Eva recently shared an old photo from a shoot she did with Byrdie for Throwback Thursday on Instagram. In it, Eva wore a brown bikini top and long skirt, her amazing abs on display. She Eats Healthy

When it comes to her diet, Eva makes sure to eat healthily. She tells TODAY that she naturally wants to eat healthy foods each day. “I don’t think I live by any hard and fast rules of restriction. I think it’s just moderation and just common sense. I’m lucky that I gravitate to healthy things. I love fish and vegetables. I love chicken and vegetables. I love beef and vegetables.”

She Goes The Gym In The Morning

Eva shares some of her workout tips in an interview with ELLE Magazine. She says that she likes to go to the gym each morning, which is how she stays consistent. “Wake up an hour earlier and go to the gym. I promise you’re gonna have way more time during the day because it just energizes you and your brain in a very different way than if you don’t.”

One thing Eva does to keep herself in shape is run. She shared her running routine in her ELLE interview. “I would run five minutes a day and I couldn’t even last five minutes. Every day just built up more and more.” Eva also posted this photo on Instagram of herself running on the treadmill. She captioned it, “Who else is getting after it? 💪🏽 happy Saturday y’all!”

Eva likes to lift weights to keep herself in shape. She shared her tips for improving her form in an interview with POPSugar. “As I’m weightlifting, I’m really thinking about that one lat muscle or whatever muscle I’m strengthening. As we get older, just standing up from the floor without holding onto something requires core and leg strength. You really need that core muscle mass for mobility

She Finds Gyms When She Travels

Eva does a lot of traveling for work, but that doesn’t mean she skips working out. She tells POPSugar that she likes to find gyms in whatever city she goes to. “I was in Albuquerque for one day and I found a gym, a trainer, and a chiropractor. My team was like, ‘Don’t you want to sit and talk about your goals?’ My only goal is getting to the gym tomorrow at 5 a.m.”
