Joy Taylor is a host on Fox Sports and Fuse TV. She recently took a trip to Costa Rica. Taylor recently shared a photo on Instagram of herself in the water. She wore a gorgeous leopard print swimsuit, showing off her figure. Taylor captioned the post, “Reminiscing on the blessings this year.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Taylor is seen swimming in the ocean. Swimming has a lot of benefits. According to Better Health, “Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness, helps you maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs, tones muscles and builds strength, provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming.”

She Doesn’t Care What Others Think

In an interview on South Beach Sessions, Taylor opened up about dealing with comments on social media. She says that she isn’t affected by what others say about her. "I wasn't going to allow this anonymous feedback to hurt me because I can't allow that anonymous feedback to make me feel good either," Taylor said. "When you rely on the internet or the comments of strangers to move you positively or negatively, it's more likely going to move negatively more often."

She Wants Representation in the Media

Taylor is an advocate for representation in the media. She talked about this in her South Beach Sessions interview. "The representation, I didn't really see it was until Jemele [Hill.] That was when I was like, 'Oh, that's actually possible.' She is being heard. She's giving her opinion. She's a Black woman right alongside all the men in the equal space, not as a host or moderators or some sort of role on the show.”

She Boxes

Taylor hosts Like A Girl on Fuse. She and her co-host, MJ Acosta-Ruiz, tried a bunch of different things for the show. One thing they did was box. Taylor shared this video on Instagram of the two of them sparring. She captioned the post, “BTS of @mjacostatv and I training with @melissa.amaya27 and @loba_acosta_ of @combateglobal for this week’s #LikeaGirl on @fusetv! 👊🏽🥊”

She Hikes

Taylor shared this post on Instagram of herself in Iceland. In some of the photos, she is seen hiking and exploring the country’s natural beauty. Hiking has a lot of health benefits. Harvard Health states, “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

1. She Golfs

Being a sports reporter, Taylor naturally has an interest in different sports. One thing she likes to do is go golfing. She shared photos and videos on Instagram of herself and fellow sports anchor, MJ Acosta, going golfing. Taylor posted this series of photos of herself and Acosta, captioning it, “Ready for the tour.” She also posted this reel of herself golfing, captioning it, “I’m going pro, it’s wrong to rob the golf world of these skills.”

2. She Swims

Taylor loves to spend time in the water. She has posted several beach and swimming photos and videos on Instagram from all over the world. In this reel for Earth Day, Taylor jumped into a cave pool in the Bahamas. She captioned the reel, “I love traveling and exploring this big, beautiful planet. Here’s me jumping into a cave in the Bahamas. Scary, but exhilarating.”

3. She Has No Time For Haters

Being in the public eye, Taylor has been subjected to a lot of haters on social media. However, she has no time for them, and isn’t afraid to call them out. She posted this reel on Instagram of herself calling out hateful comments towards her. Taylor captioned the post, “Buh bye lil guy.”

4. She Only Reports On Topics She Knows About

In an interview with All The Smoke, Taylor talked about her approach to journalism and social media. She says that she only talks about topics she knows about, and leaves others to talk about other topics. “I try to be careful about what stories I dig in on. If I'm ignorant on a topic, I might not necessarily give my opinion. Just because everyone is giving their opinion about it. If I don't feel strongly or compelled about it or I don't feel fully educated or I'm ignorant about it, I'm a lay out.”

5. She Advocates For Diversity

Taylor tells All The Smoke that she is an advocate for diversity in the workplace. “People who don't like diversity or like the idea of diversity always challenge it as well,” she says. “They, you know, we're making exceptions for people or this person didn't earn it. It's like diversity isn't just for us. It's for you.”

Kate Upton is celebrating Pride Month in not just one swimsuit but many. “What better reason to wear rainbow… Happy #PrideMonth! Swipe to see some of my favorite colorful looks over the years 🌈✨,” she captioned it. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit legend still looks cover-ready at age 29. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kate Upton stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Focuses on Her Overall Health

"I decided I needed to learn about our bodies," shared Upton, according to Shape. "I wanted to know what it was all about. Why are we working out? Not to get skinny, 'cause that couldn't motivate me anymore. Because I was just dead inside on that subject.” As a result, Upton launched a beauty line in partnership with Found Active.

