Fashion Influencer Jess Hunt in Two-Piece Workout Gear Just Shared a Pilates Selfie

Here’s how she stays in shape.

Jess Hunt arrives to the Glamour Women of the Year Awards 2024.

Jess Hunt is a fashion influencer and the founder of Refy. She has a large following on social media. Hunt recently took a Pilates class to help keep herself in shape. She shared a mirror selfie on her Instagram story from the studio. In it, Hunt modeled a chic set of workout clothes.

She Does Pilates

Jess Hunt shared a post pilates selfie.

Hunt likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of health benefits. “Some of the principles that guide the Pilates method include concentration on each movement, use of the abdomen and low back muscles, flowing, precise movement patterns and controlled breathing. Depending on the exercise, Pilates routines can be performed on specially designed apparatuses, including a bed-like structure called a reformer, or more simply on a mat or blanket. Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”

She Prioritizes Self-Care

Hunt shared some of her wellness secrets with Net-A-Porter. “Sunday is my self-care day,” she says. “Or, rather, my self-care evening. I have a shower and use a textured exfoliating mitt and then cover myself with Laura Mercier’s Ambre Vanillé Souffle Body Crème. Or, if I’m having a bath, I’ll use lots of oil. I love to use a mask, usually from 111Skin, either for brightening or hydrating; and I always have

Hunt shared some of her skincare secrets with Net-A-Porter. “I have super-dry skin but, a year ago, I went to see a dermatologist, who put me on an incredible SkinCeuticals regimen and it’s made my skin so much better,” she said. “I simply cleanse and then use its Hydrating B5 serum, Phyto Corrective serum and Ultra Facial Defense SPF50+ Facial Sunscreen. I also love the Ren Clean Skincare Radiance Brightening Dark Circle Eye Cream – it works, instantly.”

She Stays Hydrated

Hunt tells Net-A-Porter that she makes sure to keep her skin hydrated. “On a ‘bad face day’ my skin can get really dry, so I use a richer cream – the SkinCeuticals Epidermal Repair treatment really helps me – I’ll put it all over my face like a face mask, as it just fixes my skin. I also drink loads of water – if I’m looking puffy then I know I have to drink more. And I always do my Brow Sculpt – good brows really help freshen the face!”

She Doesn’t Diet

Hunt tells Net-A-Porter that she doesn’t like to diet. “I try not to follow a diet as I find it restrictive and it can control your life. I used to model and was so conscious of my weight and what I ate. Some days I would only eat almonds – I was so miserable, but I thought that was what models did. I try to eat intuitively now and breakfast is my favorite meal. But, if I wake up and I’m not hungry, I don’t eat until about 11am.”

I wanna say a huge thankyou to the number of strangers who cheered me on as well as my incredible friends who gave me so much energy! She Plays Tennis

Another thing that Williams likes to do to keep herself in shape is playing tennis. She shared this set of photos of herself on the court on Instagram. The Columbia Association states that tennis has a lot of benefits. “Tennis is an excellent full-body workout that releases feel-good endorphins to help you relax and relieve tension. She posted a mirror photo of herself in the studio, captioning it, “Hot pilates to start the day.” Bevarly is seen in black workout clothes in the photo.

She Does Pilates

As you can see from her Instagram story, Bevarly does a lot of Pilates to keep herself in shape. Kennedy Fitness states that it has a lot of benefits. “Pilates places a premium focus on flexibility, and for good reason. Increasing your flexibility and mobility can be a key to unlocking your body’s fitness potential by giving the range of motion you need to excel at all other forms of physical performance and training, from running and swimming to intensive weight training.”

She Swims

Bevarly spends a lot of time outside. One outdoor activity she enjoys doing is going swimming. Bevarly shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself at the beach. She shared this set of photos of herself wading, captioning it, “Endless summer.” Bevarly also shared this video of herself in the water, and captioned it, “Mentally back on this island.” She also shared this video of herself enjoying a pool day.

She Does Squats

Bevarly shared this video on Instagram of herself doing different lower body workouts. One thing she is seen doing in it is squats. Bevarly captioned the post, “Leg days are my favorite.” The Cleveland Clinic states that squats have a lot of health benefits. “Squats target and strengthen your thighs, hips and butt. Why does that matter? A strong lower body is important for athletes, yes, but not just for athletes. Your lower body fuels your ability to walk, run, jump … everything, really. It also generates power for upper-body movements and all kinds of other activities.”

She Does Glute Bridges

Sofia Beverly is seen doing glute bridges.

