2. Zoe Saldańa
Some gym enthusiasts like Zoe Saldaña prefer using equipment during their workouts. In an Instagram carousel, Zoe can be seen using a Bosu ball and loop resistance band. Her exercises include Bosu ball lunges, single-leg glute bridges, resistance band squats, and banded glute bridges. She also performs planks with shoulder taps, which are especially good for the abs.
Zoe captioned the post, "An example of one of my workouts focusing on functional strength and movement. Doing workouts that get my neuromuscular system to activate has helped my body to work even more efficiently. Nothing better than feeling strong!"

4. Jennifer Hudson
Jennifer Hudson's weight loss was majorly attributed to Weight Watchers, along with portion control and balance.
"I had to break my diet mentality. I used to deprive myself, thinking that was healthy. I didn't eat pasta, fried food, red meat. I hadn't had pizza in 10 years. If you're on a strict diet that says you shouldn't have any carbs or this or that, your body won't function the way it should," she told Self, as reported by Good Housekeeping. "I know now that I can eat anything I want and still lose or maintain my weight. It's about portions and balance."
5. Blake Lively
While Serena Van Der Woodsen didn't spend much time in the kitchen, Blake Lively is quite the home chef. Her trainer, Don Saladino, revealed to Glamour that Blake eats pretty healthy and consumes plenty of protein and fiber.
"Blake might make herself a couple of eggs cooked in coconut oil, and she might throw some fresh vegetables in there," Don says. "She may add some gluten-free oats with some fruit. Early in the day, a big priority is hydrating, feeding her food with proper nutrients, which balances her sugar levels, and then not depriving [herself] of everything she loves."
6. Carrie Underwood
Carrie Underwood is truly fit all over. A killer body calls for a killer workout—but she keeps things interesting.
"I'll often use a deck of playing cards to make my workouts feel more fun, because I really like to mix things up and get bored easily. I'll assign one exercise to each suit, including one upper body move (like push-ups or pull-ups), one lower-body move (like weighted squats), one abs move (often using an abs wheel) and one cardio move (like jumping rope)," Carrie told Glamour. "Then I pick one card at a time and do as many reps are listed on each card until I get through half the deck. Then I'll assign different exercises to each suit, and continue until I finish the deck."
Carrie has even done paddle board yoga before, which requires much core strength and great balance.
7. Kristin Cavallari
Kristin Cavallari has a rockin' bod, and her diet has a lot to do with it. She believes in balance.
"I eat really clean, and nothing processed," she said to Byrdie, as reported by Us Weekly. "But when I go out, I really go for it. Balance allows you to stop worrying about food so much."
And that's not all! Kristin lifts some pretty heavy weights and works her abs with alternating plank dips. The reality TV star is all about strength training, which is perfect for strengthening, toning, and burning fat.

Halle posted one video of herself and her trainer, Peter Lee Thomas, doing core workouts with weights. In it, she's seen doing burpees and squat jumps with shoulder presses. Halle captioned the post, "It's #fitnessfriday once again! @PeterLeethomas put me through a simple dumbbell workout, but let me tell you it was an AB BURNER!"
