Noelia Voigt is getting her zen on in her workout clothes. In a recent social media post, the recently resigned Miss USA shows off her amazing body while getting grounded. “The perfect place for some Zen 🧘‍♀️ I spent many hours in this room at NOVEL Daybreak when I lived in Utah! It was equipped with everything I needed to look and feel my best, including a state of the art exercise facility containing a Yoga Studio with cycles, a barre, outdoor yoga space, smart mirror, and more. Get your zen on and check out NOVEL Daybreak!” she captioned the post. How does the star approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Meditation

In the post, Noelia meditates. “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions
  • Increasing imagination and creativity
  • Increasing patience and tolerance
  • Lowering resting heart rate
  • Lowering resting blood pressure
  • Improving sleep quality

2. Yoga

During a Miss Universe event, Noelia shows off her yoga moves while in San Salvadore. “It’s always a good time with my #missuniverse girls! What a jam packed day full of fun. I didn’t even get footage of all of it! From swimsuit shoots, to yoga, to surfing, to lunch at a gorgeous resort,” she captioned the post. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

3. Pho

Noelia loves Vietnamese food. “Happy Sunday! A random fun fact for you today: I am OBSESSED with Pho. I remember when I was little, my oldest sister Nicole would take me to a Thai temple on Sundays in Tampa where we would get pho, sticky rice, meat, mangoes, and more. Now, every time I travel I am looking up the best place to get pho before I even step foot in a car or airplane 😂 I could eat this every single day. How I eat my pho: Beef pho, squeeze of lime, 3 Thai basil leaves, and lots of chili oil 🤤 If you haven’t tried pho yet, you’re missing out! How do you like to eat pho?” she captioned a post.

4. Hiking

Noelia is a hiker. “Spent two days car camping, hiking, bouldering, and off-roading in Canyonlands National Park in Moab with @jhendrix9 🤍🏞️,” she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

5. Mental Health

Noelia announced on Instagram that she was resigning as Miss USA. “As individuals, we grow through experiencing different things in life that lead us to learning more about ourselves,” she wrote on Instagram. In a resignation letter to Miss USA, she revealed that her resignation had to do with her mental health, describing “a toxic work environment within the Miss USA Organization that, at best, is poor management and, at worst, is bullying and harassment.”

Trunfio did not work out for four months while pregnant with Gia and waited another six months after the birth to get back into her exercise routine. When she got back into it, it was for her own physical and mental health to care for her daughter and not so she could resume modeling.

3. She Eats What She Likes

“I don't deprive myself of anything,” she told the Daily Mail Australia. “Tonight I was eating a meat pie, Coca Cola and M&Ms backstage.” She added: “I love curves. I don't want to look like a stick figure. As a woman you have to embrace who you are.”

She posted the results on Instagram, with the caption, “Thanks to BOXING and determination I finally have my mind and body back after pregnancy and #postpartum baby brain (yes it is a thing) Here's to all the mums out there, it's hard work!”

Trunfio takes time for herself, as in this Facebook post. “Perfect way to relax after body mind and soul pampering at #thelastresort in Bondi Beach,” she said. "We all have stressors in our lives. What varies is how much we let the stressors stress us. What can we do? Yes, meditation works. The relaxation response works. Yoga works. But for those patients who stare at me blankly when I mention these, I talk about other calming activities. This can mean knitting, baking, walking, swimming. Anything quiet and peaceful, when one can take deep breaths and be calmly, enjoyably focused," says Harvard Health.

Shaughna Phillips is sharing a body positive message – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island star shows off her gorgeous figure while opening up to her fans. “I’ve been meaning to post this for aaaagesssss, and I just kept chickening out which sounds ridiculous but it’s the truth,” she wrote. “This is not easy for me, it’s hard to just be yourself when social media can be SO cruel at times. Full disclosure, I’m not in the place I want to be physically, I have ‘baby weight’ to lose plus a bit more lol, but I’m not going to let my intrusive thoughts about how I look get in the way of me living my life,” she continued. “I really want to be the best role model I can be for Lucia, and I’m so determined that she won’t grow up with the same warped view on body image as I did, and that’s starts with me. I know it’s a bit late for New Year’s resolutions, but I’m sure we all have room for one more 🙋🏼‍♀️ Here’s to getting real in 2024, who wants to join me?” How does the reality star approach health and wellness? Celebwell has the details on her lifestyle habits.

1. She Took Drastic Measures to Slim Down for Love Island

Shaughna went to drastic measures to lose weight for the show, sharing about it in a 17-minute video on her YouTube channel. She wouldn’t allow herself to eat treats over the 2019 Christmas period and asked her colleague to "shame" her every time she tried to. “I think for me and the series that I was in, we had it the hardest... because the casting process was over Christmas,” she said. “Everyone and anyone indulges, but because we knew we were potentially going into the villa, I for one did not have one Quality Street that whole Christmas season... Now, that was a bad Christmas.”

