Emmanuelle Chriqui is at a health spa – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit during a getaway at the Golden Door health spa. “Where to even begin?? @thegoldendoor was exquisite, relaxing, inspiring and simply incredible. I didn’t know what to expect upon arrival, and then slowly it was revealed to me. Connect back with my body. Know I am safe and let my truth guide always. Huge shout out to the amazing instructors.. I danced my heart out, learned new strengthening techniques for old injuries, meditated, swam, hiked, got massaged and pampered and basically feel like the luckiest lady alive:) The staff was soooo attentive and kind and the food was not only healthy but very delicious. I forgot what berries and peaches and plums are supposed to taste like until this week,” she captioned the post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
1. Clean Eating

Emmanuelle is all about healthy eating. “I'm massively into health and nutrition and I'm just into clean eating whenever possible: lots of vegetables and lots of leafy greens. Trying to eat my food as opposed to trying to take a thousand supplements—which is something I'm just learning. Sleep, working out, meditation—living a healthy life,” she told E! Online.
2. Strength Training
Emmanuelle relies on strength training to stay in shape. “I workout,” she told Access, admitting she has “spurts of working out.” Her workout of choice? “Circuit training – weights and cardio. I like to mix it up.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
- Develop strong bones
- Manage your weight
- Enhance your quality of life
- Manage chronic conditions
- Sharpen your thinking skills
3. Hot Water with Citrus

Chriqui drinks hot water with fresh citrus in the morning. “I hand-press half a lime or lemon straight into the cup,” she says. It’s a smart way to tackle hydration. If you greet the morning with H2O, you’ve gotten a head start in case you forget to hydrate later,” she told Men’s Health.
4. Meditation
Chriqui meditates twenty-two minutes every morning. “Transcendental Meditation is what works for me,” she told Men’s Health. “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:
- Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
- Building skills to manage your stress
- Increasing self-awareness
- Focusing on the present
- Reducing negative emotions
- Increasing imagination and creativity
- Increasing patience and tolerance
- Lowering resting heart rate
- Lowering resting blood pressure
- Improving sleep quality
5. No Breakfast
“Breakfast stresses me out,” Chriqui dished to Men’s Health. “I’m just not hungry in the morning, so why force feed myself?” When she is hungry, she turns to plant-based meals – like an asparagus salad.
