Como Women and is on the national team for Switzerland. Alisha is taking advantage of the fact that she’s playing in beautiful Lake Como. Alisha makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She shared what motivates her in this TikTok. “We do a lot of preventive work to avoid injuries (…). I’m an explosive person. Every day I motivate myself because I’m so grateful and happy to have become a professional, and I always carry that with me and am a rather positive person.”
She Does Squats
In order to be a great soccer player, Alisha has to have strong legs and a strong lower body. One thing she does is squats. In this TikTok, Alisha is seen doing squats with a barbell.
