Freya Allan is a very successful actress, especially among genre fans. She’s best known for her role on Netflix’s The Witcher. Allan will also appear in the film Kingdom of The Planet of The Apes, which will be released in May. Last year, Allan shared a photo on Instagram of herself in workout gear. She received a lot of compliments in the comments. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Freya Allan stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Stunt Trains

Allan does a lot of her own stunts. She talked about doing stunts for The Witcher with Entertainment Weekly. "Because I love it so much, I did just want to do everything — all the tricks, and fight[ing] every person I come across. But unfortunately, I'm not allowed to do that. So, I have a bit of Ciri in me. It was very easy to play out scenes where I'm being told I need to calm down with how much I'm wanting to train."

2. She Makes Time For Herself

Allan opened up about her life and career to Numero Magazine. She makes sure to make time for herself, despite her busy schedule. Allan shared some of her favorites in her interview. “I love to paint, mainly people, and often when they’re not looking their best. I just find it more interesting that way. Oh and singing musicals when no one’s home. That’s my guilty pleasure.”

3. She Enjoys Acting

Allan shared her favorite things about acting to Numero Magazine. “I’ve always loved analysing people’s behaviour and the reason behind why they are the way they are. I find it really interesting and that’s basically the job. But what also really excites me is any opportunity where I get to work with brilliant writers and/or directors. Those projects are rare, but even if it’s just the audition process and you don’t even land it, it’s still fun to get to even read those kinds of scenes. I think I also love the camaraderie of it. There’s something so special about a film set and getting to feel a part of a large web of people, all putting their effort into one final project. I don’t know if there is a kind of role that challenges me the most, as every role is a challenge because I want to do a good job. I think if you have good writing, that definitely reduces your challenges.”

4. She Has Healthy Escapes

Allan shared some of her favorite ways to escape from life to Radio Times. "It seems like an odd concept to say you go to see a horror film to escape," she says. "It's not like you're escaping to a fantasy world where it's beautiful or anything – it's kind of like you're being terrified or disturbed or whatever. So it seems like an odd thing to say. But I guess there's an escapism in being distracted by all of that, and watching something which is disturbing or scary, and there's something to that which, like, distracts from everyday life, because it's creating a reaction or there's a survival instinct in people. I think there is fun in scaring yourself. I mean, that's why people ride rollercoasters – it's a similar kind of thing. And I think there's definitely a place for that – and they can open up questions."

5. She’s Proud

Allan is very proud of her upcoming role in Kingdom of The Planet of The Apes. She talked about this in an interview. "It was incredible. I watched a lot of the series beforehand and yeah, it's my proudest moment in my career so far. I'm really excited for it to come out, and proud of everyone involved – all the other actors and the director, Wes Ball, are fantastic. Everyone behind the scenes is just brilliant. I can't really say anything, but I'm telling you now, go and see it."

Ivy Ferguson is a professional model. She is known for her work as a Fashion Nova ambassador. Ferguson also has a large following on Instagram. Last month, she went to Cathedral George State Park for a hike, and shared highlights on her account. Ferguson captioned the post, “Otherwordly.”

She hikes

As you can see from her Instagram post, Ferguson likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of posts on her page of herself going hiking. ACE Fitness states that hiking has a lot of benefits. “Hiking is cardiovascular in nature, so it can provide great benefit to heart health while also improving blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Hiking helps increase the strength in the leg muscles, builds stability in the core muscles and enhances balance skills. The more technical the terrain is, along with an increase in climbing intensity, the more balance and core strength is required because more muscles are being recruited to manage the steeper terrain. As you climb, the larger muscles in your legs are activated (such as the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and calves), and on the descent, your glutes and quadriceps are working hard to prevent you from falling forward on the decline. Uneven terrain means many of the smaller stabilizer muscles are being worked, which increases stability and balance overall.”

She Swims

Ferguson spends a lot of time outside. An outdoor activity she does to keep herself in shape is going swimming. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Ferguson shared this video of herself in a hot spring. She captioned it, “Somewhere between gems and potatoes 🤎♨📍 Bonneville Hot Springs. Idaho has 120 soak-able hot springs, it’s one of my favorite states for this reason. It’s my second year in a row hot spring hopping in Idaho for my birthday and I’m well on my way to experiencing them all 🤎”

She Does Yoga

Ferguson likes to do yoga to keep herself in shape. And she doesn’t stick to the traditional classes. Ferguson shared this post on Instagram of herself taking a goat yoga class. According to John Hopkins Medicine, yoga has a lot of benefits. “Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility.Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.”

Devin Brugman is showing off her new do and flat abs. In a new social media post, the Monday swimwear founder and model flaunts her amazing figure in a two-piece exercise set after getting her hair done. “More volume in 2025,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “I’m on my knees,” commented one of her followers. “Absolutely fire,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Diet and Exercise

What is the secret to Devin and her BFF and Monday cofounder’s hot bodies? "It's a balance of working out and eating fresh, healthy foods and juicing. No matter where we go in the world, we don't drink too much and we don't eat too much—it's all about portion control—but if we want to eat something naughty, we will eat just a little bit. If you've been drinking and partying and not eating right, of course you're not going to feel good in a bikini," they told Harper’s Bazaar.

