Alexa Collins is turning up the glam – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the former Dallas Cowboys cheerleading and big-time influencer flaunts her amazing figure in a tiny black bikini as she plays a game of pool. “time for a little pool sesh?” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. She posed in another photo as "the perfect passenger princess." “Absolutely Stunning 😍😍😍,” commented one of her followers. “BADDIE 💦💦💦,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Getty Images

Alexa’s main form of fitness is strength training. “I do my workouts at home in the mornings,” she told Authority. “I’m all about the booty workouts. I love them and I feel so good afterward,” she added to Women Fitness. She also works hard to get her abs flat and fit. “I do a lot of different ab exercises. I love the basics though. Sit ups and the Russian Twist are my favorites!” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills

Healthy Diet

Alexa understands that maintaining a healthy diet is key. “I try to eat really healthy during the week. I’m on a meal plan with a local company here in South Florida called Ideal Nutrition. I get a week’s supply of healthy, low-calorie meals that are easy to eat,” she says. Her weaknesses include tacos, pasta, gyros, cheeseburger, and French fries. As for healthy foods she loves? Salmon, salads, chick and rice, veggies, and soups.

Massage

Self-care is also part of her routine. “I always go to get massages with my boyfriend. It’s our one hour to shut out the world and be in silence. Recently I had a very abnormal massage (totally unexpected) and the masseuse started rubbing my eyeballs! I’ve never experienced anything like this before, so I started laughing in the middle of the massage! I felt so bad but it tickled and it was just a very funny experience,” she told Authority. According to the Mayo Clinic, studies support the many benefits of getting a regular rub down. These include stress reduction, lessening pain and muscle tightness, increased relaxation, and improved immunity.

Coffee

Getty Images

Alexa starts her morning with a cup of coffee. “It helps me get my day off to a good start and keeps me energized,” she told Authority. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Body Confidence

Self-love is key, sasy Alexa. “I’ve always been very body confident and feel that every woman should be confident in her own body. Stop caring about what others think because it will ruin you. Look in the mirror and love yourself!”

Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Dani McGinnis enjoyed a summer trip at the gorgeous Vidanta Riviera Maya resort on the Yucatán Peninsula, Mexico. McGinnis and her fellow cheerleaders train incredibly hard to stay on top of their game, so when they get a chance to relax they take full advantage of it, and McGinnis is no exception. The dancer posted pictures from her vacation, including one of her lounging in the sun in an orange bandeau bikini. “A week in paradise🌴🐡🥥,” she captioned the post. Here’s how the cheerleader stays fit and fabulous.

1. Pilates Instructor

McGinnis is a trained Pilates instructor, teaching classes on a reformer machine. "A class is beneficial because the equipment can help support you — removing some of the tension so that you're only working the muscles that you need to work, rather than having to work all of your stabilizing and balancing muscles when using a mat," says trainer Leanne Wonesh. "The equipment just really supports you in a different way that I think can really transform your experience. Then, after a few reformer Pilates classes, you will probably feel more confident about moving to an online mat Pilates class."

2. She’s a Dancer

McGinnis is an accomplished dancer, which is a non-negotiable for becoming a cheerleader. "Be prepared, not only in the form of dance, of course take every dance class you can," says Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders director Kelli Finglass. "Practice at other auditions and dance competitions. Video tape yourself. There is so much information now, online. There is no secret to who makes our team and who doesn't. Be prepared in every facet."

3. Morning Walks and Lattes

Young,Fitness,Woman,Legs,Walking,At,Forest,TrailShutterstock

McGinnis starts the day with a long walk, followed by a cold almond milk latte and energy bar for breakfast. “The faster, farther and more frequently you walk, the greater the benefits,” says the Mayo Clinic. “For example, you may start out as an average walker, and then work your way up to walking faster and walking a mile in a shorter amount of time than an average walker, similar to power walkers. This can be a great way to get aerobic activity, improve your heart health and increase your endurance while burning calories.”

4. Greens and Salmon

McGinnis makes her own food as much as possible, with her typical go-to meal consisting of greens, avocado, and grilled salmon, which is an excellent natural source of omega-3. “Populations that eat a lot of fish that contain omega-3 fatty acids have a lower instance of heart disease,” says Luke Laffin, MD. “We know that people who consume high levels of omega-3 fatty acids by eating fish have a lower risk of cardiovascular events, but that hasn’t been borne out in studies about over-the-counter doses of fish oil.”

