Ilia Isorelýs Paulino is flaunting her curves – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media pos the Family Switch star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit. “gosh how tasty she is,” she captioned the Instagram photo, driving her followers wild. “You look beautiful,” commented one of them. “B-E-A-U-tiful,” added another. How does the young star approach health and fitness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

1. Authenticity

Iliam.Isorelýs.Paulino.1Ilia Isorelýs Paulino/Instagram

"Anytime I see a woman character just being herself unapologetically — the love, the sex, the fun, the when she gets a little angry — it's just so exciting to see full women characters having fun," Paulino told Popsugar about why she loves her Sex Lives of College Girls character. "It's not lost on me that I'm the biggest girl on the show, and I love that I get to play a character that is so unapologetically in love with herself. Yeah, I'm sure there's some level of narcissism, but I love that it can just be that. It doesn't have to be a storyline or anything. She's just existing in her body, wanting what she wants, and she's going after it."

2. She's Self-Aware

Ilia admits shes is not an athlete. "I was this kid with a really thick Spanish accent, and I just really wanted to have friends," she told me. "Everyone convinced me that I would be good at sports because I'm 6'2", and spoiler alert: I'm not. I can't run. Apparently, so I've been told, that's important in sports," she told Popsugar.

3. Self-Confidence

Iliam.Isorelýs.Paulino.3Ilia Isorelýs Paulino/Instagram

Ilia says it means"everything" for her to confidently show off her curves in the show.. "My legs are my favorite feature. We got to show them off!" she said, adding that she hopes it inspires others to do the same. "I really, really hope that those college girls that are little thickums, they go wear that crop top and that little skirt and shake their a**."

4. Dancing

Iliam.Isorelýs.Paulino.4Ilia Isorelýs Paulino/Instagram

Ilia enjoys dancing. “A little #Throwback to celebrate me having time to take classes again!!!” she captioned a post. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

5. Coffee

Iliam.Isorelýs.Paulino.5Ilia Isorelýs Paulino/Instagram

Ilia is a coffee drinker. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

My Norwegian Holiday star Rhiannon Fish took a break from filming Christmas content over the summer to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Honolulu, Hawaii. Fish, 32, shared pictures of herself from an impromptu photoshoot taken in the surf, posing in a white bikini in the water. “Excuse me girl ???? You look AMAZING OMG,” a fan commented. Here’s how Fish takes care of her health, inside and out.

1. Oatmeal For Charity

Fake,Dictionary,,Dictionary,Definition,Of,The,Word,Charity.Shutterstock

Fish once chose to live on less than $2 a day for charity Live Below The Line, subsisting on a bag of oatmeal a day. “I am absolutely honored to be a part of such a truly wonderful and relevant cause,” she says. “In life, I think it is incredibly important to take the time to put things into perspective and never take anything for granted. I believe that challenges such as Live Below The Line will help all of its participants, including myself, to have a greater understanding of what a day in the life of someone living in extreme poverty must be like. There is no reason for any human being to suffer in extreme poverty, especially when our generation can end it.”

2. Advice For Actors

Fish has good advice for young actors. “You can never give up,” she says. “I was told no so many times, went to so many auditions and often got close to getting the part but it often came down to simple things like having the wrong hair color or simply the other girl was better and you just can’t let that break you down. You have to be prepared to have people tell you no, and it sucks at the time but you take a deep breath, move on and try again. I think that that’s important.”

3. Balanced Life

Fish is happiest when she can balance work and family. "The things that make me happiest are my family and my job. So in a perfect world I would be able to continue working and acting,” she says. "[T]hat doesn't mean necessarily being in a huge blockbuster Hollywood film. I would honestly be happy doing a local play just around the corner as long as I was working and surrounded by my family and my friends. I think that that would be the perfect world for me."

4. From Soaps To Hollywood

Fish found making the switch from soaps to movies nerve-wracking. “There is something that is definitely more intimidating about film,” she says. “Film almost seems timeless to me. There’s something about a film that really feels set in stone and exists forever. Whereas if you are doing a soap opera like Home & Away it goes up for thirty minutes and you never see or hear of it again. So film feels very permanent and in a sense it makes you want to prep more. To sit back at the end of the day and say I did everything I could for that performance.”

