Hailie Jade is (almost) ready to bid adieu to summer in her swimsuit. In one of her most recent social media posts Eminem’s influencer daughter flaunts her amazing figure in a bathing suit and crochet cover up. “almost ready to trade in this bathing suit for a flannel,” she captioned the Instagram snap with her millions of followers. “Super cute❣️ Love your bathing suit, Hailie,” commented one of her followers. “Gorgeous,” added another. How does the model maintain her amazing body? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health habits.
1. Golf
Hailie is a golfer. “If you’re looking for a stress-free way to spend your free time, i don’t recommend picking up golf as a hobby,” she joked in a caption. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
2. Intense Strength Training Workouts
Hailie is a fan of strength training workouts. Her sessions involve multiple reps and sets of various strength and weight training moves. “For most people, a single set of 12 to 15 repetitions with the proper weight can build strength and improve fitness as effectively as can multiple sets of the same exercise. The important point is to exercise your muscles to fatigue — meaning that you can't lift any more with that muscle group. When you do this, you stimulate factors in the muscle that contribute to improved muscle strength and growth. And one set performed to muscle fatigue provides you with almost all the same benefits as a multiset program,” explains the Mayo Clinic.
3. Healthy Diet
Hailie maintains a healthy diet. She fuels herself with healthy food, sharing some of her favorite snacks and meals under a FUEL tab on her Instagram account. She loves fruit, yummy granola bowls and smoothies. She especially loves this creamy strawberry smoothie, a blend of protein, fruit and greens, “that tastes too good to have all that in it,” she wrote. “I personally struggle finding smoothie recipes i like bc i want the health without it tasting like complete health 🤣 so this is my take on that- enjoy!!!”
4. Coffee
Hailie enjoys the perks of coffee. “Working hard or drinking 5 cups of coffee & staring at my computer, " she joked in a caption. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
5. Supplements
Hailie takes supplements to ensure she is getting the nutrients she needs. “With fitness as my main goal I take rhodiola and ashwagandha for energy and endurance support,” she explained in an Instagram Story. “I also get whey protein to help support muscle recovery and getting more protein in my diet.”
