Emily Ratajkowski Struts in Revealing Top, Claps Back at Heckler

An on-looker yelled at her to "put on a shirt" and she caught it on video.

In a video on Instagram with a title that says "wait for it: man tells me to put on a shirt," she captions it "famously not demure, famously not mindful," confidently standing up for herself with humor in an uncomfortable situation. Emily Ratajkowski is an actress and model from London, raised in California, who really prioritizes her health and wellness. What does she do to stay looking so fabulous and keep her physique fit? Here's what we could find.

1

She enjoys practicing yoga

Ratajkowski works practicing yoga into her busy schedule. "I really like being outside and doing yoga, so I do a lot of hiking in L.A.," she said InStyle  as seen on Cosmopolitan. "I have a yoga studio really close to my house that I go to like once a week." According to the Cleveland Clinic, "yoga can make a big difference in your life by decreasing stress, reducing chronic pain, enhancing immune response, lowering blood pressure, improving posture and body alignment, increasing muscle strength, [and] providing a sense of joy and well-being."

She doesn't love the gym

She said to the New York Times that she doesn't exactly love the gym. "I don't have a trainer…I'm just not a crazy fitness person. I'm definitely an outlier in the industry," she said. She puts in the work, factoring activity into her routine, but she isn't exactly fond of going to the gym day after day. Activity could mean a bunch of different things, it's all about factoring in movement of some kind.

She does work some classes into her routine to keep herself active on occasion. "I am also someone who, even in a class, will get chatty and [distracted]. I think that's the great thing about STRONG — the music keeps me really focused and in the zone," she told InStyle as seen on Cosmopolitan. "You just feel like you're, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself. You end up working harder and it's a better, more intense workout, without even noticing."

4

She strives to get good sleep

It's important to her (and her overall health) to get good sleep. "For me, the way I sleep afterward is one of the main reasons to work out," she told InStyle as seen on Cosmopolitan. "I am always on my phone working and I think that's affected my sleep. I'm also really light-sensitive." She goes on to say "when I work out, it's better than taking a melatonin. Because my body has worked hard, my brain finally rests and I think that is so valuable in this day and age — not to sound like an old geezer, but truly I feel that way."

5

She indulges on occasion

She likes to be social and indulge in delicious food every so often. "Dinner is my time to be social and catch up with people," she said to Bazaar as seen on Cosmopolitan. "I love this Italian restaurant downtown called Bestia. It's kind of fun, and they have good cocktails and wine." If she's craving something lighter, "there's amazing sushi at this tiny place called Mako in Little Tokyo. And I also love uni. Anything with uni in it is great for me."