5. Positive Body Image

Fish started her career on Aussie soap Home and Away, and says the experience taught her a lot about healthy body image. "There's a lot of pressure on that show to look a certain way - and it doesn't come from the producers or any of the directors - but I find you enter the show and you're so young that you put a lot of pressure on yourself to think you have to look a certain way, and it's a matter of pulling yourself out of it and going 'no, that's stupid, you're a role model'," she says. "You need to be normal and look healthy and show other girls that that's the right thing to do."

Station 19 star Stefania Spampinato went on an unforgettable trip to Sicily, Italy over the summer. Spampinato, 41, shared highlights of her vacation, including snaps of herself swimming in a bikini and posing on a sun lounger next to the water. Other shots focused on the stunning landscape and architecture of Sicily. “This looks so peaceful 😅 I’m going to need recommendations when I next see you ☀️,” a fan commented. Here’s how Spampinato feels about her journey to success.

1. Vegetarian Days

Spampinato is passionate about protecting the planet. “Have a vegetarian day!” she says. “If you are not ready to give up meat for life, have one meat free day every week. It takes 1,800 gallons of water to produce a single pound of meat. In the US meat consumption alone accounts for 30% of our water footprint.”

2. Love Letter to Sicily

Red,Envelope,With,Blank,Letter,And,Faded,Rose,On,WoodenShutterstock

Spampinato loves Sicily so much she made a short film called Zita Sempri. "This film is a little bit of a love story to Sicily, to my mom, to the relationship that we had, and it's an invitation for us women to shed the guilt that we carry throughout generations," she says. "I was inspired to shoot it in Sicily because that's where I grew up. That's where I'm from.”

3. Dancing Background

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,04:,Stefania,Spampinato,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Spampinato has been dancing and performing since she was six years old. “I kept studying dance and after graduating high school I moved to Milan where I got a BA in performing arts,” she says. “That led to a super fun and fulfilling career in dance and theater that lasted over 12 years. I traveled all over the world and was involved in collaborations with some incredible artists. In 2011 I decided to move to LA where I quickly fell deeply in love with acting. I decided to stop dancing to study acting and practice acting with anyone that would give me the chance to.”

4. She Almost Quit

Los,Angeles,-,Sep,13:,Stefania,Spampinato,At,The,BlondeShutterstock

The journey to success didn’t always run smoothly for Spampinato. “It has been incredibly hard and challenging, I almost quit several times,” she says. “I don’t think anyone enjoys dealing with rejection on a daily basis, but the love for the art form always kept me going and with help and the support of the loved ones I stuck to it.”

5. Support From Loved Ones

Spampinato owes her success to the people who never gave up on her. “I was very lucky, I met a lot of incredible people along my journey that believed in me and supported me throughout my journey, but the person that I owe everything to is my mom,” she says. “She loved and supported me unconditionally my whole life. She brought me down to earth when I was getting too cocky and she lifted me up when I was sinking. She sacrificed a great deal of time, effort and energy to allow me to follow my dreams. She will always be my idol and role model. Always.”

Modern Family star Madison Iseman enjoys summer year round, judging by her social media posts. Iseman, 26, shared pictures of herself soaking up the sun in a floral bikini, having fun with boyfriend Spencer Sutherland. “A lil summer luvin ☀️🪩✨ pov livs camera,” she captioned the post sharing highlights of her September fun. “It’s the last day of summer & I love u,” commented Sutherland. Here’s how Iseman lives a “happy and humble” life.

1. Healthy Diet

Madison,Iseman,At,The,Us,Premiere,Of,Netflix's,'glass,Onion:Shutterstock

Iseman makes an effort to choose healthy, nutritious foods every day. “I'm no nutrition expert, but I do eat clean and healthy,” she says. I always make sure I have a protein, carbs, and lots of greens. Because I'm trying to gain more muscle mass, I try to eat a lot more. I tend not to eat as much while filming, and I had to set reminders on my phone because it's easy for the day to escape me when shooting.

2. Active Childhood

Iseman had an active lifestyle growing up, thanks to her mother. “My mom was an athletic instructor, so I hated working out at first because she was always trying to get me to the gym,” she says. “Back then she would do personal training and teach Pilates plus Zumba. Now she teaches spin and various [full-body] workout classes. When I turned 18, I got into yoga and discovered barre classes. I'm usually doing a little bit of everything in the gym and have days in which I focus specifically just on my arms, legs, back or chest. A lot of my workouts also come from watching videos on YouTube and Instagram. My favorite accounts to watch are AnnaVictoria and EmLouiseFitness. I also got into weight training, and in doing so, I've watched my body become much stronger.”