5. All the Coffee

McGinnis drinks coffee throughout the day for energy, usually opting for plant-based milks. “There’s really no downside to drinking plant-based milk instead of cow’s milk,” says Dana Ellis Hunnes, PhD, MPH, UCLA Health senior dietitian. “Although milk is only one small part of a person’s diet, plant-based milk along with a plant-forward diet offers many benefits for your health and the environment.”

Dellanos is open about her plastic surgery procedures, telling The Sun she has spent over $17,000 on enhancements. "I had my breast augmentation in 2018 for $15,000 and my lip fillers for approximately $2,000. I also enhanced my booty a little which I will discuss on my YouTube channel soon." She believes that the money was an investment, since her social following grew dramatically after going under the knife. “I had about 200,000 followers on Instagram before my cosmetic procedures and before I started working out regularly," Dellanos told Insider. "I believe both has contributed a lot to my success. Cosmetic enhancement isn't for everyone, but in my case it's been a motivation to better every aspect in my life — amongst my physical appearance."

3. She Hydrates

Alexa makes hydration a priority, especially when she is exercising "A little water break, after cardio," she says. "It's so important to stay hydrated while you're working out." 5. She Likes to “Share Positive Energy”

"I've learnt to never let the attention get to my head because no matter how big or small you are online, you are still just human," Alexa told The Sun. "Although I enjoy posting sexy photos and luxury lifestyle posts, I also try to post things that truly matter. I want to share positive energy to everyone I meet and to anyone who looks at my life through social media."

1. Nana Meriwether

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,22:,Nana,Meriwether,At,The,NbcuniversalShutterstock

In addition to being Miss USA, Nana Meriwether was also a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Search finalist. She shared her reasons for wanting to enter on the publication’s website. “Hardly any funding ever goes to women-led businesses, even though on average, companies built by women generate greater revenue and higher returns on investment over five years versus brands built by men. In fact, only 2% of venture capital goes to women and less than 1% to African American women. 2. Erin Brady

After winning Miss USA in 2013, Erin Brady shared some of her fashion and confidence tips with the CT Post. “Wear clothes that flatter your figure. It's not about being stick thin. It's about being comfortable and confident. If you walk out wearing a paper bag, but you wear it well and proudly, people will look at you and say `Wow, that looks great on you.' "

3. Alyssa Campanella

Los,Angeles,-,Aug,16:,Alyssa,Campanella,At,The,VarietyShutterstock

In a post on her website, Alyssa Campanella opened up about the brutal cyberbullying and body-shaming she experienced in both the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants. She says that it led to her having insecurities, and encouraged people to be kind to others. “Words can linger with people for years. Decades. For the rest of their lives. I’m sure someone will try to argue and say you can at least delete social media comments, but that doesn’t change the fact that the words were still said. As we navigate the ups and downs of the ever-changing internet, it doesn’t hurt to be reminded that there’s another human being behind that screen – a human being with feelings. We’re not robots. If you wouldn’t want someone saying certain things to you, you shouldn’t say it to someone else.”

4. Sarah Rose Summers

New,York,,Ny,-,Feb,6,,2019:,Miss,Usa,2018Shutterstock

Sarah Rose Summers opened up about the process to competing in pageants in a post on her website. “I always dreamt of competing at Miss USA as Miss Nebraska USA and knew that I must have a healthy relationship with food and fitness before that day came. In college, I also wanted to have a strong established group of friends prior to competing. Heck, I also wanted to be a typical college student - we all know most social gatherings are around food or drinks. I competed in Miss Nebraska USA for the first time my junior year of college. I was already teaching Lagree Fitness, a reformer pilates class, and loved taking classes at a new cycling studio in town. I did not pause my social life, nor did I change my workouts or diet until about a week prior, I also got my dress the week of the pageant (you could say I knew it was a trial run). But you know what, I felt confident in my body on that stage and was proud I did not completely restrict myself.”

5. Olivia Jordan

Los,Angeles,-,Oct,6:,Olivia,Jordan,At,The,RapeShutterstock

Prior to competing in the 2015 Miss Universe pageant, Olivia Jordan shared how she prepared with Cosmopolitan. She said that meditation is something she had been doing. “I have my meditation on my phone. It's the balance of all the craziness of this world, and finding the quiet moments to reconnect with yourself and stay true to yourself. You don't want to get wrapped up in all of the hoopla of Vegas and the competition, and lose your serenity during your time here. When you get to the final stage, you need to be stress-free and enjoy the moment.”

