Sara Foster made the most of the holiday season – in her swimsuit. In a few new social media posts the Entourage star shows off her amazing body in a series of bathing suits, wowwing her followers. In one of them she models a black sleeved two piece. “Into the long sleeve swim sometimes,” she captioned it. In another she hugs her daughter while on the beach. How does the 42-year-old manage to look half her age? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
1. Everything in Moderation

“I am of the mindset of everything in moderation. I don’t believe in depriving yourself of things that you like, like French fries,” Sara dished to Us Weekly about her eating habits. “I like French fries, they make me happy. So, if I’m gonna eat French fries, then maybe I’ll wrap my burger in lettuce. Everything in moderation.”
2. 20 Minute Workouts

Sara likes short but intense exercise sessions. “If my workout is at 9 I’ll get there at 9:20 and my trainer will be like, ‘Oh, well, you’re early,’” she told Us. “I can’t work out for an hour. I just don’t have it in me,” she continued. “So, I like the 20-minute workouts.”
3. Barre Classes

You also might find Sara in a fitness class. She revealed to Us that she has one favorite. “I love barre,” she said.
4. Exercise Bands, Jump Rope, and Ankle Weights

Sara doesn’t skip a workout when she is traveling. “When I travel I bring ankle weights, a rope and bands,” Sara revealed in an Instagram Story in 2023. “For me it’s just impossible to feel good when I don’t exercise. My moon is instantly elevated when I do.”
5. Facials

Sara revealed to Los Angeles Magazine that she is a sucker for facials. Her go-to self-care spot is Kate Somerville Skin Health Experts. “I have two kids, so I always look for that one hour where I can go decompress. And I like to go to Kate Somerville. They treat you like a celebrity even when you’re not a celebrity, like myself. It’s a one-hour pampering heaven session,” she said.
