Emilia Beattie is a travel influencer. Recently, she took a trip to Socotra Island. Beattie shared some highlights on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing things like hiking and going to the beach. Beattie captioned the post, “The Magical island of Socotra! 🌺There are so many incredible views on this island I don’t think I’ll ever get over it! I’ve linked the tour we did in my bio with @travelingsocotra 🌞”

She Swims

Beattie likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She is seen in the water in her recent Instagram post. Beattie also talked about her love of swimming in an interview with Daisy’s Corner. “I’m a water girl so I love snorkelling to see the exotic underwater life. In a couple of weeks Joel and I have an opportunity to get our scuba diving PADI’s so we are qualified to scuba whenever we want!”

She Hikes

Beattie is seen hiking in her Instagram post. She shares a lot more hiking posts on her page. Hiking has a lot of benefits. Harvard Health states, “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provid

She Has A Job She Enjoys

Beattie talked about her journey to becoming a travel blogger in the caption of this Instagram post. “I thought I would be a professional Ballet dancer living in London, and spent ages 3-18 training as hard as I could to reach this goal. I didn’t have a normal childhood and moved away from home at 13, and lived with a random family to follow my passion. Unfortunately, I pushed myself too hard, I became severely depressed and burnt out. I ended up having to quit everything I worked so hard for. It broke my heart into pieces. I spent a few years completely lost, working random jobs, and struggling badly with my mental health. I decided that I wanted to travel and get away from everything, and was lucky enough to meet Joel who shared my new dream of seeing the world. And now here we are a few years later, and I’m living out my dream of travelling, sharing YouTube videos with my boyfriend and hoping to inspire others with my videos on TikTok and Instagram! Life is far from perfect for me right now, my mental health is still something I’m struggling with, but I have found a new dream, and I’m finally feeling passionate about life again! If you’re still reading to this point this is your sign that it’s okay if things don’t work out as perfectly as you imagined, because you’re capable of creating a whole new life for yourself :)”

She Loves Yoga

Beattie loves to practice yoga to keep herself in shape. She talked about this with Daisy’s Corner. “I have been practicing yoga religiously for the past year and a half, before that I had done occasional classes but not to the same extent. For me, my passion for yoga came from my childhood career and training in classical ballet, for the first 18 years of my life I dreamt of being a ballerina and attend ballet boarding school in London from the age of just Thirteen! At Eighteen I made the hardest decision of my life and ended my ballet career as it was destroying my mental health and wellbeing. I would have to say it was was this that led me to my yoga journey, as yoga allowed me to still enjoy moving my body in graceful and strengthening ways, but did not put pressure on me and my physique to look or be a certain way.”

She's Consistent

Beattie talked about how she stays consistent with her workouts with Daisy’s Corner. “It has been a bit more challenging to include yoga everyday whilst travelling but when I have the space and time I like to set up my yoga mat and do a flow. I have a travel yoga mat which folds up but still takes up a lot of space in my travel backpack, which I find motivates me to do yoga more often as I have to make lugging it around worth it!”

I think that’s the great thing about STRONG — the music keeps me really focused and in the zone,” she continues. “You just feel like you're, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself. 1. She Doesn’t Skip Breakfast

Sara wakes up “around nine, ten” and eats breakfast.”My favorite breakfast is two sunny-side-up eggs with avocado toast. And sometimes I’ll have pancakes, maybe with some banana,” she told The Cut.

2. She Does “Really Intense Pilates with a Machine”

Women in Cinema - Red Carpet - The Red Sea International Film FestivalDaniele Venturelli/Getty Images

Sara likes an amped up version of pilates. “I've been doing a lot of SLT. It’s like a really intense Pilates with a machine. I’ve noticed with my body that small movements have done more for my body than the boot camps. My body moves better when it’s very focused on small movements that elongate your body and your muscles,” she told The Cut. “I tried SLT for the first time five or six years ago when I first got to New York. It was really hard, it was too hard. Then I was training for the Victoria’s Secret show last year and gave it another try. I really liked it, it was not as hard. I think they had changed it a little bit. I could actually go through a whole class without feeling like I was going to break down.”

3. She Runs

She also might go for the occasional run. “Now that the weather is a little better I might go on some runs. I’m not a runner, but I’m pushing myself. When the weather gets a little bit nicer, I start thinking, Ah, I may just go for a run outside, even if it’s just about a five-minute run,” she told The Cut.

4. She Avoids “Crazy Diets

Opening Night Official After Party - The Red Sea International Film FestivalDaniele Venturelli/Getty Images

“I’m a big believer in not doing crazy diets and not to stop eating what makes you happy or what you like,” Sara told The Cut, adding that it's all about balance. “If you’ve had a long day and you really want a burger, just have that burger or pizza and maybe for lunch the next day you have fish with vegetables or salad with chicken,” she said. “I’ve been through, not crazy diets, but I’ve been very strict or not eaten carbs and that made me so crazy. I’m from Portugal — we eat a lot of carbs, like bread, pasta, and rice in just one meal. There’s no worse thing when you want something so bad and you’re like, I can’t have it, I can’t have it. I was stressing so much about it that my body was not feeling well. Mentally, you’re not feeling good. If I want to have a little bread for lunch because it makes me happy, I’m good.”

5. She Sleeps and Hydrates

Sara also revealed to The Cut that hydration and sleep are also essential. “If I don’t get my eight hours of sleep, it’s going to be a hard day. Your skin regenerates, your eyes are brighter and bigger, you know? Sleeping is a reset of your body. I try to work out as much as I can, but also giving yourself some rest time,” she said.

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Romani makes sure to work out on a regular basis. She shares a lot of Instagram stories in her highlights of herself at the gym. The Mayo Clinic says that regular exercise is extremely important. “Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help you keep off lost weight. She Supports Animals

Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
