend and I went down a number of times. But really fun,” she says in the video. “Playing pickleball with my parents ☀️ #pickleball #pickleballhighlights #ditl #dayinthelife,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Bosworth is fit, happy, and thriving in her 30s.

1. No Dairy

Dairy,Free,Grunge,Rubber,Stamp,On,White,,Vector,IllustrationShutterstock

Bosworth enjoys a “breakfast salad” made with eggs, broccoli, and avocado for breakfast, and tries to maintain a mostly balanced diet. "I cut dairy out of my diet recently,” she told Well+Good. “At first it was for weight loss, and it has actually turned out to really help my headaches, brain fog, and bloating. Every once in a while, I have a cheat day just like everyone else."

2. Natural Beauty

Bosworth is gentle with her approach to beauty. “So I’m at the place where I really have to do a lot of preventative care,” she told Stylecaster. “There’s also Suppin, a Japanese philosophy and lifestyle. It really means so much to me because it really falls in line with how I approach beauty. It’s about true, natural beauty; beauty from within. It’s about loving who you really are, what you really look like and trying not to change that too much.”

3. Skincare First

Bosworth likes to keep her makeup simple and natural. “Having really beautiful glowing skin is my number one priority when it comes to my beauty routine, and then eyelashes and brows after that,” she told Well+Good. “So, I like to use a nice thick foundation to even out my skin tone.”

4. New York Workouts

Bosworth works out six days a week. "It makes me feel clear-minded,” she told Well+Good. “I do personal training at Soho Strength Lab, and then a couple of days a week I go to the Nicole Winhoffer method. I love her, she's amazing. Best class in New York City, hands down. It's 35 minutes of toning and then dance. It is so fun. She has the best personality. She has a cult following.”

5. LA Workouts

Bosworth enjoys cardio sessions and SLT. “The ultimate day off would be spent with friends and family,” she told Stylecaster. “I love to get in a great high-intense-speed cardio workout. I either take classes at studios or I go to the gym and run on the treadmill. My favorite workout is probably SLT—strengthen, lengthen, tone; a combo of cardio and Pilates. In L.A. it’s called the Studio (MDR).”

Diamond the Gladiator, real name Livi Sheldon, enjoyed a staycation in England’s beautiful and dramatic Peak District. The Gladiators star shared a picture of herself posing in a black bikini, perched on the side of a hot tub against a background of cloudy skies and lush green fields. “Hot Tub in a ⛈️ is a mood 👌🏼 Lovely little staycation in the Peak District. Rest and recovery needed 🫶🏼,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Sheldon achieves a happy, healthy, and balanced lifestyle.

1. Personal Trainer

Female,Personal,Trainer,,With,His,Back,Facing,The,Camera,,LookingShutterstock

Sheldon is a personal trainer, using her years of experience to help people transform their bodies. “My whole life I was always the sporty one, but one day I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize the person looking back at me,” she says. ‘Seeing how unhappy I was and not knowing how to change that, my partner suggested I hire a personal trainer. This was just the start of my transformation. Learning how to train and with heavy weights, my body shape completely changed, I am now happier, stronger and more in control of my mind and body than I ever have been before… Training has done more for me than just change my physical appearance, it has helped me become mentally stronger. Training helps create routine, not just in your sessions but everyday life, you learn to plan and set goals, and then reach those goals.”

2. Happy and Healthy Lifestyle

Sheldon practices reverse dieting, which in the bodybuilding community is a way to prevent weight gain after caloric restriction (for example for a competition). “Reverse dieting was extremely important to me as I had a goal of where I wanted to be physically for my lifestyle,” she says. “Creating a happy lifestyle, Which I have now successfully achieved. I enjoy social events, a weekly ‘free’ meal and most of all I enjoy LIFE! I have no strict restrictions. I stay active with my training and NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis) goals and my personally set macros and calories (which do change depending on my goals). Currently I am in a maintenance phase of my lifestyle where I am maintaining my current physical shape and living a happy and healthy lifestyle.”

3. Tall Girl Power

Sheldon was given a hard time at school for her height, which she now embraces. "When I was growing up I used to get picked on for being taller than everyone else,” she says. “Now I get to show everyone that being unique is your superpower. I can't wait to get into the arena and take on the contenders as Diamond. A dream come true! Becoming a Gladiator! If there was an opportunity I could wish for this would be it! This truly is the biggest thing that has ever happened to me and I can’t wait to get in the arena! I’ve been training for duels since I was nine years old!"

