Yaslene Clemente is a very successful fitness influencer. She recently shared some of her favorite glute workouts on Instagram. Clemente captioned the post, “🎄🎅 Holiday hustle, but the glutes don’t snooze! ⏳🔥 Time may be limited during this busy season, but we always find a way to get those lifts in—because results don’t take a holiday. 💪🍑”

She Does Hip Thrusts

One exercise that Clemente is seen doing in her Instagram post is hip thrusts. According to Gymless, doing these can lead to a lot of health benefits. “Strong glutes are not only for aesthetic appeal; they serve a key functional purpose in supporting the posterior chain of muscles around the spine. Hip thrusts are also known for their capacity to develop and define glute muscles, contributing to their popularity on social media. After all, who doesn’t appreciate the look of a well-crafted pair of glutes?”

She Uses Weights

Clemente is seen doing exercises with weights in her Instagram post. Using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. ACE Fitness states, “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Does Deadlifts

Clemente is also seen doing deadlifts with a weight in her Instagram post. ACE Fitness states that these have a lot of benefits. “One significant benefit of the RDL is that it teaches clients how to lift from the hips instead of using the lower back. The base move of the RDL is the standing hip hinge, which is an important component of learning how to squat correctly. The first move during the lowering phase of the squat should be the hips moving back in a flexed position. Back pain is often associated with not using the hips properly when squatting or bending over to pick an object up off of the ground. Teaching clients how to lift safely in the gym means they may reduce their risk of injury when lifting heavy things in their daily lives.”

She Does Squats

Clemente likes to do squats to keep herself in shape. In her recent post, she is seen doing split squats. Clemente is also seen doing reverse hack and barbell squats in this post. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats have a lot of benefits. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture. Helps with flexibility and mobility. Promotes healthy bones. Helps prevent injuries.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram post, Clemente is also seen using the leg extension machine. Leg extensions have a lot of benefits. Asphalt Green states, “Leg extensions using this exercise machine work your thighs. In fact, that’s basically the only thing that they work. That’s great if you want to build strength and mass quickly. To get started, slide into a sitting position on the machine from the open side.”
