Gabby Thomas In Bikini Stuns For Sports Illustrated Swimsuit

Gabby Thomas is already an Olympic medalist, but now she can add “swimsuit model” to her resume. Gabby recently did a photoshoot with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, and they shared one of the photos on their Instagram. In it, she wore a black elastic suit, with her amazing figure on display. She Loves Smoothies

Gabby shared some of her favorite foods in an interview with EatingWell. She says that she likes to make smoothies twice a day. “I use frozen blueberries, almond butter, almond milk, chia seeds and the Now chocolate protein powder. It’s the first thing I drink every morning before practice, and then also when I get home from after practice. It’s also good to have before bed too. Recovery is a huge part of my diet, and protein is a big part of my athletic journey.”

She Meditates

Gabby likes to practice meditation each morning. “Typically the first thing I do is meditate, which is my mental exercise, and I train my brain before I actually go into training my actual body,” she revealed in her EatingWell interview. “That really sets the tone for the day for me. I also like to keep my mornings really simple and ease into them.”

She Loves Chicken & Veggies For Dinner

Gabby shared her favorite healthy dinner to make in her EatingWell interview. “Chicken and veggies is the easiest thing you can do to make sure that you stay on track with the routine. I enjoy my smoothies throughout the day, but for dinner, I’ll make chicken, Brussels sprouts and rice and put it in a bowl, make it look cute and I’m happy.”

She Gets Enough Sleep

Gabby shared some of her wellness tips with Marie Claire. She says that she makes sure to get lots of sleep each night. “I don’t get any less than seven hours a night,” Gabby says. “But I aim for at least eight. I love NOW’s Peaceful Sleep Essential Oil Blend. I use that along with my sleep sounds. And the last thing is my daily walks with [my dog] Rico; it’s what I look forward to every morning, especially the long ones on the trails.”

She Stretches

Gabby also shared some of her favorite wellness products in her Marie Claire interview. She says that her yoga mat is one of her favorites, as she needs it to stretch. “I use it every day for my stretching and meditation, and it just provides a stable and comforting platform for me to do that. I use the same one every day; it makes me happy.”
