Fitness influencer Demi Bagby is showing off her incredible climbing skills in a new Instagram post. Bagby, 23, shared a video of herself wearing a brightly-colored leotard, effortlessly climbing up a pillar like a superhero. “Is it just me or do you have to climb these when you see them?! 👀 👐🏻” she captioned the post. “Dang, girl! There’s just something irresistible about climbing these! Keep embracing that playful spirit! 💖” commented fellow fitness influencer Alexia Clark. Bagby has been a social media sensation since she was a teenager—here’s what her diet, wellness, and training looks like.
1. Healthy Diet

Bagby enjoys a balanced diet with plenty of vegetables and quality protein. “I’ll have a little dose of ice cream every once in a while, but I definitely eat a lot of protein and veggies,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “I like to keep it lower carb for the most part just because my body feels better doing so, but nothing too specific. Online I see all these diet claims but I’ve kind of just gone on a whim and said, ‘Hey, just stick to the staples: protein, vegetables, keep it simple.’ You know what’s healthy and what’s not. You’re not going to eat pizza every day.”
2. Love For Golf

Bagby has developed a newfound appreciation for golf. “I was always that person who thought, that looks so boring,” she told Golf Digest. “But I had a blast. You can make it as challenging as you want. I love the mental aspect. It carries over to other sports, without being as physically taxing.”
3. Golf Fashion

Bagby loves experimenting with her golfing attire. “The golf outfits are fun,” she told Golf Digest. “There’s a lot less out there for the females, but they’re starting to pop off a bit more. I’m used to more form-fitting clothes, and the golf clothes are looser. I’m used to technical apparel, where even the T-shirts are tight. Golf clothes are more flowy.”
4. Training Gym
Bagby is careful to avoid injuries. “Training in a safe environment—at a gym, for example, with foam pits or something like that—to build the muscle memory and gain air awareness is important,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “If I were to go try to throw something outside on concrete that I’m not ready for, your body is like, ‘Nope,’ and then you get hurt. Flips are definitely something to take more seriously, because in an instant you could be on the ground in a lot of pain.”
5. How She Trains
Bagby has a structured training regimen. “I like to train specific parts of my body each day,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “I’ll do an upper-body day, lower-body, and always add a little bit of cardio at the end. Everything that we do, for the most part, on Instagram that doesn’t count toward my training for the day, that’s just me messing around.”
