Floyd Mayweather's Training Routine, Straight from the Champ—EXCLUSIVE

Floyd Mayweather has made some pretty iconic moves—both inside and outside of the ring—for years. The 48-year-old pro boxing champ retired in 2017 with an undefeated title. He was never down for the count in the competitive rink—and he's not slowing down in retirement, either. Between training hard, staying "disciplined," focusing on clean eating habits, and promoting his science-backed supplement brand, ONE OF ONE (101), the 50-0 record holder is still crushing an active lifestyle.

"My mindset hasn't changed—I still train hard and stay disciplined," he tells Celebwell. "But now it's more about longevity and lifestyle. I'm not preparing for title fights, but I still treat my body like a champion. Fitness, nutrition, and recovery are part of my daily routine. And with exhibitions, I get to keep boxing on my own terms and inspire people around the world."
What does his training regimen entail? He kicks things off with some cardio—namely, "running or hitting the bag." Floyd will then move into strength and conditioning work.

Floyd's ONE OF ONE Supplement Brand Is All About a Product "Athletes Can Trust"

Floyd has been super busy in this phase of life; his supplement brand is a testament to that. What inspired him to break into the supplement industry?
He tells Celebwell, "Throughout my career, people always asked me what I took to stay at the top of my game. I've seen a lot of brands out there—but I wanted to create something that was clean, tested, and actually worked. 101 is about cutting through the noise and delivering supplements that athletes can trust."
The celeb has always trained at the top of his game and says ONE OF ONE helps him maintain his "edge," even in this next stage of busy.
"I rely on the full line to fuel my workouts, boost endurance, and speed up recovery," Floyd shares. "It's a complete system that supports every stage of training, from warm-up to wind-down."
All of the products were created in partnership with Magnum Nutraceuticals, which Floyd refers to as "one of the best in the world." The entire band is science-backed and only features premium ingredients.
Because the boxing star knows what his body requires to perform his absolute best, he was very hands-on with bringing his brand to life from the get-go.
"I wanted to make sure 101 delivered real results you can feel," he says. "Every formula had to meet the highest standards—nothing watered down, no shortcuts. We built 101 specifically for athletes who demand more from their supplements."
For instance, ONE OF ONE's Loaded Pre-Workout is Floyd's go-to prior to an intense training session. "It gives me focus, energy, and better blood flow so I can go harder and longer," he says.

(He recently added to his car collection a one-of-60-made bright yellow Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport, a 2025 Cadillac Escalade with a supercharged motor, and a 2025 matte blue Mercedes-AMG G 63.)
In December 2024, he posted about the Mayweather Israel Initiative with a picture of a yellow "Floyd Mobile for the Israeli Orphans" van. Where is it headed? He captioned the post, "Over the next year, every orphan in Israel will be visited by the Floyd Mobile and receive special birthday gifts. To all the widows and orphans: keep your heads held high as we honor the cherished memories of those who have passed."