6. Rachel Smith

Pasadena,,Ca,Usa,-,June,24,,2022.,Rachel,Smith,AttendsShutterstock

In addition to winning Miss USA, Rachel Smith is also a TV host and correspondent. She revealed in this Instagram post that she likes to go whitewater rafting with friends. Thanks to our new friends Becky, Jason, Colton, our group leader Bryan, and the entire Outland Expedition team for such a memorable day!”

7. Kristen Dalton

After winning Miss USA, Kristen Dalton started working as a life and pageant coach. She shares a lot of her advice on Instagram. In this post, she talked about how she builds social confidence. “When I first moved to LA, I felt inferior and nervous going to events,” Dalton wrote in the caption. “I had just wrapped my title as Miss USA, where I went to appearances and professionally socialized every day. Where was this coming from? Even small group settings made me uncomfortable. They still do sometimes! A mindset shift from lacking to flowing is the key to get us out of those nerves. I hope these declarations help remind you of the TRUTH when you need it. You deserve to walk in the room and know you’re meant to be there.”

8. Crystle Stewart

Crystle Stewart is all about supporting mental health. She has her own foundation and MISS Academy to help other women. “I founded The Crystle Stewart Foundation for this very reason,” she said to Los Angeles Magazine. “I did not want young women to not be able to access these resources due to financial reasons. As such, The Crystle Stewart Foundation can offset the costs for young women who are at a financial disadvantage.”

9. Nia Sanchez

After winning Miss USA in 2014, Nia Sanchez shared her secrets for staying healthy on the road to Racked Las Vegas. “I had an amazing trainer before Miss USA, Bomb Shell Fitness, and now that I am on the road so much, I do quick little workouts that I can do in my hotel room. I try to always get my blood flowing and pumping every day. When I travel, I always pack snacks in my purse. My favorite go to snack would have to be quest bars! They are high in protein and fiber, so they keep me full and energized throughout the day!”

10. Deshauna Barber

Deshauna Barber shared some of her wellness tips with USA Today. "I drink a lot of water. I try to push people to drink two and a half liters of water at minimum a day. It’s good for cleansing your pores, getting the sweat out, and that cleansing prevents (facial) bumps."

Before she starred on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kenya Moore was known as a Miss USA titleholder. She shared some of her skincare tips and favorite products with E! News. Moore says that makeup wipes are very important. "For me, I do have a breakout. It's usually caused by not cleaning my makeup off from the end of the day. I have to make sure to clean the makeup off my face nightly. I think it's important to let your skin breathe. What I love about these Neutrogena wipes is that that keep me from breaking out and they prevent me from forgetting to clean my face. These. Are. A. Lifesaver."

13. Ali Landry

Los,Angeles,-,May,20:,Ali,Landry,At,The,LifetimeShutterstock

In addition to being Miss USA, Ali Landry is an actress, TV host, and blogger. In this post, she revealed her favorite at-home workouts. “I put together a simple fitness kit with my basics that I use to elevate my workouts in the most powerful way. Each fitness tool is purposeful, even my wardrobe choices. Creating a space in the corner of my bedroom where I can keep everything neatly in a basket has made a huge difference with my mindset. I have everything ready and there is no thinking. Anytime I can give myself the gift of thirty minutes, I’m ready to jump right in and I don’t give the space to talk myself out of it.”

14. Morgan Romano

Miss,Usa,2022,Morgan,Romano,Attends,Ceremonial,Lighting,Of,EmpireShutterstock

A cause that current reigning Miss USA, Morgan Romano, is passionate about is getting girls involved in STEM. She shared her thoughts on this in an interview. "I think the way that we bring that number to 50% girls is to start at a younger age. And to start getting girls involved before the age of five. Another statistic shows that if a girl is not introduced to Stem by age 5, 97 percent of the time, they will not pursue a career in STEM.”

15. Asya Branch

It’s a really gentle exfoliator so my skin always feels soft yet hydrated afterward. After cleansing, I follow up with The Ordinary’s hyaluronic acid. It’s really lightweight and it doesn’t leave my skin feeling sticky. Afterwards, I use the SeneGence SeneDerm DayTime Moisturizer to make sure I have a clean canvas for my makeup.”

I wanted to show any girl that anything is possible.”

18. Susie Castillo

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