Sofia Beverly/Instagram

Bevarly is also seen doing glute bridges in the previous Instagram video. NASM states that doing these can lead to many benefits. “After hours of sitting at your desk, sitting behind the wheel, and sitting on the couch, the glutes can become underactive. Over time, our bodies adapt to long hours of sitting, resulting in unwanted back pain and tightness, along with some faulty movement patterns. One way to help reverse this issue (in addition to breaking up sitting time) is to incorporate glute bridging into your workout routine. The glute bridge is most often used as an exercise to activate the glutes and build core stability.”

She Strength Trains

Sofia Beverly works on a cable machine.

Sofia Beverly/Instagram

Bevarly likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. In the previous Instagram video, she is seen using a dumbbell and weighted machine. ACE Fitness states that strength training can be very beneficial. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She shared a post on her page of herself and her boyfriend enjoying the scenery. Olie captioned it, “A sky full of stars 🌌 Hiking up in the dark under the stars was so special, I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many at once 🥹✨ No.7 to see the sunrise at the top of Cathedral Rock, I didn’t think we’d get any pink (wait for it) and then all of a sudden the whole sky changed colour 🌄🙏🏼”

She Hikes

As you can see from her Instagram post, Olie likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this post on Instagram of herself and her boyfriend enjoying a morning hike in Sedona. Olie captioned it, “Exploring the world with you 🥹🌵🥾🌄❤️🔥We hiked up Cathedral Rock in the dark to watch the sunrise at the top and it was one of my favorite things we’ve ever done ✨As we walked up, we watched a sky full of stars slowly turn pink just before the sun came up to say good morning 🌅”

She Strength Trains

Olie does a lot of strength training to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorite exercises in this Instagram post. Olie captioned it, “When I decided that I wanted to run 57miles (93km) for my Dad for charity in April 2025, I knew my training was going to have to change and running would of course take priority. BUT, my strength training has helped prep my bones and body so nicely for the increase in running and my yoga has of course done wonders for injury prevention. So, I’ve gone from 4 strength sessions a week to 2-3 & 0 runs a few months ago to now 5 x a week.”

She's Consistent

Olie makes sure to workout on a regular basis, no matter how busy her life gets. She shared one of her favorite quick workouts in this Instagram post. Olie captioned it, “To some this might look like an ‘incomplete’ workout, but this is what it looks like when you’re busy and don’t have as much time as normal to train but you still want to get your favorites in and MOVE. So, this is my workout from the other day. It was short, it was sweet and I hit a few of my favorites in 30min. Something is always better than nothing. I always feel better doing what I can with the time I have available to me, even if it looks different sometimes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

Jessica Olie is seen doing a pull-up.

Jessica Olie/Instagram

In the previous Instagram post, Olie is seen doing pull-ups. Gymless states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups can give size and strength to your upper body muscles. It allows you to target your lats, biceps, traps, and many more muscles. Practicing this consistently along with other variations that target different muscle groups, inevitably will give you the muscular aesthetics that you’re seeking. A study emphasized this by suggesting that this close kinetic chain exercise is designed to increase the muscular strength and endurance of the upper body and torso.”

She Does Lunges

Olie is also seen doing lunges with a barbell in the previous Instagram post. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, which makes them very beneficial to do. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She captioned it, “Thai-inspired Chicken Salad 🥑 - 2 cups shredded chicken - 1 avocado - 1 cup shredded carrots - 1 cup sliced cabbage - 1 bell pepper - 1 zucchini - 1 cup mushrooms - Asparagus - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup onion - 1/4 cup crushed peanuts & 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish. *Dressing* - 1/4 cup lemon juice - 2 tablespoons fish sauce - 2 tablespoons soy sauce - 1 tablespoon honey - minced garlic - 1 teaspoon grated ginger - 2 tablespoons peanut butter.”

She Works Hard

Runck makes sure to work hard. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Sweat + Sacrifice = Success. Put in the work like it’s all going to work out — and it will. Through the years, I have combined meditation, action, and weights into a single strength. I believe that when the body is strong, the mind thinks strong thoughts. Time spent away from the this makes me feel less whole. The resistance that you fight physically in the gym and the resistance that you fight in life can only build a strong character.”

She Does Sit-Ups

In this video on her fitness Instagram, Runck is seen doing sit-ups. The Cleveland Clinic states that sit-ups are very beneficial. “Sit ups are great for tightening your core. They strengthen and tone your rectus abdominus, transverse abdominus and oblique abdominal muscles as well as your neck muscles. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends three sets of 8 to 12 repetitions three times per week.”

Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
