How does the 37-year-old approach health and wellness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Strength and Weight Training

Eudoxie.LudacrisEudoxie Mbouguiengue/Instagram

During her strength and weight training session with Ludacris, Eudoxie does a number of exercises, including barbell squats, one leg weighted lunges, jumping lunges, and jump squats – all effective for building her booty.

2. Baths

You can find Eudoxie soaking in a hot bath at the end of a day. Baths have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

3. Hydration

Eudoxie understands the importance of hydration. Here she is sipping out of a coconut on vacation. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

4. Hiking and Meditation

Eudoxie is a hiker. “This 9am hike and meditation is all I needed. 💪🏽” she captioned a recent post. “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions
  • Increasing imagination and creativity
  • Increasing patience and tolerance
  • Lowering resting heart rate
  • Lowering resting blood pressure
  • Improving sleep quality

5. Coffee

Eudoxie enjoys the perks of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Cydney Moreau is a fitness influencer and new mom who is easing back into her workout routine after giving birth. In a recent Instagram video, Moreau showed off her impressive kettlebell workout, wearing black spandex shorts and a cropped black tee, while sharing how she’s returning to her fitness regimen. Moreau has been open about staying active during and after pregnancy, incorporating pregnancy-safe workouts and Pilates into her routine. Now, she’s focusing on light weights and kettlebell exercises to regain her strength. As a busy mom, she’s mastered the art of multitasking, even squeezing in workouts in between daily tasks. Beyond the gym, Moreau loves outdoor activities like playing basketball, keeping her active lifestyle varied and engaging.

1. Kettlebell Workouts

Moreau is showing fans how she’s returning to her schedule after recently having a baby. Wearing black spandex workout shorts and a tight black cropped tee, the new mom showed off her kettlebell workout in an Instagram video with the caption, “Finally back to my regular workout routine. Kettlebell exercises can target many different muscles and be a full-body workout. “Kettlebell training provides a low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens muscles and improves cardiovascular health,” according to Shape.

2. She Uses Light Weights

Wearing a barely there red bikini, Moreau worked out using light weights and captioned her post, “Multitasking as a momma." According to Prevention, using light weights has the following benefits:

-Lowering body fat. “With consistent light lifting, your body will look leaner and more toned, and your clothes will fit better.”

-Preserving muscle mass. “Light lifting can slow the decline.”

-Improve bone density. “Using weights encourages cells to form new bone to offset age-related declines in bone mineral density.”

3. She Did Pregnancy Safe Workouts

Cydney Moreau.3Cydney Moreau/Instagram

Throughout her pregnancy, the influencer did pregnancy-safe workouts and shared a video of them and a 21-day challenge she completed. “I am 39 weeks pregnant and using the @bodi app for my everyday workouts. The Bodi app is perfect because I can just open up my phone and do a work out wherever I am. I am able to modify the workouts and make sure I stay on track. Let me know if you guys try this work out!”

4. She Does Pilates

Wearing a cute pastel-colored dress with shorts underneath, Moreau showed off her Pilates skills. Pilates is a fitness trend that’s here to stay and one that should not be ignored. According to the Cleveland Clinic, Pilates has several health benefits, including improved muscle tone, flexibility and strength, pain relief, better posture, and balance and coordination. “The nearly century-old practice of Pilates provides a low-impact, full-body workout that could be a great addition to a well-balanced exercise program,” the site stated. “While the research on the health benefits of Pilates isn’t definitive, it suggests Pilates can positively impact your physical and mental health.”

5. She Plays Basketball

In addition to hitting the gym, Moreau enjoys being active outside and playing basketball. Over 450 million people worldwide play basketball, making it one of the most popular sports. Besides burning calories, it’s also a great cardio workout for your heart. According to StyleCraze, “Basketball is one of the best exercises for heart health! Because you keep moving, your heart rate increases. It also helps in building endurance, which is important when you want to make sure that your heart is healthy. It will help lower the risk of stroke and heart disease later in your life.”

