Eva Marcille is looking wild on the beach – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Real Housewives of Atlanta star shows off her amazing body in a cheetah-print swimsuit while frolicking on the shoreline while vacationing at The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, Puerto Rico. “Life is for the living!!!!!” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How did the reality star slim down? Here is everything you need to know about her top health habits.

1. Coffee

Eva starts her day with coffee. "I don’t eat breakfast. . .I drink breakfast, it’s coffee. There’s creamer in there, there’s extra coffee, and then I go get more coffee," she told BravoTV.com. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

2. High Protein, Big Lunch

Bite,Cut,Out,Of,Juicy,Rib,Eye,Steak,Grilled,ToShutterstock

Eva skips breakfast but makes up for it with a big lunch. “Lunch looks like the average person’s Thanksgiving dinner. That’s usually my largest meal," she explained. "I will go to Houston's [restaurant] and have a whole Hawaiian rib eye at 11:15 in the morning. I open up with the restaurant." She also has a baked potato and salad. "[I] try to get some greens on there, you know," she said. "As long as there’s some bacon in the salad we can get that down at lunch." For her “post-lunch, pre-dinner meal,” Eva eats "whatever's available," ranging from “crab fingers and dirty rice" to a Subway sandwich.

3. Running

Eva is a runner. “Feeling good after my run today,” she captioned a post. Eva credits her husband, Mike Sterling, for inspiring her to get out and moving. “Motivated by my amazing husband @miketsterling who leads by example and dedication.” According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

4. Wine

Glass,And,Bottle,Of,Red,Wine,On,Wooden,Table.,SpaceShutterstock

Before bed, “I do have a glass of wine," Eva admits. "Glasses. I don't like to waste wine. If I open you, I'm drinking you." There are health benefits of drinking a glass of vino. “Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy,” says the Mayo Clinic. “The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks.” While red wine is slightly healthier than white, the lighter shade of vino generally has fewer calories than the darker shade.

5. CBD Oil

Eva also takes supplements, like cEVAd CBD oil and hydrates, all of which contribute to her physique. "Between my CBD oil, my water, and all of my meals, that's how I stay snatched!" According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

1. She Works Out Four Times a Week

During an Instagram Q&A session, per The Mirror, Jacqueline revealed her workout routine, which includes at least four workouts a week. Usually she will do HIIT sessions and cardio, “so a run or high intensity walk and then weights."

2. Weight Loss Improves Her Mood

Jacqueline maintains that her biggest motivation to lose weight is so that she can feel better. "Everybody is saying to me in the DM's that you look like you're losing weight,” she said in the same Q&A. "I am losing weight, I've lost over half a stone. I'm really happy, I've got a long way to go. But I'm feeling good, more confident and positive. It's changing my mood most importantly."

3. She Doesn’t Obsess Over Her Body

In an interview with Fabulous, Jacqueline revealed that she cares less and less about her clothing size: “It's funny, I just don't care. I used to, back in the day. Ten years ago I would care about my appearance and it would get in my head,” she said. “I'd think "they're right, I need to lose weight, I need to do this or that". I don't think like that anymore.”

4. She Uses a Meal Prep Company

According to The Sun, Jacqueline relies on a meal delivery service when she wants to lose weight. She will consume 350-calorie meals, totalling 1200 calories per day. She also drinks meal replacement shakes.

5. She Loves Her Curves

Jacqueline doesn’t always diet and overall, loves her curves. “I’m having some time off at the moment. Usually, I watch what I eat,” Jacqueline told OK! Magazine. “I'm confident no matter what size I am. I've always been a really confident person because I don't think that comes from how you look - it’s more about how you feel and treat other people and how comfortable you are in your own skin. I just wear things that are super flattering for me. I don't care enough what other people think of me,” she added.

1. She Says Her Body is the Product of Hard Work, Despite Having Plastic Surgery

Madison has had plastic surgery but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t work hard to stay in shape. "Those of you who keep writing on my page saying that, ‘Oh yeah, she's in shape because she had surgery,’ let’s fight," Madison once wrote online. "I [legitimately] put in so much work to get where I am and I continue to still do it. I couldn't just give up because I got surgery, but that is so belittling and just effing rude." She added: "I've had absolutely enough, because this," she showed her backside, "was not from a doctor. This is from hard work."

2. She is “Aware” of What She Eats

TBT Magazine Charleston Launch Party Powered By Berman Law GroupDerek White/Getty Images

“Mindful eating focuses on the why and the how of eating, versus what’s promoted by many diets, which are more what to eat, how much to eat, maybe even when to eat,” says dietitian Maxine Smith, RD, LD, to the Cleveland Clinic. “It’s much more of an internal versus external approach to eating.”

3. She is Focused on Fitness

TBT Magazine Charleston Launch Party Powered By Berman Law GroupDerek White/Getty Images

“Worried about heart disease? Hoping to prevent high blood pressure? No matter what your current weight is, being active boosts high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, the ‘good’ cholesterol, and it decreases unhealthy triglycerides. This one-two punch keeps your blood flowing smoothly, which decreases your risk of cardiovascular diseases,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Regular exercise helps prevent or manage many health problems and concerns.”

