Fran Drescher, 67, Says She Keeps a 'Rotation' of Friends With Benefits

Fran Drescher, 67, recently revealed that she has a very active love life—that is, when she's not being the president of SAG-AFTRA and showing off her comedic chops. In fact, the actress and Cancer Schmancer author said she has a long list of friends with benefits (FWBs) on her roster. Fran has always been open about her love life, from her relationship with ex-husband, Peter Jacobson, to her experiences with online dating.
Fran Drescher Maintains a "Rotation" of Friends With Benefits
Drescher first shared she had a "friend with benefits" in 2020.
"He comes over, we hang out and we do the hot tub, and I make us some food, and we lay in bed, and maybe we'll watch tennis together, whatever it is, or a movie," everyones favorite "Nanny" told Page Six. "We talk. We have good conversations."
Fast-forward to 2025, Fran revealed that the number of these relationships has multiplied. "I have a little rotation," she recently told Page Six. "I'm Fran Drescher, what do you think?"
She's Close With Her Ex-Husband
The couple tied the knot when the actress was 21 years old. They divorced in 1999. Fran's ex-husband, Peter, came out as gay after, according to Page Six. Fran and Peter still maintain a healthy, close relationship. In fact, they created a sitcom about their divorce, called Happily Divorced, which Fran starred in.
In 2022, the actress told Page Six, "I'm very close with my ex-husband, Peter [Marc Jacobson], and I've had plenty of notches in my belt, and right now I'm kind of in a different place."

She's All About Self-Love
The Happily Divorced alum is all about practicing self-love. In fact, she revealed her self-love extends to her romantic relationships.
"I'm in a relationship with myself, and it's going quite well," she said. "It's always good to take those passages and really focus on what you're feeling. That is quite consuming on top of a big career and Cancer Schmancer. I don't have a burning desire [to date] right now."

She's Open To Whatever Happens
It's clear Fran isn't pressuring herself to find her soulmate right now. She told Page Six, "I figure if it's meant to be it'll happen, and I feel very blessed in that I feel complete without it. So I would want someone to compliment [me] but not try and complicate me or complete me. And I certainly don't need complications."

She's Not a Fan of Online Dating
Another thing about Fran? She's not a fan of the dating apps. She talked about her experience with E! News, sharing, "I tried one app once and I found that none of the guys seemed to be honest about how they presented themselves. They weren't as successful as their profile suggested, some of them smoked."