Francielle Mattos, a successful bodybuilder, frequently shares her favorite workout routines on Instagram, inspiring her followers with her dedication and hard work. In a recent set of gym photos and videos, Mattos is seen posing in workout gear, performing sit-ups, hip thrusts, and using the leg extension machine. Her caption, "This is wellness," reflects her commitment to maintaining a balanced and strong body. Here’s a deeper look into how Mattos stays in peak shape.

1. She Works With A Trainer

Mattos works with a trainer to help herself stay fit. She talked about her trainer in the caption of this Instagram post. “Closing the week with training 🔥 ♥️ 💪🏼This week has yielded … At the commands of my trainer @carlosaugustogaron that today I possessed 😂😂😂Must be @growthsupplements HAZE's pre workout, I'm sure he's taking it…”

2. She Does Leg Extensions

Francielle Mattos.2Francielle Mattos/instagram

Mattos is seen doing hamstring curls in her recent post, and the previous blurb’s post. Asphalt Green states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you! Leg extensions using this exercise machine work your thighs. In fact, that’s basically the only thing that they work. That’s great if you want to build strength and mass quickly.”

3. She Strength Trains

Being a bodybuilder, Mattos has to do a lot of strength training. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself using weights, including the two previous posts. The Mayo Clinic reports that strength training is extremely beneficial. “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

4. She Works Hard

Mattos makes sure to work hard when she hits the gym. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “There is only one person who can limit his own growth. By yourself. You are the only person who can revolutionize your own life. You're the only person who can hurt yourself. It is within your heart that you will find the energy required to transform your life. Atleta @growthsupplements. What was that training 😅 😂 @carlosaugustogaron I had a bad time from start to finish, thanks friend 🤜🏻🤛🏻 Garon will leave the full workout in the comments ☝🏻”

5. She Does Hip Thrusts

Francielle Mattos.5Francielle Mattos/instagram

Mattos is seen doing hip thrusts in her recent Instagram post, and the previous blurb’s Instagram video. Gymless states that the exercise is very beneficial. “Hip thrusts are plastered on nearly every fitness influencer’s page nowadays. Fortunately, they are a dynamic and effective exercise that has soared in popularity among fitness enthusiasts and athletes…It’s a great compound movement that targets the gluteal muscles (‘glutes’), and it’s crucial for improving lower body strength, power, and juicy lower-body aesthetics.”

Amanda Lawrence, a powerhouse in the powerlifting world, keeps her followers motivated with intense training updates on Instagram. Recently, she posted videos of herself bench pressing and deadlifting, captioned, “Happy Saturday! We still out here training hard 💪🏼 12 weeks until @sbdsheffield 👀.” With her unwavering commitment, Lawrence demonstrates the grit and preparation required for competitive lifting.

1. She Lifts Weights

Weightlifting is the main way Lawrence stays in shape. ACE Fitness states that lifting weights has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

2. She Does Squats

Lawrence is seen doing squats in this Instagram video. Squats are a great exercise to do. Allina Health reports, “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

3. She Works With A Coach

Lawrence shared her training secrets with Muscle & Fitness. She says that she works with a coach to help her train correctly. “I was training with straps all the time and with non-calibrated plates, on incorrect bench heights. It made things hard when you actually had to train on standard equipment on game day. I had a lot of changes I wanted to make from the Grand Prix in March of this year to Worlds. I hired a new coach, Joey Flexx, and he changed everything for me. I purchased calibrated plates, got a rack and everything, and started training on the correct equipment. Now, I have a different perspective on what I can improve upon.”