2. She Was Ogled Early in Her Career

Canada Goose And Vogue Host Cocktails And Conversation About Impact Climate Change Has On The Future Of Polar Bears With Kate UptonJB Lacroix/Getty Images

"Everybody was oohing and ahhing and taking secret photos of me and being like, 'You love this attention, don't you?'" she said on the Skimm podcast about her first Sports Illustrated Swimsuit pary at age 19. "That was my last pool party. I never would get in any kind of bikini in front of people [again] because it was just too overwhelming."

3. She Does Strength-Based Circuit Training

“A typical circuit training workout includes about 8-10 exercise stations. After completing a station, instead of resting, you move quickly to the next station. A muscular strength and endurance circuit alternates muscle groups, such as upper body, lower body and core, so little or no rest is needed in between stations,” says ACE Fitness.

4. She De-Stressed with Exercise

"Depending on where they were shooting, we did five to seven days a week, usually pretty late at night for 60 to 90 minutes. I would have to get a babysitter to watch my girls and train her. It was very, very intense. It served two purposes: de-stressing and toning,” Upton's trainer, David Kirsch, told Elle Australia.

5. She Was There for Her Husband

Upton’s partner Justin Verlander revealed to the Bleacher Report that “I was depressed and kind of just upset at the world and trying to hide my own” stuff.” And Upton? “She was what I needed,” he said. “I don’t like to talk to people about being hurt. As athletes, you’re not supposed to. It’s an excuse,” he said. "But she was someone I could talk to. I mean, basically a therapist. Somebody I could trust with…worries about my career. Worries about, can I make it? Worries about what I’m going through to get back. And just the overall” badness “of it all.”

Sportscaster and TV host Joy Taylor is soaking up the sun and enjoying the beaches in Miami Beach, Florida. 1. She’s Always Been an Athlete

Beautycounter 10 Year Anniversary CelebrationLeon Bennett/Getty Images

Taylor grew up playing sports, which gives her a unique perspective when it comes to her job as a sports reporter. “That's not a really rational idea that a woman wouldn’t hold that space because she didn’t play sports,” she says. “And actually, I did play sports. I played sports all through high school, all through middle school, and I ran track in college. So, I actually was a collegiate athlete, which ironically puts me in a different space than some of the men that I work with.”

2. Boxing Workouts

Taylor loves boxing workouts where she gets to spar with a trainer. Fitness boxing is a great full-body workout, experts say. "There are studies that show trying to hit a target with your hands improves eye-hand coordination and possibly makes you feel more alert and attentive," says physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital.

3. Coconut and Pineapple

No beach vacation is complete for Taylor without fresh pineapple or coconut juice. “Pineapple has more than 100% of your recommended daily amount of this essential trace element,” says the Cleveland Clinic. “Manganese helps with bone formation, immune response and metabolism.”

4. Cheese, Please

Taylor’s social media updates show she enjoys a variety of food, including large cheese platters. “There are certain cheeses that can help your gut health,” says Alexis Supan, MPH, RD. “Options like cheddar, Parmesan, Gorgonzola and Gouda are all excellent cheeses when it comes to providing us some good bacteria and keeping our gut happy.”

5. Work Ethic and Learning

Taylor is determined never to stop learning (which is crucial for brain health). “I’ve looked at every position I’ve had in my career as something that made me better as a talent,” she says. “There’s certainly been points in my career when I felt like I was ready for something, and I then I eventually got the opportunity and quickly learned that at the time I originally wanted it, I was absolutely not ready for it. So, everything happens when it’s supposed to happen. So, it’s all about taking advantage of the opportunity you have in front of you and using it to get better at what you do, and respecting what you’re learning. And I did learn so much on that show. But also making sure you’re constantly working for your next step.”

Maria Taylor is a prominent sports reporter. She used to be a sideline interviewer and worked on ESPN. She currently appears on NBC’s Sunday Night Football. Taylor enjoyed a vacation with a friend, and shared a highlight reel on Instagram. In it, she is seen on a boat and spending time by the waterfall. Taylor captioned the post, “Soft life.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Maria Taylor stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Focuses On Herself

Maria.Taylor.2Maria Taylor/Instagram

Taylor opened up about her career to Red & Black. She says that she had to focus on herself when she was starting out. “When I turned the TV on, there was no one that looked like me in college football, so in my mind, there was almost a glass ceiling for how far I could go in this industry,” Taylor said. “But then I realized that I can’t concern myself with what has happened in the past. It’s about how well I’m running my race. This is my lane, this is my focus, and if I’m doing a good job, I’ll be elevated to positions I never dreamed of.”

