Gabrielle Union In White Bikini Top Says “Today Was The Good Part”

Gabrielle Union is ageless, and she’s never been shy about showing off her figure on social media. Recently, she and her family enjoyed a day on a boat, and she shared highlights on Instagram. In a recent post, Gabrielle wore a white bikini top with black straps and white pants. Her amazing abs were on display. Gabrielle captioned the post, ‘Today was the good part.” Here are 5 ways Gabrielle Union keeps herself looking amazing.
She Does Outdoor Workouts
As you can see from her Instagram post, Gabrielle loves being outside. She tells Harper’s Bazaar that she does a lot of outdoor activities to keep herself in shape. “I love being outside, even if it’s just in my backyard, going hiking. Me and Kaav went horseback riding the other day—I really love being outside. Now, do pollen and I have a hate-hate relationship that kind of jacks that up a bit? Yes, but that doesn’t stop me.”
She Doesn’t Care

Gabrielle has learned to not care what people think of her. “The older I get, I’m like, I don’t care,” she tells Harper’s Bazaar. “As long as it doesn’t hurt me or my family, I’m gonna get these jokes off, and I’m going to do exactly what I want to do. And I’m going to wear the tiniest of bikinis literally until death. I will be face down in the casket in a thong bikini.” No wonder she decided to post that new bikini photo on Instagram.
She Stays Hydrated

Gabrielle shared some of her wellness secrets with ELLE Magazine. One of her secrets is making sure she drinks enough water. “The biggest thing that changed my life, the best anti-aging secret weapon, is that in my mid-thirties I started drinking a gallon of water a day. It’s made a tremendous difference with my hair, skin, and nails. Everyone is always like, ‘What did you do differently than everyone else? Why are you aging so slow?’ It’s something that everyone has access to and it not only helps with your beauty, it also helps with your fitness and digestion.”
She Works With A Trainer

Gabrielle works with a personal trainer to keep herself in shape. “I’m working with my trainer, Ahmad Baari,” she tells ELLE Magazine. “He changes it up every day. We’re meeting at a basketball gym, so it’ll probably be some sort of basketball related workout, which are the worst. As a former athlete—as a former basketball player—I thought it would be easy. It’s not. My arms are dead for a couple days after, so I am not looking forward to this.”
She Doesn’t Pressure Herself

When it comes to wellness, Gabrielle believes in not being too hard on yourself. “They say ‘find a balance,’ but that’s bullshit,” she says to ELLE Magazine. “There is no balance. Something in your life is going to suffer, so just be kind to yourself. You’re not going to hit it out of the park every day. You’re not going be the best artist or actor or worker or fitness expert or expert house cleaner, or whatever it is that you have to do that day and it’s okay.”