3. Strong Female Leads

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,14:,Madison,Iseman,At,The,Shazam!Shutterstock

Iseman wants to portray strong women in cinema. “I’m a big reader, so I read scripts like a book, and if it affects me the same way that my favorite books do, I know that’s the project I want to do,” she says. “I really just look for a moving script, with powerful characters. I think it’s important, as a woman, to display these super-powerful women in cinema. I look for good stories. I think that’s really where I start.”

4. Harry Potter Fan

Bangkok,,Thailand,-,February,26,,2023,:,A,Stack,OfShutterstock

Iseman was inspired to be an actress after watching the Harry Potter movies. “You know this, I’m a huge Harry Potter fan,” she says. “I think it was the first movie I saw. I even told my mom at the time, ‘I have to be Hermione Granger,’ and she was like, ‘I don’t know how to make that happen, but sure, go for it.’ From then on, I grew up in a school that wouldn’t have a theatrical department, so my friends and I would make stupid short films. They are all on YouTube, but I don’t remember my password to take them down.”

5. Happy and Humble

Iseman tries to focus on the important things in life. “I try to live a humble and happy life,” she says. “I want my fans to realize that life is too short not to pursue what makes them happy. Some people get stuck in the wheel of habit. The world is endless with opportunities, and you don't have to settle.”

Sullivan's Crossing star Morgan Kohan is showing her fans and social media followers that appearances are not always what they seem. Kohan shared a very glamorous photo of herself posing at the beach in a black bikini and sun hat, sipping on a drink in the sunshine. Unfortunately, she clearly didn’t wear enough sunblock. “In a shocking turn of events… I burnt,” she captioned the post. Here’s what Kohan thinks about her show, and why so many people love it.

1. College Actor

Hands,Holding,Clapper,Board,Making,Video,Cinema,In,Studio.,MovieShutterstock

Kohan gained a love for acting in university. “I didn’t really get into acting until I was in college,” she says. “I went to New York and saw Broadway for the first time, in grade twelve, and immediately set my sights on a Musical Theatre College. I somehow shockingly got in with only my dance background. College was definitely where my love for acting started. Once I graduated, I slowly began to focus on film and TV and that really felt like home for me.”

2. Producing Dreams

Los,Angeles,-,Jul,26:,Morgan,Kohan,And,Drew,NelsonShutterstock

Kohan wants to expand beyond acting. “I can see myself producing more, if I was to expand,” she says. “My boyfriend is interested in directing. I’m a problem solver, I really like organizing and getting things done. Just a thought. Probably want to do a short film then move into a movie. I didn’t watch much film or TV growing up. In the summer we had TV allowance every day. We were encouraged to play, do homework, dance, etc. Anything, connecting to acting wise was dance based, which led me into acting.”

3. Slow Burn

Celebrities Visit Hallmark Channel's "Home & Family"Shutterstock

Kohan appreciates the slower pace of Sullivan’s Crossing. “Sullivan’s Crossing is a family drama that takes place in a small town with a super tight knit community, and because of that, you really learn to love each character and grow with them,” she says. “Not to mention it has a beautiful, slow burning love story at its heart. It’s the kind of show that I think everyone can see a part of themselves in and that’s what I believe really made those classic narrative dramas on CW thrive the way they did.‍”

4. Hiking With Her Dog

Kohan loves hiking with her pup. “You don’t have to go it alone next time you lace up your hiking boots. Grab a friend, neighbor, or family member for more fun on the trail,” according to the National Park Service. “Hiking with a partner, or even in a group, can improve the strength and health of your relationships. Because hiking ranges in difficulty from an extremely challenging climb to a casual way of spending time outside, it’s a great way to strengthen the friendships or bonds you have with your companions. Whether it’s with a younger sibling, neighborhood friend, or even a grandparent, hiking a trail together can bring you closer and help build a healthy relationship.”

5. Sisterly Love

Kohan’s happy place is with her sister. “I don’t think I’ve ever ‘run away’ in the same capacity that Maggie does but I have taken a breather, so to speak, when I had some big relationship shifts,” she says. “And for that, I went to my younger sister where she took perfect care of me with fuzzy blankets, walks, wine, and trash tv.”

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
