Emma Heming Willis is a model and business owner. She owns the skincare brand, CocoBaba, and helped found the health company, Make Time Wellness. Last month, she and her husband, Bruce Willis, celebrated their anniversary in Turks & Caicos. Willis shared a photo on Instagram for the occasion, captioning it, “17 years of us ❤️Anniversaries used to bring excitement — now, if I’m honest, they stir up all the feelings, leaving a heaviness in my heart and a pit in my stomach. I give myself 30 minutes to sit in the ‘why him, why us,’ to feel the anger and grief. Then I shake it off and return to what is. And what is… is unconditional love. I feel blessed to know it, and it’s because of him. I’d do it all over again and again in a heartbeat 💞”
She Loves Coconut Oil

Willis shared her favorite product from CocoBaba in an interview with The Bump. “It's our Coconut Body Oil. That was the first must-have product I wanted in the line. I was sure it would be our hero product, but it turns out our bestseller is the Coconut Butter Mousse. The reason I love our body oil is that it deeply hydrates and repairs the skin. And it’s not too greasy because your skin just drinks it up. It also is a great product to use if you’re in a rush—leave it in your shower and when your body is still wet, put the Body Oil all over, and then pat dry and go. Easy!”
She Makes Time For Herself

Willis talked about the importance of making time for herself and how she does so with The Bump. “I struggle with making the time for self-care every day. I put my family’s needs above my own, which I found does not make me any kind of hero. That amount of care for everyone else within my household had taken a toll on my mental health and overall health, and it served no one in my family. Someone told me not long ago that when you over-care for someone, you end up under-caring for yourself. That stopped me in my tracks and really resonated with me. I don’t mother myself perfectly but I know that I have some basic baseline needs that are a must, like first and foremost, exercise. It’s a time I can disconnect and can do something that I know makes me feel good overall. I think it’s important to find that one thing that makes you feel good and build from there.”
She Doesn't Listen To Anyone's Advice

Willis is a big believer in not listening to what other people have to say. She advised others to do the same in her interview with The Bump. “Stop listening to unsolicited advice. One size does not fit all. Each child and family are different, which means the needs are different. Follow what feels right for you versus the naysayers.”
She Walks
Willis shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with New Beauty. She says that walking is one of the things she does to keep herself in shape. “Walking is really so great for your brain. 8,000 steps a day. And you know what we say at Make Time: Grab a friend, go for a walk, dump your problems, and you’re really benefiting your brain.”
She Eats Healthy
Willis makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She talked about her favorite foods in her interview with New Beauty. “Leafy greens, making sure that you get your healthy fats, which are in salmon, legumes. It’s about how to eat clean. When you eat clean, it really supports your brain and your body and your beauty.”
