How can incorporating these elements into your life improve your overall health and well-being?

Gabrielle Epstein is a very successful influencer. She has a large following on Instagram and YouTube. Last month, Epstein shared a carousel post on her Instagram page. In it, she is seen at the beach, spending time with her dog, spending time with her friends, and using a facial mask. Epstein captioned the post, “Stories are for 24 hours, posts are forever.”

She Spends Time With Her Dog

Epstein features her dog a lot on her Instagram, including in her recent post. Having a dog has a lot of health benefits. Harvard Health states, “Dog owners are less prone to bouts of loneliness, anxiety, and depression. Simply petting your dog can make you feel less stressed. One of the greatest benefits of owning a dog is that it encourages you to practice mindfulness — being in the present moment and fully appreciating life. Mindfulness can help you relieve stress and also improves your overall health.”

She Rides Horses

Dogs aren’t the only animal Epstein spends time with. She also loves riding horses. Epstein shared this photo and these videos on Instagram of herself riding on the beach. She captioned the post, “The world needs more cowgirls.” The American Heart Association states that riding has a lot of benefits. “A study commissioned on behalf of the British Horse Society found that horseback riding is indeed a good cardiovascular workout. Even just half an hour of riding is considered moderate exercise, while trotting exerts more energy than playing badminton.

She Loves Fruit

Epstein is seen enjoying a plate of fruit in this Instagram post. Eating fruit has a lot of benefits. The American Heart Association states, “When you eat many different types of fruits and vegetables, you’ll get a variety of vitamins and minerals to support good health. The American Heart Association suggests filling half your plate with fruits and veggies as a way to meet the recommendation of 2 1/2 cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruit each every day.”

She Does Squats

Epstein shared this YouTube video of herself doing ab and lower body workouts. One exercise she is seen doing in it is squats with a resistance band. Allina Health states that squats have a lot of benefits. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

She Works Her Abs

Epstein is seen doing ab workouts in her YouTube video. Harvard Health states that core workouts have a lot of benefits. “Think of your core muscles as the sturdy central link in a chain connecting your upper and lower body. Whether you're hitting a tennis ball or mopping the floor, the necessary motions either originate in your core, or move through it. No matter where motion starts, it ripples upward and downward to adjoining links of the chain. Thus, weak or inflexible core muscles can impair how well your arms and legs function. And that saps power from many of the moves you make. Properly building up your core cranks up the power. A strong core also enhances balance and stability. Thus, it can help prevent falls and injuries during sports or other activities. In fact, a strong, flexible core underpins almost everything you do.”