Coffee

coffee-2She Drinks Coffee[Shuttterstock

Devin is a coffee drinker. Her order? A “double tall iced latte,” she told Frank Body. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Cleansing Before Flights

Brugman told Molly Sims on her Lipstick On The Rim podcast that she has IBS and has to eat accordingly. “It comes on when I get anxious and flying makes me anxious, so when I fly, I cleanse. I eat really healthy and clean before a flight. The only part that sucks is that the best part of flying is drinking, so I try to balance every drink with extra water, and I always bring my own food on a flight, usually a salad,” she said.

Low Impact Workouts

Brugman revealed that when it comes to exercise, she prefers lower-impact workouts. “Food controls weight, not fitness,” Brugman explained. “I do pilates 4 times a week and I take my dog, Walter on a walk 1-2 times a day. I don’t like high-intensity workouts.”

Intermittent Fasting

Brugman also revealed on the podcast that she does intermittent fasting. “I do what works for me, and what works for me is intermittent fasting. I wake up in the morning and I’m truly not hungry. First thing in the morning, I have my espresso with iced almond milk. I eat around 1 PM and I’ll either make or order a Sweetgreen or Fresh Corn Grill. For dinner, I love salmon, veggies, or a salad,” she said.

Emily Tanner is modeling a new workout collection. In a new social media post the activewear model shows off her amazing body in a few new two-piece exercise sets from Vitality. “Dreamy cloud collection drops today! What’s your favorite color?!” she asks her followers, posing in the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Cold Plunges

Emily is one of the many people obsessed with cold plunging. “Not me setting my phone up confidently knowing I can usually stay in for over a minute… not this time lol. I can plunge if it’s 40 degrees or higher, but anything lower is way too painful. What’s the lowest you can cold plunge and stay in?” she captioned a video. There is limited research supporting the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increased focus, improved sleep, and decreased inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes basic post-sport recovery.

Movement in the Morning

Emily rises and exercise. “Movement in the morning has been the number one game changer in my routine over the last few years providing more mental clarity and an overall mood boost to set my day up for success,” she writes in a post.

Walking and Energy Drinks

Emily gets her steps in with the help of Celsius energy drinks. “Morning strolls with my favorite flavor🍑 @celsiusofficial,” she captioned a post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Treadmill Workouts

Emily is a big fan of treadmill workouts. “I actually like running now… specifically the @nordictrack @ifit runs and hikes around the world from my living room,” she captioned a post. She adds that the treadmill “has made running so much fun.” She also uses it for hiking. “I am hiking in places around the entire world from Iceland to Hawaii,” she writes on the Instagram video.

Cycling

Emily loves cycling. At 7:30 am she hops on her NordicTrack bike for a cycling session, calling it the “perfect way for me to decompress for the day ahead of me.” The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Harriet Roberts, a successful CrossFit athlete, is known for sharing her expertise and training techniques with her followers on Instagram. Her posts often include detailed explanations of her routines, breaking down complex movements into manageable components. Recently, she shared a video demonstrating effective upper body pulling drills. In the caption, Roberts emphasized the importance of targeting specific weak points with focused drills to improve overall strength and technique. Here’s a closer look at the habits that keep Roberts in peak condition.

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Solberg shared this photo on Instagram of herself using a stationary bike. Penn State PRO Wellness reports that this has a lot of health benefits. “A stationary bike workout is a low-impact workout that uses smooth movements to strengthen bones and joints without putting much pressure on them. This makes it a good workout option for people with joint issues or injuries.”

She Hikes

Solberg shared some of her favorite activities in this Instagram post. One thing she is seen doing is hiking. Piedmont states that hiking has a lot of benefits. “Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers. Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise that builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight.”

She Runs

Andrea Solberg and a friend give their run a thumbs up.

Solberg is seen running in the previous Instagram post. Running has a lot of benefits. FloTrack states, “Running and jogging is an aerobic exercise, and you’re working out both your heart and lungs while doing so. This will also lead to a lower resting heart rate, lower bad cholesterol in your blood and lower blood pressure.”

She Lifts Weights

Andrea Solberg is seen lifting weighs.

Andrea Solberg/Instagram

Solberg is seen lifting weights in the previous Instagram post. She shares a lot of other posts of herself lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Works Out With Others

Solberg is also seen running with a friend in the previous Instagram post. Better Health states that this has a lot of benefits. “If you’ve arranged to meet a friend for a walk or booked an exercise class, you’re more likely to keep that commitment. Not wanting to let your friend or exercise partner down can be a great motivator to show up. And as your exercise becomes routine, perhaps after a few weeks, you’ll both find it less challenging and will more likely stick to your commitment.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