4. Bodybuilding Star

Sheldon is a bodybuilding champion, which requires strict training. “Before 2019 I had never competed in a bodybuilding competition,” she says. “It was always a goal of mine but I didn’t know where to start, it was a completely new aspect to the fitness industry that I had yet to explore. A good friend and a competition coach gave me the push I needed to start my first competition prep. I went from never competing, to my first year competing in four shows, one of which I placed second (NABBA England Toned Figure) and another at the PCA British Finals coming home with a trophy placing 5th in Britain (Category: Toned Figure Tall).”

5. Learning To Love Herself

Sheldon used to struggle with food issues and deprivation when she was learning to train. "The training was never the problem for me, I could train all day long, push myself, and never miss a session,” she says. "It was the diet, I struggled sooo many years with emotional eating - which I didn’t realize at the time but I do now—I would jump to a chocolate bar, or a pizza for comfort. It’s taken many years for me to see food as fuel and not as ‘food’ but once that clicked I understood. And that didn’t come from dieting, it’s taken the years of being in a maintenance phase to understand that. Because I haven’t deprived myself of anything, seen how my body has reacted to the consistent training, food and love that I’ve given it, and now I have a much better understanding. I am mentally stronger because of this too and I know I am in control."

Selling Sunset star Bre Tiesi just went on the most incredible trip to Africa, and she’s sharing some highlights on social media. Tiesi, 33, posted several pictures from her trip, including one of herself wearing green two-piece workout gear, holding a yoga pose with a beautiful giraffe next to her. “Africa has ALWAYS been at the top of my bucket list ✈️✔️From hiking 9 miles to see silverback gorillas, to bottle feeding orphan baby elephants at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, to staying at THE Giraffe Manor... this experience was a trip of a lifetime. 🥹 My full Africa travel vlog is finally live on my YouTube Channel, tap the link in my bio to check it out 🦒🎥🗺️🍿🤩🫶🏼,” she captioned the post. Here’s how the reality star stays fit, happy, and ready for adventure.

1. Morning Workouts

Tiesi starts her day with an early-morning workout. “I work out every morning at 6:00 am. That’s my number one thing for my mental health and, well, for everything,” she told Grazia. “At night I try to do my self-care things like an under-eye mask and hair mask. I have my glass of wine, my quiet time and my bath. Those are my main forms of self-care.”

2. She Loves To Box

Tiesi is a huge fan of boxing-based workouts. “I love boxing,” she told Grazia. “I think I just like to hit things [laughs]. It helps me de-stress. But I honestly love all workouts, it’s such a stress reliever and you get the endorphins and a healthy release. It’s been a big thing that, honestly, has saved me throughout my life as it really centers you and re-sets your body and mind.”

3. Making Time For Working Out

Tiesi has a son with Nick Cannon, and says she now understands how hard it is to find time for yourself as a mother. "People used to say all the time, 'I'm too busy to work out.' And I was like, 'No one's ever too busy to work out.' But now, I truly grasp it," she told OK!. "It's something I really want to help with because it really is difficult to find the motivation to get there and nonetheless know what to do."

4. Low Carb, High Protein Diet

Top,View,Shot,Of,Cooked,Oatmeal,With,A,Spoon,InShutterstock

Tiesi says her diet is “boring and plain” for the most part. “I get up in the morning and have my pre-workout, and then I come back and have my protein shake, oatmeal and coffee,” she told Grazia. “My snack is usually a bar or some grapefruit, and lunch is something like a turkey burger and vegetables, or I like to make breakfast tacos. I try to have at least half of an avocado too. My lunch is a lot of protein and is heavier on carbs, especially after a workout. Dinner is no carbs and more about protein and veggies. That’s basically it! I don’t eat after nine if I can help it.”

5. Family Workouts

Tiesi encourages her son to take part in her workouts. "It's very cute,” she told OK!. “He's in there and he's trying to copy everything I'm doing. I actually just got him a baby spin bike and some little baby weights. He loves it. He copies everything I do and I just think it's amazing because as he gets older, it's going to be something that he's interested in and he's seen me do and something that he will instill in his life. It's going to just be natural."

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”

Viciconte is seen using a stationary bike in the previous Instagram video. Doing this can help strengthen your muscles. Penn State PRO Wellness explained, “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes. If you use a bicycle with handles, you’ll also be able to work your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.”

She Runs

Viciconte shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In it, she is seen doing running exercises. Viciconte captioned it, “When we exercise, our body releases endorphin, a natural substance produced by the brain during and after physical activity. The release of endorphin, also known as the 'joy hormone', helps you relax, reduces stress, anxiety and improves your mood. I always say that it's never too late to start moving, so you know that tomorrow you have no excuse 💪🏻”
