Betina Gozo is a very successful fitness influencer and trainer. She recently shared a workout video on her Instagram. In the caption, Gozo talked about her fitness journey. “From unhealthy habits and late nights to building a lifestyle I’m proud of. Now, nearly 40 with a biological age of 29, I’m proof it’s never too late to take control of your health and break the mold of genetics or age. 1. She Uses A Stairclimber
In her Instagram video, Gozo is seen using a stair climber machine. Doing stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. 2. She Strength Trains

Gozo likes to strength train to stay in shape. In her recent Instagram video, she is seen doing deadlifts with a barbell, flipping a tire, and throwing a ball. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength training exercises have a lot of benefits. “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”
3. She Took Things Slowly

In her recent Instagram post’s caption, Gozo revealed that her fitness journey was all about taking things slowly. She writes that she made small changes over time, which lead to results. “Starting small and celebrating each win is key, whether you’re coming back after a break or just getting started. I have tons of workouts on @betinagozotv, from 10-45 minutes, to help you get going…you gonna join me?”
4. She Does Lunges
