Gabriella is doing yoga and enjoying the end of summer. In a new social media post the yogi shows off her amazing body in a pose, wearing a two-piece workout set. “How is summer over? I haven’t even gotten a chance to work on my tan. 😭 ☀️,” she captions the Instagram post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
1. Yoga
“About five years ago, I stumbled upon yoga by way of my doctor’s orders,” she says. “I thought, too slow for me, not my style, not something I’m interested in. Little did I know what I was really in for. I eventually signed up for a workshop that was offered at my home studio, and the rest is history. Yoga found me at a time when I needed it most. I’ll never forget the day I walked into that studio—I discovered so much more than stretching. I joined a community and became part of a family. I started a journey that I didn’t even know I was ready to embark on. My eyes were wide open with curiosity and an eagerness to learn. It wasn’t only about a yoga class, it was also about me. Most importantly, I found home.”
2. Stretching
“I grew up heavily into contact sports, which left me suffering from a really bad back. In an attempt to save it, my doctor advised me that I needed a more structured way to stretch, since stretching on my own was nonexistent. I was barely able to forward fold and reach my shins—forget about touching my toes—so I began my research,” she told Alo. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”
3. Riding Motorcycles

Riding motorcycles is her “cheapest therapy,” says Gabriella. “Trying to control all the variables that come with riding this complex, powerful machine is a lot like trying to control the noise of the mind. You have to be laser focused, clear of clouded thoughts and free of distractions at all times. There is no ‘texting and riding,’ no Instagram and no conversations. Just you, the road and the machine.”
4. Martial Arts
Gabriella has a black belt in tae kwon do. Studies confirm that the practice helps with balance, cognitive function and psychological health in addition to weight loss and physical fitness.
5. Manifestation
Gabriella is also manifesting “so many things,” she says. “Currently, I’m manifesting the power of belief. To believe in myself, to believe in my abilities and to trust that whatever it is that I put my mind to, I can achieve it. There are so many opportunities in this world, and we only have one life to access them. We are so powerful beyond what we know, and I feel it is our responsibility to share that with the world. There may be times when we lose hope and get sidetracked by failure, but as long as we believe, the possibilities are infinite.”