2. She Worked Out 90 Minutes Every Night

A,Phone,With,A,White,1,Hour,And,30,MinutesShutterstock

She went to the gym for 90 minutes every evening and her routine was “very, very strict,” she said. “I would do 20 to 25 minutes on the treadmill very fast at a high incline. I would do a few sets on the lat pulldown machine... and then I used to do a quick circuit on the mats. I used to use like free weights and stuff and that would literally be it every single day.”

3. Working Out Makes Her Feel Better

What motivates her to stay in shape? “Honestly? I become an anxious mess if I don't work out. It sounds cliche, and everyone always says, ‘Oh when you work out you feel better,’ but it’s actually true,” she told Bustle.

4. She Launched a Nutrition Plan

Shaughna.Phillips.2Shaughna Phillips/Instagram

Shaughna launched her own fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle plan, Be You With Shaughna. “No before and after shots. No guaranteed ‘drop a dress size’ promises. No get fit quick plan,” she writes. “What my plan does include? Dedicated work to improve your mental health. Workouts that go at your pace. Nutritional advice aimed at encouraging your relationship with food, and not how to restrict your food.”

5. She’s an “Early Bird”

Shaughna.Phillips.1Shaughna Phillips/Instagram

“I've always been an early bird. Ever since I was little, I've just always been up literally before the sun,” Shaughna told Bustle. “I don't like being rushed in the morning, so although I could probably easily get another hour in bed, I would rather just get up and start waking up gradually. These days, my normal morning routine starts at 6 a.m. I get up, make my breakfast, and have a cup of coffee, or tea, depending on my mood. I watch a little bit of TV before I head to workout at 8:30 a.m. I like to get it done and dusted because that way it means nothing like social media can impact my workout.”

6. She Takes Baths

“I'm definitely a bath girl. To the point where I miss having them in the summer because the last thing you want is to increase your body temperature,” Shaughna told Bustle. “When I used to go to the gym after work, in the days before Love Island, I remember the moments when I would see a text from my mum saying, ‘Your bath is running’ and it would literally feel like I’d won the lottery. Thinking about my bath is one thing I used to do to get me through the gym. Feeling that post-workout ache and being in the bath. There is nothing better! I've got to have a lot of bubbles, not bath salts – I can just feel the grains and it makes me feel like the water is dirty. Lots of candles. I like to have my hair up, out of my face, because I get very hot and bothered.”

Nia Jax is a superstar wrestler for the WWE. She recently shared a new reel on Instagram. In it, Jax modeled some new clothes. She wore workout gear and a black tank top and pants. She captioned the reel, “It’s a vibe @FashionNovaCurve. Vital Goddess Active Long Sleeve Infinity. Monte Blanc Sweatsuit. No Jealousy Pant Set.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Nia Jax stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Works Out With Others

Jax likes to train with other people. And sometimes they are her fellow wrestlers. She talked about this to Bill Apter. "I am training. I'll train over at D-Von Dudley's ring. He's great and then I go over to Nattie and TJ's [Natalya & TJ Wilson], so they run me through some drills and stuff like that and I have matches. I'll get in the ring every now and then with some of my friends like Charlotte [Flair] and her husband, Manny [Andrade El Idolo).”

2. She Does Pilates

Group,Of,Women,Exercising,On,Reformer,In,GymShutterstock

In her Bill Apter interview, Jax shared one of her go-to workouts. “I've kind of started being obsessed with Pilates." The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.

3. She Plays Pickleball

Jax is a big fan of playing pickleball to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself playing pickleball with some friends. She captioned the video, “Pickleball stereotypes #iykyk #pickleballislife #pickleball Having too much fun with @anghaskins @sonja_naomi.”

4. She Wants To Inspire Others

Jax wants to be a positive role model. She tells Refinery29 that this is why she started accepting herself. “Maybe a young girl seeing me and not feeling comfortable in her group can feel like, ‘Oh my gosh, look, she went out there and she’s different and I look like her and she’s kicking ass and she’s taking names. Maybe one day I can do that and I should just embrace who I am.’”

5. She’s Positive

Jax is all about self-love. She shared how she adopted this attitude with Metro. “Loving yourself and being happy and positive, that’s where true beauty comes from,” Jax explained. “I get styled and have pounds of make-up put on which is cool and all, but if I walk out with a bad attitude and have crappy negative ways, then nobody would think twice about me. I definitely feel that if somebody is struggling with themselves and how they look, they need to really channel the positivity within.”

I’ve been doing pilates, I’ve been doing yoga, I’ve done just plain old walking. I wear 10 pound weights on my ankles while I’m working just so that as I’m moving during the day I’m constantly building muscle. It’s not great for your back but I’m doing it anyway. Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