4. She Has Played Golf

“Beginners luck might be a thing,” Madison captioned a recent Instagram post of her swinging at a golf ball. One “advantage of golf is that you can play well into older age, unlike more strenuous sports, such as basketball or tennis. Even if you aren't physically able to walk the entire course, hitting the ball works your core and arm muscles. It also challenges your balance because as you swing, your trunk rotates and your weight shifts,” says Harvard Health.

5. She Says She is Pretty Much Done With Plastic Surgery

“I mean, I’m sure when I get older, there may be things that I’ll end up doing. Like yes, I do get Botox in my forehead. Do I mess with anything else in my face? I don’t. I’m not gonna do anything. I’m not gonna try to fix my crooked lip that I was born with, ‘cause that’s just who I am. That’s like a part of me. I’m okay with that. I’m okay with imperfections.”

La Negra is all about being comfortable with her body. And it doesn’t matter to her what she looks like. She revealed how she developed this mindset to Telemundo's Latinx Now! “I’ve been really stressed out. There was a lot of stuff going on in my life. I love it! And to be honest, I embrace my stretch marks, my cellulite, my dimples, my everything because I can still get it. So what’s the problem? What?”

2. She Wants To Depict A Healthy Lifestyle

The Diaspora Dialogues' 3rd Annual International Women Of Power LuncheonJC Olivera/Getty Images

La Negra wants to get healthy, and she also wants her fans to see that. “I had a fan base that followed me because I was very curvy and I represented the Latinas and the Black beautiful women that were curvy and I get that part, but some part of that was a little bit unhealthy for me, personally,” she told Latinx Now. “I’m not saying I won’t be able to get back into that, but this time around I kind of want to do it in the gym. To each its own. If you want to unfollow me because I’m not as thick, it’s ok my love because I’ll get a new fan base.”

3. She Doesn’t Care What Others Think

La Negra lives her life on her own terms. And she doesn’t care what other people think she should do. La Negra called these people out on Instagram, writing, “Before, they said I was too FAT and I needed to lose weight! Now they say I’m too skinny and they like me better when I was thick. The point is you can’t ever make people happy is [sic] the most important thing is to make yourself happy!”

4. She Uses Organic Products

La Negra has amazing hair, and she’s very particular about what products she uses. She tells HypeHair that she likes to use organic products. “I was raised by a woman of strength—my mother’s passion and love for our culture has influenced everything in my life, including my hairstyles. My mother always groomed my hair and she focused on the health of my hair and elasticity of the styles. I am a firm believer in bringing natural elements in our daily lives, so products that don’t harm our environment or animals are essential to me.”

5. She’s Motivated By Her Mother

La Negra’s main source of inspiration is her mother. She tells HypeHair, “My source for motivation and inspiration derives from my passion to succeed in all that I do in life — and from my mother. She worked hard to care for me and foster my dreams and I want to be in a position to care for her. Challenges that arise in my life are opportunities for me to work even harder and overcome them.”

Eva Marcille’s year is off to a great start—the TV star is enjoying “the good life” on a luxury yacht. The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star posted a video of herself lounging on the boat in a tiny black bikini, wondering out loud which day of the week it even is. How does she stay so fit? 1. But First, Coffee

Marcille can’t start the day without coffee. “The first thing that I eat or drink, outside of brushing my teeth and mouthwash, is coffee," she says. "I don’t eat breakfast. . .I drink breakfast, it’s coffee. There’s creamer in there, there’s extra coffee, and then I go get more coffee."

2. Rib Eye For Lunch

Marcille enjoys a big lunch as her mean meal for the day. “Lunch looks like the average person’s Thanksgiving dinner,” she says. “That’s usually my largest meal. I will go to Houston's [restaurant] and have a whole Hawaiian rib eye at 11:15 in the morning. I open up with the restaurant. [I] try to get some greens on there, you know. As long as there’s some bacon in the salad we can get that down at lunch."

3. She Loves To Run

Marcille loves going for a run as part of her workout routine. "Many dedicated long-term runners do not run because they want to live longer," says cardiologist Dr. Aaron Baggish. "They run because it makes them feel better on a daily basis. There is a mood-elevating, quality-of-life benefit that comes from being a regular exerciser."

4. Small Dinner

2022 BronzeLens Film FestivalParas Griffin/Getty Images

Marcille enjoys a light dinner of rice or maybe a sandwich. “It's perfectly healthy to keep our dinners light and simple — in fact there is even some evidence that eating smaller evening meals can help us maintain a healthier weight and reduce our risks of diseases like type 2 diabetes,” says Sandro Demaio, PhD.

5. Wine In the Evening

Marcille loves to wind down at night with some wine. “I do have a glass of wine," she says. "Glasses. I don't like to waste wine. If I open you, I'm drinking you… Between my CBD oil, my water, and all of my meals, that's how I stay [happy]!" "Any links between red wine and fewer heart attacks aren't completely understood. But part of the benefit might be that antioxidants in red wine may increase levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (the "good" cholesterol) and protect against cholesterol buildup," says the Mayo Clinic.

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”

Penn State PRO Wellness explained, “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes. If you use a bicycle with handles, you’ll also be able to work your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.”

She Runs

Viciconte shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In it, she is seen doing running exercises. Viciconte captioned it, “When we exercise, our body releases endorphin, a natural substance produced by the brain during and after physical activity. The release of endorphin, also known as the 'joy hormone', helps you relax, reduces stress, anxiety and improves your mood. I always say that it's never too late to start moving, so you know that tomorrow you have no excuse 💪🏻”