2. She’s Not Hard On Herself

Maria.Taylor.3Maria Taylor/Instagram

Taylor tells Red & Black that she had to change her approach to her career to avoid being hard on herself. “When you start off with one mindset, you think you’re supposed to be doing this one thing, and you’re not good enough, or you don’t measure up, so I felt like I failed,” Taylor said. “And then I realized that it’s not a failure; it’s just a changing of the course. Just because you change your course a little bit, doesn’t mean that it’s the end of the world, or you’re a failure at life.”

3. She Has Strong Faith

Maria.Taylor.1Maria Taylor/Instagram

Taylor has strong faith, and talked about this in an essay with Guide Posts. “I became more intentional about my faith. I read the Bible. I joined a Bible study. I prayed a lot and sought out a church. Sports were still important—and still are. But I came to see how the wins and losses of life were so much more manageable when you had a real relationship with a higher power.”

4. She’s Confident

Maria.Taylor.4Maria Taylor/Instagram

Taylor shared some of her pieces of advice with The Oklahoman. She says that she has learned to be confident with her career. “Just understand that you belong wherever you are. As you're climbing the ladder, don't ever feel ostracized. Don't ever feel less than. Because you are probably more than in most situations and the more you trust and believe that, the better off you'll be as you ascend in a male-dominated field.”

5. She Believes In Diversity In Her Workplace

Maria.Taylor.5Maria Taylor/Instagram

Taylor is an advocate for diversity in her workplace. She talked about this to The Oklahoman. “Women don't have a direct access to the people who are making decisions in those areas. Minorities don't have direct access to the people that are making decisions in the front office. So trying to create a database of kids that are working towards that goal and people that are interested in employing those kids. That's what I want to be apart of because now I've got the rolodex to help that. Now I just have to reach back and help people move forward. That's very important to me.”

Kriti Sanon knows that staying fit doesn’t have to feel like a chore. The Bollywood star recently shared a video on Instagram rocking two-piece workout gear, proving that her fitness philosophy is all about keeping things fun and challenging. From TRX routines to hip thrusts, Sanon mixes up her workouts to stay motivated and strong. “It’s gotta be fun,” she says—and judging by her energy in the gym, she’s clearly found the perfect balance. Here’s how Sanon keeps herself in top shape with a variety of exercises that work both body and mind.

She Does TRX

Sanon does a lot of things to keep herself in shape. She is seen using TRX cables in her Instagram video. NIFS states that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “If you have ever taken a class or done some of even the most basic exercises, you quickly see that core activation is one of the most important aspects. The workouts are simple yet very challenging, and you can easily complete a total-body workout only using one piece of equipment in 20 minutes.”

Strength Training

Sanon is seen doing a lot of strength training exercises in her Instagram video. Strength training has a lot of health benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

Sanon is seen doing hip thrusts with a shoulder press in her Instagram video. Hip thrusts have a lot of benefits. Gymless says, “Hip thrusts are a controlled and powerful movement, mainly focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and core. This exercise is vital for developing a stronger posterior chain, contributing to improved athletic performance, alleviating lower back pain, and enhancing overall physique. Considering that about 65 million Americans experience some form of back pain, hip thrusts are a great exercise to include in your routine.”

She Does Russian Twists

Kriti Sanon does Russian twists

Another exercise that Sanon is seen doing in her Instagram video is Russian twists with a weight. Gymless says that this exercise is very beneficial. “Russian Twists are a great exercise that develops all parts of your core, especially the obliques, it also targets the shoulders and hips. This exercise involves rotating your torso from side-to-side while maintaining a sit up position with your feet off the ground. This rotational movement often occurs in sports, which makes it a popular exercise amongst athletes. It is speculated that this was developed during the Cold War by the former Soviet Union as a training exercise for the Russian Soldiers.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Sanon also shared this workout video on Instagram. In it, she is seen using a stationary bike. Penn State PRO Wellness reports that stationary bike workouts have a lot of health benefits. “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes.”

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

Alice De Bortoli is seen cooking

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

Alice De Bortoli doing ab exercises

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