4. She Eats A Lot Of Protein

Calorie,Counting,Using,A,Mobile,Application.,Healthy,Eating,And,DietShutterstock

Lawrence shared her typical diet with Muscle & Fitness. She says that she eats a lot of protein. “I eat the same things a lot, over and over. That’s just what works for me. I like a high protein diet—at least one gram per pound of body weight—because you need that just to perform and fuel. I go a little bit lower carbs, but make sure I get enough to fuel my performance. I follow a Renaissance Periodization diet, and they have an app you can use to track macronutrients in a plan that’s customized to your goals. It has set food choices that you can pick from. For example, if you need to get 30 grams of protein in and you want to eat specific foods, the app will tell you exactly how much to eat of specific foods to hit the nutritional value of 30 grams, or whatever fits your needs.”

5. She Protects Her Muscles

Lawrence makes sure to protect her muscles from injury. She shared how she does so with Muscle & Fitness. “I know my body’s limits, and I’ll purposefully not go through with a rep if something feels funny. Of course, I always have spotters, but knowing my limits has allowed me to continually push weight faster than others without getting injured. Before a lift, I’ll stretch a lot, use rollers, and do hip circles to loosen up my hips for both squats and deadlifts. I don’t do a ton of post-lift stretching, but I use recovery creams and make sure to eat a healthy diet. When it comes down to it, if you’re going to get injured, you’re going to get injured. There’s no way to prevent it, but just don’t be stupid and know when to stop.”

1. She Goes To The Beach

Roccuzzo spends a lot of time outside. She specifically likes to go to the beach. Roccuzzo shares a lot of beach photos on Instagram. Back In Action states that spending time at the beach has a lot of benefits. “Nothing beats the outdoors for that rush of fresh air to fill your lungs. The beach with its refreshing sea breeze can invigorate you and have you feeling energized. Oxygen concentrations at sea level make it easier for your lungs to receive oxygen and transfer into your blood stream. The salt air near the ocean has many health benefits. The salt acts as a healing agent, cleansing the airways and sinuses. Salt also kills certain types of harmful bacteria and can neutralize allergens.”

2. She Uses An Exercise Bike

Roccuzzo likes to use an exercise bike to stay in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself on an exercise bike. Roccuzzo captioned the post, “Time to ride 🚴🏻 ♀️ We continue to train and enjoy with the new Technogym Bike and its live classes!” Penn State PRO Wellness states that using a stationary bike has a lot of benefits. “Depending on the intensity of your workout and your body weight, you can burn more than 600 calories an hour with a stationary bike workout. This makes indoor cycling an excellent workout option for burning calories quickly.”

3. She Does Planks

Roccuzzo likes to do planks to stay in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself in a plank, captioning it, “Gym mode on.” Allina Health states that planks are a great workout. “The plank is a simple, effective bodyweight exercise that strengthens your core, as well as muscles in your upper and lower body. Core muscles, which include your back and abdomen, help you maintain posture and balance as you stand, sit and move throughout the day.”

4. She Lifts Weights

In this Instagram video, Roccuzzo is seen doing deadlifts with a barbell. ACE Fitness reports that using weights has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. 5. She Uses Battle Ropes

Roccuzzo likes to do strength training workouts. One thing she likes to do is use battle ropes. Roccuzzo is seen using them in the previous Instagram video. According to ACE Fitness, battle ropes have a lot of benefits. “What makes battle ropes such an exciting exercise option is that the workouts are infinitely customizable. By modifying the duration of the exercise and rest intervals (the study used 15 seconds of exercise followed by 45 seconds of active rest), the muscle groups used and even the thickness and length of the rope, you can decrease or increase the intensity of the workout as needed.”

Strength Training

  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

Abigail Ratchford’s amazing body has helped her become one of the most famous models on the internet. The 32-year-old, who boasts over 9.1 million followers on Instagram alone, attributes her measurement-defying body to a few simple habits. Here is everything she does to stay fit at 32.

She Follows 4 Diet Rules

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. “I can’t diet. That just doesn’t work for me,” she told New Beauty. “I started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And water—lots and lots of water.”

She UsesMyFitnessPal

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Pilates

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Balanced Diet

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Strength Training

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body.
